The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the unit managers, within care of elderly, in their role as manager and leader handle possible stress reactions among its nursing staff. As a data collection method we've used semi-structured interviews and we have implemented them in five female heads in a medium-sized municipality in Sweden.

Genom att använda både den för tjänsteföretag utvecklade marknadsföringsmixen tillsammans med relationsmarknadsföringsteorin, kunde vi med hjälp av att göra intervjuer med nio frisörsalonger ge en noggrann beskrivning av frisörsalongernas marknadsföringsarbete. Resultaten visar att de företag som gör det mesta av marknadsföringsmixen olika delar har bättre möjligheter att på olika sätt differentiera sina tjänster och konkurrera på marknaden. Vi kan också visa att relationsmarknadsföring är frisörföretagens mest grundläggande marknadsföringsverktyg. Relationerna som är kopplade till den enskilda frisören innebär dock en risk genom att kunden följer frisören om denne byter arbetsplats..

This Degree Project was about finding the best loudspeaker placement in a heavyweight truck and also the best suited loudspeaker for this task. The project took place in Södertälje, Sweden, on behalf of Scania CV AB. The goal was to create a new listening environment in a truck cabinet.The results were accomplished by the performance of a few different tasks. First a benchmark was made on Scanias top competitors. Second a listening test was made to get an apprehension of what people find lacking in the sound reproduction of the sound system.

This study intends to use a text analysis and analyze Findus crisis communication, on their website, about the horse meat scandal in February and March 2013. The main focus is to examine if Findus crisis communication can be connected to Beniot?s image repair strategies and the rhetorical appeal forms, in five press releases and four blog posts, and also if they are different depending on the media format. The results show that Findus usually used three of the five image repair strategies and the three appeal forms (ethos, pathos and logos) interacted and therefore became Findus crisis communication consistent in all material. Sammanfattning Syftet med denna intervjustudie var att undersöka huvudhandledares och kliniskt utbildningsansvarigas uppfattning om undervisnings- och handledningssituationen på en anestesiklinik. Totalt intervjuades 6 huvudhandledare och 5 kliniskt utbildningsansvariga. Intervjuerna transkriberades och analyserades utifrån en fenomenografisk ansats enligt Starrin & Svenssons (2007) analysmetod. Huvudhandledaruppdraget uppfattades som att befinna sig i en oförutsägbar situation och en svårbedömd undervisningsmiljö, vilket ställde krav på noggrann planering och tydlig kommunikation, samt lösningar genom kompromisser. Huvudhandledarna uppfattade även att de hade en övergripande stödjande funktion gentemot överbelastade handledare, utsatta studenter och nyanställd personal.

Syftet med denna studie var att utifrån ett socialkonstruktionistiskt perspektiv och ett Foucault-inspirerat diskursanalytiskt ramverk visa på några av de sätt att tala om och förstå den bildterapeutiska processen som finns tillgängliga för och används av bildterapeuter. Syftet var även att beskriva hur dessa sätt att tala kan påverka bildterapeuter i det bildterapeutiska arbete de bedriver. Datainsamlingen genomfördes med semistrukturerade intervjuer med bildterapeuter. I resultatet lyftes tre distinkta sätt att tala om processen fram, som gav den tre olika innebörder. Dessa tre diskursiva konstruktioner framställde den bildterapeutiska processen som en blottläggande process, som en experimenterande process och som en reflekterande process.

The aim of this study was to investigate emotions and emotion regulation of a downsizing in an industrial company. The sample consisted of persons who had experienced a downsizing but have kept the employment, within a same position or being transferred to another one. Data consisted of two focus group interviews, analysed by an inductive thematic analysis. The results have indicated that emotional reactions changed over time as well the emotional regulation did during the different phases. The groups differed in emotional reaction related to the time of decision regarding the retention of employment.

Målsättningen med examensarbetet är att utvärdera en metod för att upprätta en kommunikationslänk från en mobil satellitterminal till en geostationär kommunikationssatellit utan kännedom om satellitterminalens position på jordytan. The aim is to compare the three different industries, to look for disparities and similarities in their use of CSR. The disseration looks into both variance and resemblance in the use of Corporate Social Responsibility between the companies within the same branch of trade and between the industries.The industries of intrestThe three industries that the study has focus on is consumer, manufacturing and service related industries. Where the consumer industry is classified as companies with direct sales towards private consumers, the physical citizen. The manufacturing industry is classified as companies that manufacture products but that does´nt sell their products directly to the regular consumer.

The main purpose is to illuminate how a company links certain values to its brand in an effort to achieve a competitive position. We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is successfully integrating social responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.
