The Health care is an important part of the welfare services in Sweden. Therefore it is of large interest that it is well performing. A part of this is related to how the Health care is organized. This essay examines how the Swedish Health care has been organized between 1960 and 1990 and what organizational changes that have been made to the Health care. It shows that the Swedish Health care has un-dergone many organizational changes the last decades.

The aim of the thesis was to identify whether, and if so how, aspects of sexual Health (reproductive Health and cohabitation) are compiled in the National Quality Register and identify reasons for this. A quantitative method has been applied to go through the registers annual reports. In the first part of the thesis, the registers annual reports was mapped with the help of a checklist designed through World Health Organizations (WHO) definition of sexual Health. In the second part, a questionnaire was sent to those responsible for each register to find reasons to why and how sexual Health is included in the National Quality Registers. The result shows that sexual Health is not usually included in the register data, although the survey showed that most registers brought up aspects that could affect the current target group's sexual Health.

There is no consensus of the concept sexual Health in the context of being HIV-positive women. Research in the area tends to focus in different measurable parts of sexual Health for HIV-positive women. A meta-synthesis on that research issue can develop a deeper understanding and knowledge of how HIV-positive women in qualitative studies describe and experience sexual Health. The purpose with this study is to analyze and synthesize the results about how HIV-positive women describe and experience sexual Health. The meta-synthesis follows Noblit and Hare´s method of meta-ethnography and additional use of Walsh and Downe´s checklist to appraise qualitative articles.

A poor working environment can have negative consequences for individuals, companies and society (SOU, 2009:47).This is a qualitative study that investigates companies? view of Health promotion and how they practice Health promotion in working life. Five private and five public companies, with representatives from the management were interviewed.

A preventive Health care program prevents ill-Health and since 2001 Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad has a Health care program, ?Främja hälsan?. Leadership is important in the Health promotion work when to get the collaborators motivated and involved in the Health care program. The aim of the cross-sectional study was to investigate the collaborators opinion about the managers? pedagogical role in the Health promotion work at Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad.

The term ?Health maintenance? was introduced in the 1960?s. A common conception nowadays is that Health maintenance is always beneficial. Gestaldo (1997) meant that Health education on one hand could give the individual a feeling of autonomy, but on the other hand also put the individual in an inferior position where the teacher represented ?the truth?.

Today is one of the reasons that Sweden works for improved public Health to reduce the incidence of the most common diseases. The eleven objectives are the key determinants of public Health work and are thus assigned as the common positions for players to work towards the same goal. The purpose of this study was to examine which aspects of Health promotion in Sweden examined in the scientific articles. The method is a literature review based on scientific articles. Searches have been conducted in the databases SAGE Journals Online, ASSIA and Cinahl.

As an effect of increased living standards and improved Health care, life expectancy has risen in many parts of the world. At the same time, welfare diseases such as diabetes and obesity increases. As the number of elderly and long-term sick rises, so will the medical care needs. E-Health applications are often presented as a way to meet future medical and doing so within the scope of existing resources. By facilitating Health communication and widen access to Health services by offering them online, e-Health applications encourages people to become more engaged in their own Health, thus working proactively towards a Healthier population.

From a view of Health strategies and techniques this thesis wants to throw a light on how the individual in its"Health thinking"is governed. A thinking that, according to the author, can lead to a new way of governing as in municipal activity, an activity whose focus is on Health and ill-Health. The study is done whit a theoretical approach of power, with qualitative interviews as method and analysed from a perspective of Governmentality. The object for the study is Socsam and Rehabrådgivarna in Finspång. Socsam is a local project, and their main task is to create cooperation between Health- and medical services, social services and social insurance.

The aim of this study was to investigate a Health intervention at a Swedish telecom company, with regards to behavioral, cognitive and somatic stress, experienced Health, and absence due to illness. A further aim was to investigate the employees' perceptions regarding the Health intervention. Questionnaires were collected from 139 employees at the customer service departments.Results indicated that the Health activity bowling to some extent could predict lower behavioral stress. However, the most important predictors of stress and perceived Health were lack of meaningfulness and quantitative demands. Lack of meaningfulness was also a predictor of absence due to illness.

Good conditions in the workplace, fairness in the workplace and the social differences contribute to a general improvement in public Health. A Health-promoting leader is working to create a workplace that promotes Health, supports its employees and contributes to their wellbeing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the first-line managers in the city of Västerås experience and deal with their conditions and obstacles in the Health-promoting leadership. A qualitative approach was chosen and the selection was six first-line managers working in three different areas of the City of Västerås. Managers were interviewed by an interviewguide and the material was analyzed with a manifest content analysis, with an inductive approach.

The aim of this study was to examine retiared individuals view of oral Health and dental care. A questionnaire was sent to three different retirement organizations and answared by 106 participants. Our studie showed that irrespective of education or Health status, the majority considered oral Health and dental care was important and will become so in the future. Most elderly individuals can consider getting help with their oral Health with oral Health care in the future. This studie showed that the elderly are concerned about their appearance.
