Syftet med denna uppsats var att fastställa om och hur arbetsuppgifternas komplexitetsgrad påverkar vad de anställda motiveras utav. Vidare undersöktes vilka preferenser de anställda med arbetsuppgifter av olika komplexitetsgrad hade gällande icke-monetära belöningar. Det studerades även till vilken grad cheferna var medvetna om deras anställdas preferenser. Utifrån det teoretiska perspektivet ska de anställda med komplexa arbetsuppgifter motiveras utav inre faktorer såsom beröm, utveckling och ökad självständighet. Anställda med icke-komplexa arbetsuppgifter ska då påverkas utav yttre faktorer som lön och spontana materiella belöningar.

Fetma är en växande folksjukdom. Den ökade förekomsten av fetma leder till attsjukvården i större utsträckning kommer att möta patienter med fetma. Syftet med studienvar att ur ett patient- och sjuksköterskeperspektiv belysa vilka attityder sjuksköterskan hargentemot vuxna patienter med fetma. En litteraturöversikt har använts för att sammanställatidigare forskning som berör sjuksköterskans attityder mot patienter med fetma. Studienomfattar sju vetenskapliga artiklar som resulterat i två huvudteman med tillhörandeunderteman som redovisar resultatet inom ämnet.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att belysa hur lärare resonerar om flerspråkighet och hjälp och stöd för de elever som är flerspråkiga i en skola där nästan alla andra elever är enspråkiga. Detta har genomförts genom en kvalitativ studie med semistrukturerade intervjuer där alla intervjuer genomförts enskilt. Studien omfattar sex stycken informanter var av fyra av dessa arbetar på en icke mångkulturell skola. Av de två övriga informanterna, arbetar den ena på en mångkulturell skola och den andra som modersmålslärare på både mångkulturella och icke mångkulturella skolor. De slutsatser som kan dras av denna studie är att de lärare som arbetar på en icke mångkulturell skola, inte är så insatta i vad begreppet flerspråkighet, enligt forskningen, innebär.

Background: Communication allows people to gain understanding of themselves and their surroundings, which is a prerequisite for good health. The nurse may in her communication help patients develop a feeling that they are not alone in their situation. If the patients cannot express themselves and make themselves understood, it can lead the patients to feel left out which emphasizes the suffering at having aphasia. Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the components which affect nurse?s communication with patients with aphasia.
