Bakgrund: Människor som ställer upp frivilligt i ideella organisationer måste samordnas för att de skall kunna arbeta tillsammans med syfte att uppnå gemensamma mål, men går det att styra dessa människor? Det ligger någonting paradoxalt i tanken på styrd frivillighet. Betyder inte en frivillig Handling något som sker spontant, självvalt och oombett? Samtidigt som samhället ställer krav på att organisationerna skall uppnå konkreta resultat, kan de frivilliga när som helst hoppa av om det inte längre känns motiverande att stanna kvar. Detta medför att det även är viktigt för organisationerna att beakta de frivilligas motiv till engagemanget och tillfredsställa deras personliga önskemål så att de inte lämnar organisationerna.

AbstractThe development of new economies from the industrial revolution to the information society of today has led to an increase in goods, services and information technology. It has also affected the way that organizations are formed and shown that organizations transform more and more into networks. This has left an impact on the concept of marketing and an increase in the Handling of internal relations within companies. The marketing concept has developed from the 4P:s, price, place, product and promotion, to relations marketing as a new perspective.This study focuses on a description of relations marketing in medium - sized advertising agencies. The advertising business has a long history of close customer relations and advertising agencies strongly depend on new customers.

 There is an ongoing reorganization within media industries today as they adapt to new and changing demands - the environment is changing fast and the organizations with it. The development of new technology is contributing to new forms of media distribution in the present media industry. The structure of media organizations is getting flatter and the co-workers are getting a new and bigger role. All this is bringing new challenges for the leaders of the organization. Caught in the middle of these new structures is the middle manager who now is facing different demands from all sides.

The world is currently facing a huge severe challenge in Handling the issue of climate change. One of the ways to lower the green house gas emissions, which is seen as one of the main contributor to the climate crisis, is to use renewable technologies such as for example photovoltaic (PV) systems. PV-systems are also suitable for so called micro production, small scale energy production facilities, since it can be placed on practically any rooftop with the right solar conditions. In Sweden the usage of PV-systems has not yet gotten any wider spreading, even though the solar radiation conditions are very similar to countries that produce a lot of solar energy, as for example Germany. The aim of this paper is to describe non-adopter perceptions of PV-systems. The study holds a qualitative approach using deep interviews for data collection.

This study contains the search of knowledge about the deacons of the Swedish church, if they actually feel an increasing pressure and in what way, how they are Handling the possible pressure from people in need, if that pressure is too high and if the deacons feel that they can assist the people seeking their help. The study also aim to provide more knowledge about the deacons experiences of the opportunities and boundaries (or obstacles) they meet in their line of work and how they handle the boundaries when/if they can?t provide the help that the people need.

This study examines use and users of information and records originating in the context of a contemporary police organisation. This area of research has only been of focus for a relatively few researchers. This in contrast to use and users of historical archives which has been in centre for more studies. The study is conducted with a quantitative method structuring data from 120 selected registered matters containing user queries. The research questions addressed are:- what user categories use the records of the authority- which are the ways of contacting the authority preferred by the users- which are the identifiers provided by the users and how well are they matched by the search artefacts available to the staff of the authority- what information and records are sought-after by the users.For comparing the identifiers provided to the search artefacts has been selected the two most frequently used registry systems within the authority.

Diabetes typ 2 är en kronisk sjukdom som ständigt ökar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva patienters upplevelser av att leva med diabetes typ 2. Nio vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades. Analysen resulterade i fem huvudkategorier; upplevelser av att ändra livsstil, coping - ett sätt att hantera sin diabetes, upplevelser av en förändrad självkänsla, upplevelser av vårdpersonalens bemötande och framtidssyn. Resultat som framkom i studien var svårigheter med att ändra livsstil beträffande kostvanor, hantering av medicinering och fysisk aktivitet.

The questions are:? How does the local curriculum interpret the upbringing assignment of the PE teachers?? How does the PE teacher interpret the concept upbringing?? How does the PE teacher work with the upbringing role in their daily teaching?? How does the different experiences regarding to uppbringing and the schools development affect their or the PE teschers? daily teaching?? Is there any difference in the subject teacher?s upbringing role compared to the PE teacher?s?MethodThis study is qualitative and based on four deep individual interviews of teachers, two at the age between 25 and 35, and two at the age of 45 or older. In addition, four local curriculum?s have been investigated with consideration to upbringing.

ABSTRACT Borg, Martin (2008). Jag fattar inte! En fallstudie på en skola om elever i matematiksvårigheter. (I don?t get it! A case study on a school about pupils in mathematical difficulties) Syfte: Syftet med studien är att ta reda på hur matematiklärare och specialpedagoger i en skola arbetar med kartläggning av de elever som inte lyckas i matematik samt hur de omvandlar sina kartläggningar till Handling och hur åtgärdsprogrammen ser ut för de elever som inte når målen i matematik. Metod: Fallstudie med ostrukturerade intervjuer. Resultat: När man lägger Nilholms tre perspektiv; dilemma, kompensatoriska och kritiska, att se på den specialpedagogiska praktiken, över de uttalande som respondenterna gör är det tydligt att även om alla inte är odelat positiva till den nuvarande ordningen så är den dagliga praktiken definitivt sprungen ur det kompensatoriska perspektivet.

Uppsatsens syfte är att klargöra vad principen novus actus interveniens innebär. Principen kan möjliggöra att det skadeståndsrättsliga ansvaret begränsas och upphävs för den initiala skadevållaren, om en utomstående tredje man medverkar eller orsakar en skadas inträffande. Med hjälp av principen novus actus interveniens bryts orsakssambandet och den tredje mannen övertar ansvaret för skadan som inträffat. En skada som orsakas av extraordinära naturhändelser eller av den skadelidande själv kan också medföra att principen novus actus interveniens kan appliceras. Det råder oklarheter om principen utgör gällande rätt i Sverige och därmed jämförs rättsläget avseende principen novus actus interveniens med den engelska skadeståndsrätten.

Illegal fildelning är ett världsomfattande problem som har skapat heta debatter i många länder. I Sverige är den illegala fildelningen ett vanligt förekommande fenomen. För att komma till rätta med denna verksamhet har vår egen upphovsrättslag uppdaterats och den omdiskuterade IPRED-lagen införts. Trots detta är företeelsen illegal fildelning fortfarande vanligt förekommande i dagens Sverige. Den här studien har haft som syfte att undersöka varför personer fortfarande fildelar samt vad som skulle få dem att sluta med denna verksamhet.

The purpose of this study is to overlook Nordic medias news coverage and framing of Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik. The study is based on printed editions of Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten, Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter and the Finnish newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet set on nine selected dates related to the issue between July 23th 2011 to August 25th 2012.   The study will display how Breivik was framed by each of the Nordic newspapers and even the total amount of news coverage the issue has been given. The media framing part of the study will mainly focus on the media framing of Breiviks personality and political ideology. The study will also investigate each newspapers Handling of Breiviks manifesto, which he published only hours before killing 77 people on July 22th 2011. The study is a quantitative content analysis, containing a total number of 245 articles.
