Global Software Development (GSD) is based on a geographical distance where teams are spread throughout the world. The related research have for a long time addressed the challenges presented by geographical distances. GSD is basically a necessity for many businesses to use in order to reduce development costs, reduce production time and to maintain high quality. The study aims to investigate the relationship between the reality of a specific maintenance project. Thus, our research question: How do distributed maintenance teams experience temporal, geographical and socio-cultural distances? To achieve the purpose of the study, we chose to perform a case study of a global consulting company which recently started a new system maintenance project.

This essay examines the differences between the mediation practices concering youth crime in the swedish cities of Kalmar and Växjö. The analysis are made with the use of quality interviews which we have linked together with the three theories of Social Control Theory, Restorative Justice and Transformative Mediation. Denna studie handlar om molnbaserad ekonomistyrning i små och medelstora företag och hur en existerande ekonomistyrningsmodul kan utvecklas i ett molnbaserat redovisningssystem. Fallföretaget i studien är Fortnox AB som vid uppsatsens början hade en ekonomistyrningsmodul som ansågs bristfällig. Prototyping kommer vara en stor del av studiens ansats och den efterliknas med en utvecklingsstudie inom systemutveckling. Den prototyp som utformas och förädlas genom studiens gång ska bidra med att Fortnox får ett bättre redovisningsprogram att erbjuda samt att revisionsbyråer och slutanvändare kan utvinna en bättre ekonomistyrning ur deras redovisningssystem. En sådan här systemutveckling förutspås också få ett par effekter hos små och medelstora företag vilka studien även ska kartlägga.Resultat: En ekonomistyrningsmodul anses enligt denna studie behöva erbjuda anpassningsbarhet, användarvänlighet, enkelhet, överskådlighet, vitalitet, grafisk och designmässig attraktivitet samt interaktion för att få genomslagskraft.

But to manufacture such modifications isn?t that easy, hence you turn tocompanies that are specialized in creating such devices.The goal with this project is to create a prototype of a modification called ?Programmable MOSFET?and targets optimization of the electrical components within the AEG. This means that you digitalizethe control of your AEG thus entails new functions and more stability to the system that isn?t possiblewith its mechanical predecessor.A prototype has been manufactured and programmed with functions according to requirementspecificationsthen it was tested on an airsoft-gearbox with rewarding results.

Change is inevitable when software is built and deployed. It?s not particularly problematic to manage change if there is just one system.
