AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate how seven homosexual men in the age between 18 and 26 years experience openness with their sexuality in Stockholm. We wish to investigate how these men experience and Handle their everyday life in a community characterized by a heteronormative foundation. We will focus on how they Handle their openness in an urban environment and if they experience any limitations dependent on the situation or surroundings they live in, and also how they Handle these situations. The study is hermeneutically inspired where seven life story interviews are analyzed within the theoretical frameworks provided by Connell, Goffman, Foucault and Queer theory.The results show that the respondents? openness varies depending on a variety of factors where surroundings, situations and previous experiences are influential.

In this paper we examine the view of mental illness is in a male dominated organization and what strategies are used to Handle mental illness by the organization and the individual. We conduct semi structured qualitative interviews with persons who have in some way been in contact with mental illness within the organisation, we then encode our material from a themed analysis. We analyze the material and illustrate our problem area on the basis of Erving Goffmans theories of interaction and on R.W. Connells theory of hegemonic masculinity. We also show how previous studies of how men seek help for mental illness can help to enlighten our research area.

According to the widespread concept of deception, deception is to intentionally cause someone to acquire or continue to have a false belief.  This paper refutes this notion and argues for a definition of deception based on a view that deception is the misuse of communication with the purpose to achieve a further end; an end that, is believed, can?t be reached without the misuse of communication. It is shown that this new definition can Handle cases that earlier definitions could not Handle without leading to absurd pragmatic consequences. In addition, the proposed definition makes it possible to properly distinguish between deception and attempted deception..

In this essay I have examined how teenager and leaders Handle conflicts on a recreation centre in Nacka, outside of Stockholm in Sweden.I have made qualitative interviews with two leaders and ten teeangers. Also I have read researchlitterature about conflicts and how to Handle them. Then I have made observations watching how leaders and teeangers communicate and behave.The purpose of the examination is to describe differences with constructive and destructive Handle with conflicts. I have also shown how conflicts can give possibilites for the involved people to get to understand themselves, the other parts and the whole complex social behavior better.But that demands that the involved people choose a constructive solution where both parts cooperate, understand eachother and can see how themselves have contributed in developing the conflict.I have worked as an employee at the recreation centre two evenings a week in sex months. During that time I have observed conflicts and different strategies among teeangers and leaders.My conclusions are that conflicts give opportunities for people to grow as human-beeings and get a mentally richer life.

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine whether addicted in society maintain their personal dignity. Many studies about this issue have beenfocused on how hard it is to be an addicted, but few have focused on how an addicted Handle this situation. Our preconception before this study was that addicts are a stigmatized group not treated with dignity. Our project is divided into two parts, one production and written report. The subject of this study is conflict management. The purpose of this paper is to examine how teachers deal with conflicts between pupils in primary education. The purpose is also to get more insight on what a conflict is and show different strategies to manage conflicts. To learn about how teachers deal with conflicts between pupils in primary school, I chose to do interviews. I interviewed four teachers. In the interviews we talked about: their definition of what a conflict is, what kind of conflict that are most common, and how common it is with conflicts in the school which they work at, how they Handle conflicts between students, how they believe that they manage conflicts, if they have received any training or education in conflict management and if the school they work at have any special guidelines for handling conflicts. My questions are: How do the teachers think about their own involvement in students' conflict management?
