Uppvämningssystem med biobränsle : en fallstudie på Malmviks gård
The use of bio fuel is increasing every year. Nowadays you will find different alternatives to oil and electricity heating system. In this essay I have examined what the economic conditions are to invest in a bio fuel furnace. I have chosen to assume from a specific farm and do a case study on this farm. Malmvik farm is located just outside of Stockholm.

En jämförelse av patienters upplevelser av delaktighet, livstillfredsställelse, arbetssituation och sjukvårdskonsumtion efter Strokescreening respektive traditionell vård
Syftet med föreliggande studie var att med avseende på upplevelser av delaktighet och livstillfedsställelse samt arbetssituation och sjukvårdskonsumtion jämföra två grupper som deltagit respektive inte deltagit i ett Strokescreeningprogram. En strukturerad enkät skickades ut till konsekutivt, retroaktivt utvalda personer. Det inkomna resultatet analyserades med hjälp av Chi2-test, Mann Whitney test, T-test, linjär regressionsanalys och multivariat logistisk regressionsanalys. Några signifikanta skillnader mellan grupperna kunde inte påvisas även om vissa tendenser noterades.Gruppen som deltagit i Strokescreeningprogrammet upplevde en mindre delaktighet i den personliga vården än gruppen som ej deltagit i Strokescreeningprogrammet. De strokedrabbade upplevde en signifikant lägre livstillfredsställelse än en referensgrupp bestående av en normalpopulation svenskar.
Några arbetsterapeuters insatser och upplevelser av hemrehabiliteringen för patienter med stroke
Syftet med studien var att undersöka några arbetsterapeuters insatser och upplevelser av hemrehabiliteringen för patienter med stroke. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats och metoden för datainsamlingen var att intervjua fyra arbetsterapeuter på två olika verksamheter i södra Skåne. Intervjuerna utfördes genom en semistrukturerad intervju mall. I resultatet framkom det tre underkategorier vilka var arbetsordning, arbetsmetod och patientrelation. Arbetsterapeutens insatser och upplevelser av att arbeta inom hemrehabiliteringen med strokepatienter, handlade om att instruera, informerar och göra utvärderingar med patienten och vårdteamet.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva och ge en översikt över arbetsterapeutiska interventioner och effekten av dem för personer med stroke som rehabiliteras inom slutenvården. Datainsamlingen har skett genom en systematisk sökning av publicerade vetenskapliga artiklar. Författarna har utgått från studiens syfte vid val av sökord och använt databaser som vänder sig mot medicin och hälsa. Vid analys av data användes en arbetsterapeutisk processmodell för att klassificera vilka interventionsformer samt bedömningar som utfördes för personer med stroke inom slutenvården. Studiens resultat påvisar att personer med stroke som rehabiliterades inom slutenvården får mer funktionsträning än aktivitetsträning och att de flesta arbetsterapeutiska interventioner förmodligen inte är klientcentrerade eller aktivitetsbaserade.

The sun is a huge energy source with great potential of providing energy to the heating of homes and other buildings in an environmentally sustainable manner. In order to provide buildings with energy from the sun it is necessary to transfer the energy supply over time to when the demand arises. By storing the heat in a seasonal storage, solar energy from the summer can be used in the winter when the demand for heating is greatest.Today's existing plants are mainly in Europe and particularly in Germany. These facilities are designed to supply heat demands greater than 400 MWh and covers about 40-50 % of this need which consists of energy for space heating and domestic hot water. How much of the heat demand that is covered, the solar fraction, is partly due to losses from the storage which in turn is connected to the surface area of the storage.

Varje år insjuknar 30000 människor i stroke i Sverige. Av dessa får cirka 12000 människor någon form av afasi som innebär nedsatt språkförmåga och därmed kommunikations svårigheter. Att kunna kommunicera är ett grundläggande behov som är direkt kopplad till individens självförtroende och välbefinnande. För att kunna etablera en god relation till patienten, behöver sjuksköterskan kommunicera på ett bra och effektivt sätt. Det finns risker att kommunikationen mellan sjuksköterskan och patienter med afasi inte blir det optimala som sjuksköterskan och patienten önskar på grund av brister i kommunikationen dem i mellan.

Personers erfarenheter av aktivitetsförmåga i hemmet efter strokerehabilitering
Utifrån kraven på kortare vårdtider är det av vikt att de arbetsterapeutiska insatserna som erbjuds personer som insjuknat i stroke överensstämmer med deras behov av aktivitetsförmåga i hemmet. Syftet med studien var att beskriva personers erfarenheter av aktivitetsförmåga i hemmet efter strokerehabilitering. En kvalitativ metod valdes. Deltagarna bestod av fyra kvinnor och fyra män i åldern 59-83 år. Datainsamlingen genomfördes genom två fokusgrupp-intervjuer där öppna intervjufrågor användes.

This thesis deals with the numerical 3D simulation of a four stroke, spark-ignited, internalcombustion engine, which is mounted on a high performance motorcycle. The work, carried outin collaboration with Politecnico di Milano and MV Agusta, focuses on the simulation of theintake, compression and expansion stroke, including combustion simulation, using an opensource CFD code.Simulation of internal combustion engines offers a great challenge in the field of CFD research.Moving boundaries of the solution domain, caused by the motion of the piston and valves, leadsto deformation of the computational grid, with decreasing quality of the solution as result. Basedon this, a previously developed mesh motion strategy was employed where a number of meshesare used to cover the whole simulation cycle. Within each mesh interval the internal cell pointsof the mesh are moved to account for the boundary motion of the piston and valves. This strategywas previously applied to simplified geometries as well as real engine geometries.
