Syftet med studien är att undersöka vad det är i projekt Columbus arbetsmodell som bidrar till att deltagarnas hälsotillstånd och förmåga till arbete alternativt studier förändras samt hur samverkan mellan myndigheter fungerat för deltagarna. Studien utgår från ett brukarperspektiv, med fokus på att förstå deltagarnas upplevelser av medverkan i projekt Columbus. Frågeställningarna är därför följande: Hur upplever deltagarna att medverkan i projekt Columbus har förändrat deras hälsotillstånd och förmåga till arbete och/eller studier? Vad i projekt Columbus arbetsmodell upplever deltagarna möjliggör förändring?Hur upplever deltagarna projekt Columbus i avseende på samverkan mellan olika myndigheter? Forskningsansatsen i studien är kvalitativ och bygger på sammanlagt sju intervjuer, varav fem är med personer som tidigare medverkat i projekt Columbus verksamhet och två är med personer som arbetar som personal i verksamheten. De teorier som används är KASAM och Watzlawicks, Weakland och Fisch teori om förändring av första och andra graden samt samverkansteori.

The cost of construction projects have increased during the past few years. Different actors in the construction industry work together to advocate various measures to mitigate these cost increases. One of these measures is to try to improve the efficiency in the phase of production. By striving for a kind of standardization with a constant quest for improvement, the productivity can increase while the costs of production fall.For this thesis has a case study been conducted at the construction company JM AB which is seeking this. They call the approach structured production and have implemented various measures to achieve a more productive output.Based on information from reconciliations, the cost and the spent hours of craftsmen have been analyzed at the company where the case study took place.

Problematisering: Coaching är ett mytomspunnet och svårdefinierat begrepp som missuppfattas och misstolkas av många. Som fenomen är coaching mångfacetterat och coachingprocessen består av ett antal olika faser som gör att förståelsen för helheten försvåras ytterligare. Coaching är idag något av en trend inom ledarskapsutveckling vilket ur olika aspekter kan vara problematiskt. Vi vill därför undersöka varför det är så populärt och hur fenomenet kommer att utvecklas i framtiden. Syfte: Vårt syfte är att beskriva och analysera fenomenet och trenden coaching.

This project includes development of new packaging for dry spices and an investigation of how to automate the production line. The preliminary investigations show needs of an environmental friendly packaging possible to re-close. After screening for suitable materials three concepts were developed, a stand-up pouch, a plastic jar and a metal can. The pouch was excluded in a concept choosing process. In this process it was also decided to further develop the metal can concept.

In this thesis work a Geographical Information System (GIS) based methodology to identify locations suitable for the installation of wave energy converters has been developed. Parameters of importance have been identified and a GIS-database has been set up, containing data about the marine environment. In a case study of the Swedish west coast the methodology has been applied, resulting in a number of maps showing possible areas. The results show that large areas are suitable for installation of wave energy converters, from a technical and economical point of view. When consideration is taken to other interests in the area, such as navigation, fishing and environmental protection, the size of the suitable area diminishes considerably.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe through a quantitative study the extent of support received by foster families, their opinion of the support and any areas that might need improvement. The foster families receive foster care support through a private agency. We concentrated on the following areas of support; education, health, contact with the children?s biological relatives and behavioral difficulties. These four areas have, in previous research, shown to be problematic for foster children.

Reporting harvested and forwarded volumes are important for the forest industry as it provides information of the size of the stock and facilitates logistics. Figures from Holmen Skog show low reporting frequency. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reason and find suggestions for improvement. A total of 17 machine operators were interviewed using a questionnaire combined with open questions. The results show that the majority of the machine operators find it simple to use the reporting system, although, some of them reports that it doesn?t always work as supposed to.

Syftet med följande arbete är att studera hur begreppet hållbar utveckling kommer till uttryck i faktisk undervisning på Handels- och Administrationsprogrammet på en miljöcertifierad gymnasieskola i södra Sverige, detta genom både formell undervisning men också inom ramen för elevens arbetsplatsförlagda utbildning, APL. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer ville jag se huruvida det fanns samsyn eller diskrepans mellan skolans sätt att ta sig an begreppet hållbar utveckling och den arbetsplatsförlagda utbildning som eleverna kommer i kontakt med inom ramen för sitt yrkesförberedande program. För kunna besvara min frågeställning har jag utgått ifrån tre huvudsakliga områden; dels vilken definition av begreppet hållbar utveckling som intervjupersonerna ger uttryck för, dels hur man arbetar med begreppet inom ramen för sitt uppdrag (som lärare, övrig skolpersonal eller ?coach? på fadderföretagen) samt i vilken mån begreppet behandlas och poängteras i relevanta dokument eller kursböcker. Arbetet ger även en översikt över tidigare forskning om hållbar utveckling och hur detta kan implementeras i pedagogisk verksamhet. Sammanfattningsvis visar resultaten att det på sätt och vis råder en samsyn mellan skolan och företagen i hur man väljer att definiera begreppet och vad man behandlar i undervisningssammanhang i relation till detta.

During the work at Gateway Security AB in Motala I began examining available antenna models to get a wider perspective, this have given knowledge of their structure, and an understanding of their function. All my necessary fact is based on my observations and notes of these measurings. New antenna models, and available models were examined where measurements at different heights and different distances on the antenna were performed with the help of an oscilloscope and a measure probe, peak ? to - peak was brought on the signal. The measurements are presented in a line diagram.

Internet grows, so it?s cracking, soon will all IPv4 addresses be allocated and a solution is urgently needed. The new protocol, IPv6 is the solution to this problem. With a size of 128 bits against IPv4s 32 bits gives IPv6 a huge amount of addresses to distribute. The security addition that may be added manually in IPv4 is the standard with the new protocol.

Introducing a new type of IT-structure means a change that employees within an organization must adapt to. Today, many companies have implemented information technology in the form of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and find themselves in th so-called Second Wave stage where an after work is ongoing with continual improvement that involves changes that employees need to understand and act upon. To learn how to work with these recurrent misadventures is of importance because it is seen as a critical factor in order to take advantage of the ERP system and its benefits. To study this a study was conducted through personal interviews at Apoteksgruppen AB which a few years ago introduced a new ERP system. There the authors saw that employees learned in different ways depending on the position, and that the more responsibility this person had the greater freedom this person had to resolve their problems and therefore learned more effectively.
