Sweden is going through big changes within the bank sector. Increasing card usage, decrease of cash acceptance in the society, an attempt to reduce money laundering, and a possible increase in profitability has lead to the rescindment of cash management among three of the four major banks. This has lead to a big debate in the society, a lot of frustration from customers, and a drop in customer satisfaction for every bank that started the process of removing cash management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the banks could keep their customer satisfaction when removing cash management. When doing the study, the rescindment of cash was a deduction of a part of the service, compared to the normal adding or starting of a service. The study was done through a focus group that was the base of a questionnaire that got answered by 125 respondents.

Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka om det är möjligt att blanda objekt från olika tidsepoker i spelet Sanctum utan att spelaren observerar någon avvikelse. Detta är intressant då vi kan se om det är texturen eller formen som är mest dominant när det gäller att smälta in i en miljö, vilket kan användas för att förenkla arbetsprocesser vid skapade av spelgrafik eller vid design av miljöer, både utanför och innanför virtuella miljöer.Jag har valt att använda en kvantitativ undersökning där testpersonerna fick se på ett kort filmklipp med fyra objekt med två olika texturer, vardera placerade i en spelmiljö med två områden från olika tidsperioder i Sanctum. Därefter fick testpersonerna svara på frågor om de hade observerat något objekt som avvek från sin miljö och i så fall om det var texturen eller formen som avvikit. De fick sedan veta vad undersökningen går ut på och fick sedan se på filmklippet en gång till med möjligheten att spola och pausa i filmklippet. Därefter fick testpersonerna svara på frågor en gång till om objekt som avvikit och i så fall vad som avvek.Undersökningen har visat att det inte är möjligt att blanda objekt från olika tidsepoker om texturen inte modifierats utan att en avvikelse observeras.

Illegal logging and its related trade is of great concern around the world. The European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) is a regulatory approach by the EU to prevent illegal timber and timber products to be placed on the European Union inner market. This means the regulation affects both actors in the member countries as well as the actors exporting timber and timber products to the EU from non EU member countries. This study aims to study the implementation process of the EUTR in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B-H), and its preconditions. Institutional theory is used to understand and explain how the EUTR affects B-H organisations? business environment, and how the organisations choose to respond to the EUTR.

Sannolikheten att ett dammbrott ska inträffa i Lule älv antas vara mycket låg, men konsekvenserna skulle bli stora om ett sådant inträffar. Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka behovet av information hos boende i Porjus och Boden före och vid ett tänkbart dammbrott i Lule älv. Frågeställningarna är: Vill de boende ha information och, om så, vilken slags information vill de ha före och vid ett eventuellt dammbrott? På vilket sätt vill de boende informeras vid ett dammbrott? Hur är förtroendet för Vattenfall, kommun, Länsstyrelsen och media hos de boende? Är det viktigt för de boende vem information kommer från före och vid ett eventuellt dammbrott? Hur bedömer de boende riskerna och effekterna av ett dammbrott? Är de boende oroliga för att ett dammbrott ska inträffa? Finns det någon skillnad mellan könen eller boende på respektive ort? Överensstämmer ansvaret hos Vattenfall, Länsstyrelsen och kommunerna med de boendes uppfattning om vad dessa myndigheters ansvar är vid ett dammbrott? Ett frågeformulär skickades ut till slumpmässigt utvalda invånare i Porjus och Boden. Telefonintervjuer genomfördes med representanter för Gällivare, Jokkmokk, Boden och Luleå kommuner samt Vattenfall Vattenkraft AB.

Our starting point has been to use the football player Zlatan Ibrahimovic as a model person for individualism that seams to break the ordinary socialization pattern in Sweden. The purpose of this study is to examine how the team leaders handle the socialization of more individualistic focused individuals/young persons into groups, since the Swedish School Curriculum is designed to meet each individual on his or hers former experiences. Is the socialization of individuals within team sports affected by their cultural background? And, in that case, should those facts have consequences for the sport subject at school? Those are the questions we want to explore. Besides a survey of documents, we have been seeking answers to our questions through interviews with the team leaders Roland Nilsson and Peter Bergander, the pedagogues/teachers Karin Jutterström and Håkan Jensgård and the professional football player Abgar Barson.Our study shows that the leaders and teachers of today have begun to change their view about individualists.

The aim of this study is to learn about and demonstrate the process in which Försäkringskassan (The Swedish Social Insurance Agency) customizes texts and the texts linguistics influence on a potential beneficiary. I use three different questions to fulfill the purpose of the study. I examine what the manuals writers of Försäkringskassan use say about the issues of sentence length, addressing the beneficiaries and wording ? three language features that represent different perspectives within plain language research. Furthermore, I examine how decision texts are created and tailored for its beneficiary group and how the language in decisions is perceived by potential beneficiaries.

Syftet med föreliggande litteraturstudie var att beskriva upplevelsen av att vara bärare av meticillin-resistensta Stafylococcus aureus (MRSA) samt att kvalitetsbedöma de valda artiklarnas urval och bortfall. Artikelsökning i databaserna Cinahl, Medline och PsycInfo resulterade i inkludering av 12 artiklar. I resultatet framkom faktorerna: Upplevelsen av att vara smittbärare, MRSA:s påverkan på det dagliga livet, Stöd eller frånvaro av stöd från familj och vänner, Information och kunskap, Bemötande från vårdpersonal samt Upplevelsen av isolering. I resultatet framkom att personer bärare av MRSA upplevde rädsla att smitta andra, framförallt sina familjemedlemmar, och avstod från fysiskt kontakt. Personerna upplevde begränsningar i arbetslivet, i dagliga livet samt begränsningar av fysisk aktivitet.

Good business relations can contribute to the success of IT-outsourcing, and create new business opportunities. Despite a sharply increasing trend to outsource IT-operations there is a high degree of failures related. The cause may be that some important factors have not been taken into account. The purpose is to investigate elationships within IT-outsourcing and test if specific factors identified by previous research are being concerned in IT-outsourcing relationships and also to investigate the view IT-outsourcing customers and suppliers have on business. Research shows that business relationships are widespread throughout companies. It demonstrated that a small number of business relationships can have a major impact on a company's financial performance and may create stability. Business relationships can be divided into an arm's length relationships and strategic alliances depending on the degree of involvement.

Phosphorus (P) is an essential nutrient but a surplus could lead to eutrophication. Furthermore, the minerals used to produce the mineral phosphate is a non renewable resource. There are in other words several reasons to reduce the leakage of P and the agriculture is one important area to attend. The aim of this work has been to investigate if carbon-rich arable soils content contain more P than arable soils with low carbon content. Moreover it has been calculated if the carbon-rich soils could pose a risk of P leakage by comparing their delivery of P with the plant uptake. The work has consisted of compiling the results from former gathered and analysed soil samples of 130 Swedish arable soils. The fractions of P considered are water soluble P (Pw), ammonium lactate-extractable P (P-AL), hydrochloric acid-soluble P (P-HCl), organic ammonium lactate-extractable P (Porg-AL) and inorganic ammonium lactate-extractable P (Porg-HCl).

Resultatet utgår från både litteraturstudie och empirisk data från intervjuer. För att ett företag ska kunna iscensätta upplevelser som väcker engagemang måste erbjudandet anpassas väl till målgruppen. Deltagandet kan ske aktivt eller passivt och bör inkludera alla de fyra aspekterna underhållning, utbildning, estetik och eskapism för en positiv upplevelse samt att händelsen har ett klimax.I dagens samhälle konsumerar vi inte bara för att tillfredsställa våra grundläggande behov utan också för att visa vår identitet. Introduktion: Att någon gång drabbas av psykisk ohälsa blir allt vanligare, därför är betydelsen av forskning inom området stor. Sjuksköterskor med sin specifika omvårdnadskompetens utgör den största personalgruppen inom psykiatrisk öppenvård men sjuksköterskans roll inom psykiatrisk öppenvård är begränsat beskriven i vetenskaplig litteratur. Detta innefattar aspekter kring sjuksköterskans egen roll samt i relation till andra yrkesgrupper inom psykiatrisk öppenvård. Syfte: Att beskriva sjuksköterskans upplevelse av sin egen roll inom psykiatrisk öppenvård samt upplevelsen av interaktionen med andra yrkesgrupper i sitt arbete. Metod: Studien var en deskriptiv intervjustudie med kvalitativ ansats.
