Introduktion: Kommunikation betyder att göra något tillsammans, ha förbindelse med ellergöra någon annan delaktig i något. Kommunikation kan ha som mål att reducera ovisshet,utveckla relationer samt att ge patient och närstående en rörelseinriktning. En del avkommunikationen sker på icke-verbal väg. Socialstyrelsen säger i sin kompetensbeskrivning atten del av sjuksköterskans ansvarsområde är bemötande, information och undervisning, en avdelkompetenserna är att ha förmåga till att kommunicera med patient, närstående, personal ochandra på ett respektfullt, lyhört och empatiskt sätt.Syfte: Att belysa kommunikationen mellan sjuksköterska och patient/närstående i onkologiskvård samt att se hur man kan förbättra kommunikationen hos sjuksköterskorMetod: Litteraturgenomgång. Artiklarna är sökta via CINAHL och PUBMEDResultat: Patienter och sjuksköterskor upplevde sjuksköterskans arbetsbelastning som ensvårighet för bra kommunikation.

Mitt huvudsakliga syfte med denna uppsats har varit att titta på metoderna för avtalstolkning och se i vad mån de skiljer sig åt mellan kommersiella och icke kommersiella avtal. Jag kan nu konstatera att det finns många olika sätt att tolka avtal på men utgångspunkten är alltid en gemensam partsavsikt som i båda förhållandena är svår att finna, och som nästa steg en tolkning baserad på lydelsen. Utöver dessa finns en rad principer som tas upp i arbetet som också har betydelse för tolkningen i och med att ett avtal alltid skall tolkas i sin helhet. Skillnaderna mellan kommersiella och icke kommersiella förhållanden är betydande och en av de klaraste skillnaderna är kravet på tydlighet och information som ökar i och med snedvridna förhållanden. För drygt tio år sedan blev det allt vanligare på operationsavdelningarna i Sverige att använda sig av dubbla sterila operationshandskar vid kirurgiska operationer och interventioner, även i situationer då patienten inte hade en känd blodsmitta. Den sterila operationshandsken utgör en hygienisk barriär mellan personal och patient som förhindrar mikroorganismer att infektera dessa båda parter. Socialstyrelsen har rekommendationer för användning av dubbla operationshandskar men följsamheten bland operationspersonalen varierar. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva evidens för användning av dubbla sterila operationshandskar vid sterila kirurgiska operationer och interventioner. Metoden är en allmän litteraturstudie med beskrivande design.
