In the year of 2001 the largest known cartel in Swedish history wasexposed to the public and brought to justice. Eight years later, afterseveral trials, the so-called Asphalt Cartel was finally found guilty bythe Swedish Market Court for having been cooperating illegally anddistorting prices.The overall purpose of this paper is to study how the cartel wasmanaged in order to be sustained over time. By applying actornetworktheory I examine what kind of heterogeneous materials thatwere combined for purpose of creating the cartel and how in practicethey were held together.In order to understand how the cartel was sustained I also include ananalysis on why it suddenly fell apart in 2001. However, my studyshows that through the years the cartel repeatedly experiencedcrisis, and therefore constantly fell apart and was recreated throughprocesses of negotiation..

Detta arbete behandlar förmedlingen av den vikingatida kvinnan i arkeologisk kurslitteratur. En kvalitativ studie av materialet delar upp förmedlingen i åtta olika teman. Inom dessa teman redovisas citat som har valts ut för att representera de vis som den vikingatida kvinnan har förmedlats på. Resultatet visar att bilden av kvinna har förändrats under perioden som studerats. Den bild som ges i kurslitteraturen är sammankopplad med den arkeologiska forskningsteorins utveckling samt rådande samhällshegemoni.

Bakgrund: Medarbetarsamtal har sina rötter från 1800-talet och används idag ute i organisationerna som ett redskap för att påverka både medarbetarnas och organisationens utveckling. Då jag själv aldrig har haft ett medarbetarsamtal finner jag det intressant att undersöka detta närmare.Syfte: Är att belysa föreställningar kring medarbetarsamtal ur så väl ett individuellt som ett organisatoriskt perspektiv samt om dessa föreställningar kan bidra till medarbetarnas utveckling.Metod: För att uppnå syftet har nio kvalitativa intervjuer genomförts med två chefer och sju medarbetare på Lunds kommun. Vid intervjuerna har jag använt mig av intervjuguider, en vid intervjuerna med cheferna och en när medarbetarna intervjuades. Urvalet till respondenterna har gjorts med hjälp av två kontaktpersoner på kommunen.Resultat: Jag har fått en god inblick kring medarbetarnas och chefernas föreställningar om medarbetarsamtal. Jag har funnit ett par likheter och skillnader.

Bullying is something that is often times talked about in relation to school, in spite of that it's still something that is a very common problem. It is also rarely ever clearly defined, and is subject to a heap of different definitions. In order to prevent something, we must first understand it, and therefore define it. With that the purpose of this study is to examine swedish preschool-teachers definitions of bullying. How do they define bullying? Do their definitions differ from one another?The investigation was qualitative and used qualitative interview methods to interview four pre-school teachers about their deifnitions of bullying.

Studien har formen av en fallstudie med halvstrukturerade intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod.Studiens resultat visar att förbättringsarbetet bidragit till individens utveckling av sitt yrkeskunnande genom möjligheter att kombinera teori och praktik i arbetet samt genom en ökad kunskap om vikten av samarbete i arbetet.Förbättringsarbetet har även bidragit till en större förståelse för arbetsprocessen samt en större noggrannhet och ansvarskänsla i arbetet. Hög produktionstakt och svårigheter med att identifiera problem i arbetet har dock visat sig försvåra intervjupersonernas utveckling av sitt yrkeskunnande.Förbättringsarbetets låga prioritet vid hög produktionstakt, samt begränsade möjligheter till delaktighet då det gäller målformulering och riktlinjer för företagets verksamhet, påverkar således individens motivation och engagemang i arbetet..
