Syftet med denna studie är att få en förståelse för hur verksamma förskollärare ser på relationen mellan lek och lärande samt hur förskollärare anser att innemiljön påverkar barns utveckling. Frågeställningarna som studien utgår ifrån är: Hur uppfattar förskollärare relationen mellan lek och lärande? Hur ser förskollärare på den pedagogiska innemiljöns betydelse för barns utveckling? Samt hur ser förskollärare på sin egen delaktighet i barns lek? I studien intervjuas sex verksamma förskollärare från fyra olika förskolor. Genom de kvalitativa intervjuer som gjorts med förskollärarna har vi fått en generell uppfattning av deras svar på våra frågeställningar. Arbetet har en hermeneutisk ansats vilket innebär att förskollärarnas resultat är en tolkningsfråga.

The purpose of this thesis is to try to find out what effect subject oriented projects like Energiutmaningen has on the teachers, with a focus on teachers? physics education. What was the experience for the teachers who participated and what effects did the project have on them. Four teachers were interviewed through qualitative interviews. From the result it showed that the most experienced teachers, who have been teaching physics for many years, gained a new perspective of their teaching, through their participation a development showed in their education.

The aim of this essay has been to study six female seniors use and view of the library and its roles. The two Danish scientists Jochumsen and Rasmussen talk about the library in terms of a social center, cultural center, knowledge center and information center. Depending on what lifestyle the seniors belong to in the social room, they use the library differently. The social room consists of four lifestyles, north-west, north-east, south-west and south-east. The things that are important to consider in order to be able to place each senior within the different lifestyles are education level, economic standard, interests and so forth.

In today?s technological society, there are increasingly less physical demands on the locomotor system. However, despite that notion strength and function in the hand?s complex biomechanical system are in fact both needed to cope with daily life. The grip function is a main function in the hand and is used in many examples of scientific research, for instance when assessing physical health and predicting the probabilities of premature mortality.

Each time you pass a stand full of magazines it?s hard not to absorb the many exhortations that are being thrown at you. The range of different lifestyle magazines have more or less exploded during the last years. All magazines, each one trying to outmatch the other, want to help you improve to be the best you can.People get affected by their surroundings including what they see and what they read. Therefore we chose to do this study, as an opportunity to get a closer look on what the Swedish lifestyle magazines Cosmopolitan and Café tell us about women and men.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur Sveriges förbud mot köp av sexuella tjänster respektive Danmarks mer tillåtande inställning, upplevs av kvinnor som säljer sex i vardera land. Vi har valt att fokusera på de faktorer som rör risk- och skyddsaspekter, rättigheter - och skyldigheter, rådande attityder i samhället samt hur dessa kan tänkas påverka kvinnornas privatliv. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra sexsäljande kvinnor och sex professionella på området framkommer det en tydlig distinktion mellan de som säljer sex på gatan och de som säljer sex inomhus. Med hjälp av stigmateorin, empowerment samt ett specifikt synsätt på sexualitet har vi kunnat analysera deras polariserade upplevelser och erfarenheter. Utifrån en tematisk analys framkommer det att kvinnorna i Sverige upplever lagstiftningen som paradoxal i avseende på risk- och skyddsfaktorer.

I dagsläget finns det en rad olika eftermarknadsprodukter som påstår sig reducera vibrationer som förekommer vid skoterkörning. Denna rapport har på uppdrag av Center for Vibration Comfort AB (CVK) undersökt skoterstyrets inverkan på vibrationsemissioner för hand-arm vibrationer (HAV), samt vilken inverkan olika eftermarknadsprodukter har på emissionerna. Tidigare rapporter inom ämnet påvisar att skoterförare riskerar mer än tre gånger så hög chans för Raynaud?s fenomen (?Vita-fingrar syndromet?)(17% av förarna påvisade syndromet) gentemot kontrollgrupper (5% påvisade syndromet). De påvisar även att de farliga vibrationerna i styret kunde dämpas med 30-40% genom att använda isolatorer vid motorfäste, välja lämplig längd på styre samt använda gummiplattor vid stödytor.

I have done a study to see what perceptions held by two principals and four teachers, if adult behavior and attitudes towards each other will affect the climate between the students and put it in relation to the fundamental values of work and policy documents. I have also examined how they describe their work environment in their daily work and how they work to combat bullying.I have used qualitative interviews as a method to get answers to my questions. The interviews took place at two different schools, in which I interviewed a headmaster and two teachers at both schools. What emerged during the interviews were compiled and processed with aid based on previous research and theories which focus is in a social constructionist approach.The results as it shows in my study highlights a consensus among the interviewees that the personnel group working atmosphere affects the climate between the students and that there is a good understanding of the impact they have. The study also shows that the experience of their work climate affects by how the communication between management and staff looks likes and how many resources there are in the form of personnel.

Futurum.kom is a collaborative marketing project with the aim of strengthening the internal organization of Länsbibliotek Sydost, Regionbibliotek Kalmar and the 25 public libraries within the southeast region. The project intends to externally build the brands of the public libraries in Blekinge, Kalmar and Kronobergs län. This thesis is a study and evaluation of the implementation and results of Futurum.kom?s first campaign "Låna dig rik" at a public library. The analysis is based on the following issues:? What goals does the library have with the "Låna dig rik"-campaign.? What is the feedback from the staff's experience of the users in terms of needs and demands?? In which way does the library choose to implement the marketing campaign and what role do the users have in this process?? What is the internal performance of the library's marketing campaign, what was the experience of the staff of the campaign?? What is the external result of the library's marketing campaign?The method is based on a case study of a single library, with a series of interviews and document analysis of written and electronic documents.

I denna uppsats undersöks hur samspel och kommunikation kan se ut mellan barn och deras föräldrar och vad föräldrar gör hemma för att stödja och stärka sitt barns språkutveckling. Dessutom vart föräldrar vänder sig för att hämta information om sitt barns språkutveckling och med sin eventuella oro. Här ges även en inblick i vad ett uteblivet samspel kan innebära för ett barns språkutveckling. Uppsatsen består av litteraturstudier om barns språkutveckling och om det viktiga samspelet mellan barnet och dess föräldrar. Piagets och Vygotskijs teorier om barns språkutveckling och då främst deras syn på vikten av samspel och kommunikation utgör en grund.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the public libraries work towards SFI (Swedish For Immigrants) based on the views of the overseeing librarians. To study this we have asked the following research questions:What distinguishes the public libraries? work towards SFI according to the responsible librarians? What distinguishes the communication between SFI teachers and the librarians according to the responsible librarians? What opinions are held by the librarians in regards to their work with SFI?We have used a semi structured interview method with seven librarians in charge of the activities with SFI at small and medium sized public libraries in a rural area of Sweden. The theoretical framework is composed of Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model for analysis of the local public library profile and the authors? definition of collaboration.

I och med att människor runt omkring i världen idag kopplas ihop med hjälp av ny teknik och kommunikationsmedier är det intressant att studera hur konsumenter från ett visst land ser på handel med andra länder på nätet. Denna studie syftar till att skildra vilka faktorer på landsnivå som gör att svenska konsumenter väljer att näthandla en digitalkamera från ett land framför ett annat. Mer specifikt utreder studien svenska konsumenters köpbeteende vid näthandel inom landet och gentemot Polen, Tyskland och USA. Tidigare forskning har visat att tillit har en viktig betydelse vid handel mellan länder och näthandel (Michaelis et al, 2008; Connolly & Bannister, 2008). Därför kopplas landsfaktorerna i studien ihop med en egenkonstruerad tillitsmodell som bygger på tidigare teorier om tillit.

Studiet undersöker kompetensutvecklings möjligheter för bemanningskonsulter. Intresset är stort i att ta reda på vilka kompetensutvecklingsmöjligheter finns och om bemanningskonsulter har tillgång till dem möjligheterna. Intresset finns även i hur bemanningskonsulterna själva uppleva deras utvecklingsmöjligheter och anställningsbarhet, jämfört med kundföretagens egna anställda. Undersökningen gjordes genom att intervjua några av bemanningskonsulter som är på en långtids uppdrag hos ett kundföretag inom bilindustrin, samt några av kundföretagets egna anställda som fick sin anställning på kundföretaget efter att har varit konsulter på uppdrag hos det kundföretaget. En jämförelse gjordes sedan mellan bemanningskonsulter och företagets egna anställda för att undersöker hur de upplever sina respektive kompetensutveckling.

Employers are becoming more and more aware of that the internal communication between employees is the reason why organizations are being held alive and also what impact the office environment has on employees work performances and their communication. The aim of our study was to gain an understanding of what significance an office's spatial design has for the communication between employees and managers in the workplace. We have through qualitative interviews with managers and employees from different business cases gotten a perception of their ways of communicating with each other. The results showed that employees and leaders thought that they shared the same picture of what their communication was like in reality, how they thought their ways of marking their territory in the office was understood and respected and what their opinions and expectations of how the communication between them and their leaders should be like. These results were then analyzed in consideration with relevant theory and previous research in the disciplines of office environment and communication studies.The main conclusions that have been drawn from the analysis are that the work environment's design can be both positive and negative at the same time and that what should be focused on is the leaders' communication. The leaders and their employees have to communicate more about their communication between them so thart misunderstandings can be avoided in the office environment - and therefore become more effective..
