This report of 10 credits is a C ? level essay in informatics.The report presents the result of our investigation. The purpose is to answer our problem statements:?How does computer-based graphical pedagogical tools work compared to traditional teaching aids? What is the users view upon the content? Is the information too hard or too easy? Does the structure work better than the traditional website design??Infact is a system that has as its primary goal to present information in a pedagogical way to let users of all ages and sexes learn from the contents. The information shown on the web page www.forskning.se is about Swedish and international research and the sites primary target users are high school students.In our investigation we asked a total of sixteen students divided into three groups a number of questions where after we started a discussion that we hoped would yield some answers about Infact and the homepage in general.Our main conclusion is that Infact is a good tool to use side by side with the textbooks and the traditional teaching aids.

Antalet återvinningscentraler har ökat de senaste åren och vid utformning av dessa finns det en god möjlighet att utnyttja kunskap från industri och forskning inom arbetsplatsutformning och godshantering. Inom återvinningsbranschen finns det många arbetsmiljöproblem som visar sig i arbetsskadestatistiken. Ett problem är bristen på ergonomiskt lämpliga hjälpmedel för personal och besökare. Denna brist på hjälpmedel leder till arbetsskador och olyckor på ÅVC:erna. I dagsläget kan man bryta ner dessa problem i fem uppgifter,1.

Trettio år efter att HIV/AIDS bröt ut lever idag cirka 34 miljoner människor som Hiv-positiva. Trots att forskningen och förståelsen för sjukdom gått framåt så existerar det fortfarande fördomar och diskriminerande beteende gentemot människor med HIV. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva hur HIV smittade patienter upplever bemötandet inom vården. Vi har gjort en litteraturöversikt över 8 artiklar som varit både kvalitativa och kvantitativa. In Sweden the voluntary socialwork is a complement to the public authorities. The voluntary organisations has become more important considered helping people in different situations of need. The aim of this study has been to examine the voluntary organisations meaning for individuals. The aim was reached through interviews by five guests from different organisations. We have also interviewed two employees from the different organisations to find out if there is any differences in their way of work. This study indicates that the organisations means a lot for the individuals. The social network, something to do during the day, a kind treatment but also the milieu are factors that seems important for the individuals. The organisations even creates a feeling of connection and satisfy other kind of needs. .

This project is a collaboration with Ett Klick för Skogen, a foundation that buys and preserves endangered forests in Sweden. There are several ways of helping the foundation, e.g. buy a tree and for this the buyer obtains a symbolic diploma. Many organisations uses this method to collect money and for me the lack of a thorough expressions are consistent. The objective with this project has been to renew these diplomas for Ett Klick för Skogen and in the long run increase the collections and preservation of endangered forests in Sweden.The idea has been to vivify hardwood trees in a new and rather poetic than pedagogic manner.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att mot bakgrund av en teoretisk förförståelse om Indien och sexhandel undersöka och diskutera hur organisationen Saheli HIV/AIDS Karyakarta Sangh arbetar med kvinnor i sexarbete i Pune, Indien och undersöka hur personalen upplever arbetet. Frågeställningarna tar upp hur organisationen arbetar med kvinnor i sexarbete, hur personalen upplever arbetet och vilka samhälleliga faktorer som påverkar arbetet samt hur detta kan analyseras i förhållande till feministisk teori och empowerment. Uppsatsen är en kvalitativ studie som genomförts med sju respondentintervjuer, observationer samt litteraturstudier. Organisationen arbetar med stödjande insatser för kvinnor i sexarbete såsom kondominformation och -distribution, hjälp med omhändertagande av kvinnornas barn, hjälp till sjukvård och egen bank med villkor anpassade till kvinnornas situation. De arbetar även med information till samhället om sexarbete och dess problematik.

Bakgrund: HIV upptäcktes i början av 1980-talet och har kommit att bli en världsomfattande sjukdom som drabbat miljontals människor. Antalet smittade stiger hela tiden och det finns idag ingen bot mot virussjukdomen. Dagens bromsmediciner gör dock att många smittade kan leva länge innan de insjuknar i AIDS. Allteftersom överlevnadstiden ökar, är också sannolikheten att möta HIV-smittade patienter i olika vårdsituationer större än någonsin. Detta gör att det ställs höga krav på vårdpersonalen med avseende på kunskap och kompetens kring patienter smittade med HIV.

The purpose of my study is to contribute knowledge about how class teachers can work with students who are in mathematics difficulties. The question at issues I have is: Which methods can class teachers in grades 1-3 use to help students with mathematics difficulties? and Which obstacles and opportunities are there in this work? To get answers to my questions, I have read relevant literature and interviewed 3 class teachers in central Sweden. Through my interview I learned that education should include and build on concrete materials and methods. The purpose of the study is to investigate the interest in Sami reindeer herders to use the Low Stress Stockhandling (LSS) method for handling reindeer. Also to find out which reindeer handling situations they think works the best and the worst, and which might need improvement. The purpose of LSS is to reduce the stress animals are subjected to during handling by creating consistent and calm responses from the animals. This is done by handling the animals through the animals? point of view and using natural herd behavior to accomplish this.

This research focus on key groups; students with dyslexia, librarians and teachers, and interaction between these two professional groups regarding students with dyslexia. In searching for the exchange of knowledge and experience to meet dyslexic students needs, I have in this study turned the attention to librarians and their experiences with students with dyslexia.The purpose of the research has been through semi-structured qualitative interviews with four librarians, to explore and describe how they experience their work, in working with pupils with severe reading and writing problems, dyslexia, and interaction with teachers on this user group. The qualitative approach in the gathering of the empirical evidence is based on a desire to have an indepth and thoroughly understanding of the librarians experience.All informants in this study indicate that they see it as a natural part of their duty to keep themselves updated about dyslexia and what materials to suit the dyslexic user group. The informants have knowledge of dyslexia and have great knowledge and keep abreast on the latest technology of compensatory aids - alternative tools.The informants have primary a consulting and supply function for teachers and dyslexic students, where they are consulted on  suitable material in both fiction and facts in various disciplines. The informants highlights the importance of planning and preparation time to find suitable material, as audio books or easy read, so students who have a need for this also can be provided.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien är att undersöka hur fysisk aktivitet och socialt stöd påverkar fyra elevers upplevelse av mental hälsa med fokus på negativ stress.-          Hur påverkar fysisk aktivitet upplevd stress hos fyra elever i årskurs 9?-          Hur påverkar socialt stöd upplevd stress hos fyra elever i årskurs 9?MetodStudien har genomförts som en kvalitativ undersökning med utgångspunkt i hermeneutiken. För att besvara frågeställningarna har intervjuer med halvstruktur genomförts på fyra elever i årskurs 9. Intervjuerna genomfördes med ljudinspelning och varade mellan 15 och 30 minuter. Materialet transkriberades och analyserades med hjälp av Krav- Kontroll- Stödmodellen.
