The electric car has existed for over a century and producers has tried to commercialize it earlier but has not succeeded. In recent years, however, a change occurred that may be significant for the electric car and it is now to commercialize in the market of passenger cars. The technology has in recent years elaborated as more car manufacturers have started to invest in development in the subject field. This thesis aims to compile an action plan for the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in Uppsalahem ABs residential areas. It is based on a survey of different residential areas and a survey of charging infrastructure.

AbstractThe dependency of fossil fuels in the transport sector causes large emissions of carbondioxide. This problem can we reduce by using vehicle gas from digested solid manure and leftover of pasture. I have studied the potential for this in the county of Västernorrland. Thepurpose is to investigate how much vehicle gas that can be extracted.One central, large scale digestion and upgrade plant should be placed in Härnösand. Theamount of pasture and manure that is economical and practical available is enough to produce2,7-3,5 millions Nm3 vehicle gas.

Syfte: Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur vårt fallföretag Jayway, går tillväga för att möjliggöra sitt högt uppsatta mål om att ha en personalomsättning lika med noll. Vi vill därigenom med denna studie försöka få en bild av hur mindre företag kan göra för att minimera sin personalomsättning. Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod och genomfört ett flertal intervjuer med vårt fallföretag. Teoretiskt perspektiv: För att förstå grunden till problemet att behålla personal för mindre företag har vi tagit till oss teorier om personalomsättningen och dess relation till stora och små företag. Empiri: Vårt fallföretag Jayway är ett IT-baserat företag under expansion.

This essay shows how natural areas in Älta, a part of Nacka municipality southeast from Stockholm, been changed quantitatively and qualitative as a result of the increased housing construction in the area. Three issues are discussed. Namely: how has Ältas green areas been changed in sizes and quality in line with the settlement's expansion, what is the reason or the reasons to building of different types of accommodations, what has been and is the operators in connection with building of the different types of accommodations?The essay shows that the green areas has been decreased with over 2 km from 1901 to 2000 and in addition to these areas of approximately 1,1km been converted to a planned green structure. Älta has during the years gone through four eras of building types an era of small family houses ? an era of building one million houses on a national scale ? an era of terrace houses ? an era of sporadic building of different housing types (one family houses, pair houses, terrace houses and small blocks of flats).

SammanfattningBostadsmarknaden för äldre har vuxit de senaste åren i och med att andelen äldre ökar allt mer och en boendeform som har blivit populär är seniorboendet. Många äldre är köpstarka vilket har gjort dem till en attraktiv målgrupp på bostadsmarknaden. Seniorboendet kan erbjuda en social gemenskap och ökad trygget där de boende inte behöver ägna tid och energi åt att sköta underhållet som snöskottning och underhåll vilket många inte längre vill ta hand om själva. Att driva ett seniorboende är en kapitalkrävande verksamhet och för att lyckas med att skapa ett seniorboende som går med vinst är en affärsplan en hjälp då studier har visat att affärsplanering är ett sätt att få finslipa iden, organisera företaget och minska risker förknippade med projektet. Affärsplaner efterfrågas även allt mer av investerare och andra intressenter.Författaren har i den här studien sökt ett svar på problemformuleringen: Hur kan en affärsplan utformas med inriktning på etablering av seniorboende?Huvudsyftet med studien är att diskutera hur företag som driver seniorboende affärsplanerar.

The print- and mailroom at Gefle Dagblad (GD-tyck) is handling an increasing amount of commercial jobsalong with the newspaper production. Investments have above all been done in the mailroom to be able tooffer commercial costumers a higher degree of finishing and there are plans to expand further in the commercialmarket. GD-tryck is of the opinion that they need to secure the quality of their production to be ableto do such expansion, which is the reason why a quality system of some kind may be appropriate. Howeverthere are no plans to certify such a quality system according to ISO 9001:2000.In this exam report the present methods of working have been analysed from a quality perspective.Suggestions on how GD-tryck should be working with quality development is presented in the fields whereshortage of quality has been discovered. The suggestions taken together do not form a quality system butcan be looked at as ideas of approach to quality fields that have to be developed if a working quality systemshall be accomplished.Many of the quality fields that have been discussed do not have anything to do with technical qualitydirectly but are in some degree requirements for a working quality system.

The last hundred years humans have drastically changed the amount of available nitrogen in nature. Today human activities release twice as much available nitrogen as all natural processes are doing together. We also have degraded nature´s possibilities to take care of nitrogen through the draining of wetlands and straightening of rivers. In order to regain the potential of nitrogen retention in the water systems there now requires a reshape of the landscape we live in. A planned expansion of the mining activities in Garpenberg, Dalarna, would double the content of nitrogen in the waters below the mine.

Den här studien kommer att undersöka hur tidigare erfarenheter påverkar företags internationaliseringsprocess. Uppsatsen skrivs på uppdrag av ett franskt företag som bedriver sin verksamhet i konsultbranschen där de hjälper andra företag att bli mer kostnadseffektiva.Som modell till undersökningen används teorier om företags internationalisering samt om lärande i organisationer. Metoden som används är att i en fallstudie granska detta konsultföretag, genom att samla in data via intervjuer, telefonintervjuer samt sekundär data.

This master thesis is intended to give an increased understanding of the stress state in an axle, which is assembled in one of Atlas Copco?s mountain drilling rigs. The main problems investigated were how the axle is affected when the bearing is worn, when the pretension is varied, and how to dimension the axle. Answers to these questions were found by using hand calculations, practical testing and with Finite Element analyzes. The dimensioning of the axle is currently based on the bending stress, but the author?s opinion is that the axle should be dimensioned considering the equivalent stress.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the use and losses of energy in an existing older building. Another purpose was also to look through various options for heating systems with renewable energy in the building. The aim was to reduce the use and losses of energy. The first step was to study the related electricity bills of the building and also perform measurements and calculations of the building envelope and ventilation. The next step was to find out the possible actions for energy saving by performing measurements and calculations.

At Forsmark nuclear power plant the rather old-fashioned software COPTA is used in containment safety analysis. There exists a desire within the organisation to introduce a more modern software with ability to more detailed modeling and increased usability.The goal of this thesis was to evaluate the software APROS in containment safety analysis. APROS models describing one of the containments at Forsmark NPP have been developed. Two simulations of typical containment incidents, one of them a large pipe break, have been made where containment safety parameters such as pressure and temperature are studied. Results are analyzed and verified against results from corresponding COPTA models.

This essay is about use, misuse and non-use of history in politics. To recognize genocide is a use of history that has been established in politics, but also sparked debate. The position of non-use of history in international policy towards Turkey's denial policy has increasingly been replaced by recognition of genocide as a matter of making up with the story, moral consider, and where fundamental issues of culture, identity, history and morality has become guiding element in the discourse behind European expansion and integration policies. A breakthrough for this change is due to the Cold War's end; since the 1980s it has become possible to realize the humanitarianism which has its roots in the Enlightenment humanism underlying the United Nations, and later the EU conventions on human rights and genocide conventions. A genocide concept has become an important discourse in world politics that puts moral pressure on states to act.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe the expansion of Sundbyberg public library during the decade 1954 to 1964. Our focus of interest is the library?s concentration on public relations in 1954.During the experimental year 1954 a public relations librarian, Bianca Bianchini, was employed. Her task was to introduce thelibrary to the citizens of Sundyberg who were not already using it. As a background to this concentration on public relations we also describe the early development of the public library in Sundbyberg.

De svenska universitets- och högskolebiblioteken har genomgått stora förändringar, inte minst under de senaste decennierna. Utvecklingen av informationsteknologin, utbildningsväsendets expansion samt nya pedagogiska modeller inom universitet och högskolor har medfört förändrade förutsättningar för bibliotekarierna att utöva sitt yrke. Mot bakgrund av detta är syftet med studien att ur ett professionsteoretiskt perspektiv undersöka hur bibliotekarierna själva upplever att den pedagogiska rollen samt användarundervisningen har förändrats. Jag har även haft för avsikt att undersöka vad de upplever som pådrivande i utvecklingen av den pedagogiska rollen och användarundervisningen. Föremål för min undersökning har varit bibliotekarier anställda vid Medicinska biblioteket, Umeå universitetsbibliotek.

Swedish biogas is currently produced mainly by anaerobic digestion of sewage sludgeat sewage treatment plants, landfills and anaerobic digestion of household or industrialwaste. Also cattle ma-nure from farms can be used to produce biogas. Upgradingbiogas represents an increase in methane concentration from about 65 % to about 97%. In addition, particles and contaminants must be sepa-rated from the upgradedbiogas. There are various methods for upgrading and this report compares sixdifferent methods with respect to environment and economy: water scrubber,Biosling, cryo technology, chemical absorption, Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) andmembrane separation.According to the used ORWARE model, chemical adsorption with amine has the leastenvironmen-tal impact (methane emissions) and the lowest costs.
