Samverka eller samvärka? En studie om samverkans förutsättningar mellan hemtjänst och hemsjukvård

Denna studie fokuserar på samverkan mellan äldreomsorgens sektioner hemtjänst och hemsjukvård i två västsvenska kommuner. Våra huvudfrågor är; Hur ser organisationernas organisering av samverkan ut och vilka förutsättningar för samverkan ges det för medarbetarna? När ska man samverka? Vad ska man samverka om? Finns det hindrande och främjande faktorer för samverkan? Studien är baserad på kvalitativa intervjuer med chefer på två nivåer inom organisationerna. Tidigare forskning om samverkan, professionsteori, nyinstitutionell teori, teori om tvärprofessionella grupper och gruppteori är applicerad på materialet för att förstå fenomenet samverkan.Studien visar att det är många faktorer som spelar in för att åstadkomma en fungerande samverkan mellan olika professioner. Vi ser hur samverkan kan struktureras på ett medvetet och genomtänkt sätt och vi ser hur samverkan blir godtycklig när det inte finns en medveten strukturering.

En scout lär känna och vårdar naturen?

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vad ungdomar upplever att de lär sig i scouterna om natur och miljö samt hur denna kunskap omsätts till handling. Utifrån tre fokusgrupper med scoutkårer i Skåne lyfter vi fram scouternas perspektiv och funderingar. Vår undersökning har visat att ungdomarna i scouterna inte upplever att de lär sig speciellt mycket om natur och miljö. Kunskapen de får inom natur och miljö är till stor del Allemansrätten, att inte skräpa ner och förstöra naturen samt olika arter. Ungdomarna anser inte att den kunskap de får omsätts till några konkreta handlingar för natur eller miljö, med undantag från att de värnar om naturen under vistelsen där.

När använder barn matematik

Enligt våra styrdokument ska elever ha baskunskap i matematik för att hantera situationer i närmiljön, förstå grundläggande matematiska begrepp och kunna använda logiska resonemang.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka elevers uppfattning om när, hur och varför de använder matematik. Observationer och halvstrukturerade intervjuer med elever i år 2 undersöker vad matematik är för elever, om elever vet varför man ska lära sig matematik och slutligen när använder elever matematik? Intervjuer med pedagoger undersöker om det finns något samband mellan undervisning och arbetssätt och elevernas förhållningssätt till matematik.Resultat visar att, förutom på lektionerna så använder eleverna matematik som ett redskap för att få svar på sina frågor. Ibland använder de matematik genom sina jämförelser och iakttagelser utan att vara medvetna om det. Läraren kan hjälpa elever att överbrygga skolans formella matematik med sina informella kunskaper som har sin grund i egna upplevelser och erfarenheter.

The United Nations has, during many years, developed a model for a globally harmonized system for classification and labeling of chemicals, with the aim of it becoming a global standard. This system is implemented in the European Union through the CLP-regulation and is now working parallel to the existing directives until 1st of June 2015, when all the new classifications of substances and mixtures must be completed. The aim of this project was to adjust the laboratory to the new legislation, through inventory of stored chemicals, update the list of chemicals and perform self-classifications of mixtures. The work included handling of about 650 different chemicals with varying hazard classifications and search for information in corporate websites and chemical databases. This resulted in a new and complete list of chemicals stored and used in the laboratory and, in addition, an example of how to make a self classification of a mixture.

Social support is an important part of handling the troubles of life. The purpose of this literature review is to investigate what forms the social support for adult women with breast cancer with the aim to be used in the nursing care. By system-atical reading of scientific articles nine qualitative articles were found which the result is based on. The theoretical framework was Antonovsky´s health focused theory with the central issue KASAM, the feeling of life connection. The study resulted in three themes emotional support, practical support and informational support, which describe the balanced content of social support.

This report describes the development of a sample loader for my diploma work at Q-linea AB in Uppsala. The sample loader will replace the process of loading fluid samples into Q-linea?s instrument for biomolecule analysis. The earlier process was done by hand and was a time consuming and inefficient task.The work was initiated with a design phase where an overview of the system was created. The sample loader will be receiving text commands from a PC that coordinates all the subsystems like pumps and lasers on the analysis instrument.

When traffic in large cities increases, it becomes more vulnerable to disturbances such as accidents, stalled vehicles or construction; therefore, traffic jams are more likely to occur. For better control of the traffic at a disturbance the Swedish National Road Administration (SNRA) has traffic equipment which can be controlled from a command centre. This traffic equipment consists of gates and signs with variable messages. This report will discuss the system used for traffic control in Stockholm. It will present proposals designed to improve it.
