Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka nÄgra lÀrares erfarenheter gÀllande att göra elever pÄ gymnasiesÀrskolan delaktiga i bedömningen av deras kunskapsutveckling. Metoden jag anvÀnde mig av var intervjuer. Jag utförde studien i en mellanstor svensk kommun bland sex lÀrare som arbetade pÄ gymnasiesÀrskolans nationella program. För att utröna vilka former av delaktighet som förelÄg, anvÀnde jag mig av Harts (1997) delaktighetsstege. Resultatet visade pÄ att alla lÀrare ansÄg elevers delaktighet som viktigt.

Legacy-system sköter idag flera kritiska affÀrsprocesser hos mÄnga företag och banker. Dessa system Àr dyra att underhÄlla och uppdatera med nya funktioner. Legacy-systemenÀr ocksÄ svÄra att anpassa till en tjÀnsteorienterad arkitektur eller SOA (Service OrientedArchitechture). DÀrför vill företagen börja fasa ut dessa system. According to the basic values of the Swedish Trotting Association the horse and its welfare should always be held in highest consideration. One part of the animal welfare work in the organization is to ensure good horse management practices by controlling all active trainers through the local licensing committees situated at the Swedish racetracks. The Swedish Board of Agriculture stated that high quality animal welfare assurance programs used by the industry organizations can be used in the risk assessment of the official animal welfare control to make the official control work more effective and the ambition of the Swedish Trotting Association is to establish an animal welfare assurance program which may be approved by the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Racehorses are exposed to welfare hazards both in their management as well as during training and racing and factors like handling, training, feedstuff, stable environment, medication and the possibility to express natural behavior all affect the welfare of the horses. The aim of the project is to investigate and evaluate the animal welfare work performed by the licensing committees and to give advice on how to improve the industry?s animal welfare control.

ABSTRACTPurpose: The purpose of the study was threefold. Firstly, to investigate if a four week program in pain rehabilitation had any effect on how much individuals with persistent pain worked and their degree of kinesiophobia. Secondly, to study if there was a correlation between how much these individuals worked and their degree of kinesiophobia. Thirdly, to study if there was a correlation between the change in these variables.Method: 112 patients who had participated in a four week rehabilitation program took part in the study. The study had a retrospective design, which was based on a review on medical records and consisted of three minor parts.

The purpose of this thesis is to explore pupils' motivation for participating in Physical Education. The thesis also investigates the definitions of sport and health and to what extent pupils make any connection between the school subject physical education and their own physical and health status. A semi-structured interview was carried out with thirteen upper secondary school pupils with special needs on the Individual Programme. The interviews were recorded digitally and then analyzed. The results show that there is no unified definition of the school subject among the pupils.

Vaccination as a part of the preventative public health project has for many years been one of the important tasks of the children's health care. The vaccination program has been adjusted to current research and the health situation in the country. Having their children vaccinated is not something obvious for all parents, though. Especially the vaccination against measles, whooping cough and German measles have been questioned. The purpose of this literature study was to investigate the reasons for the resistance to vaccinate and to illuminate the security creating advice of the nurse at the public health centre.

Grafiska dokumentgrÀnssnitt anvÀnds av de flesta datoranvÀndare. Det finns i huvudsak tre typer av dokumentgrÀnssnitt; MDI (multiple document interface), SDI (single document interface) och TDI (tabbed document interface). I ena halvan av arbetet har dessa tre analyserats utifrÄn en rad faktorer med mÄlet att se om nÄgon modells fördelar vÀger över de andras och om man kan skapa nÄgra riktlinjer för nÀr det Àr bÀst att applicera respektive modell nÀr man utvecklar en ny programvara. Analysen Àr baserad pÄ litteratur samt kvalitativ enkÀtundersökning och programtest. Andra delen av arbetet har Àgnats Ät testa om det gÄr att programmera sÄ att slutanvÀndaren kan vÀlja den modell han eller hon föredrar.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the support program, given to cancer patients in order to promote their own efforts to quit smoking and to study if they kept their changed cigarette consumption 6-18 months after their cancer treatment was done.Method: We have used a descriptive qualitative method with semistructured interviews which were made in the spring of 2010 at Uppsala University. The informants in this study were smoking cancer patients which had been given radiotherapy at the oncology department at Ryhov hospital in Jönköping, Sweden.The results showed that three out of eleven informants were still not smoking after their treatment ended. All informants agreed that information about the effects of smoking on their radiotherapy were important.This study also showed that there are areas in which the support program could benefit from being changed. Of those informants who did not succeed in their efforts to quit smoking, many felt that the support should have been more direct in the sense that the staff should have followed up on their progress more frequently. These unsuccessful informants also stressed that the location for where the information was given could have been more private.

Risk assessment is made to determine risks with contaminated areas and to determine which treatment the area requires. In Sweden, risk assessment is divided into three levels: risk analysis, facilitated risk assessment and detailed risk assessment. In detailed risk assessment site-specific guideline values are developed to compare with values of contaminants that are measured in the area.Site-specific guideline values vary with geological and hydrogeological parameters. The purpose of this report is to examine which of these parameters that affect the guideline values. The examination was done using a calculating program for consideration from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency from the year of 1997.

Mycket hÀnder i Norra Sorgenfri. Det hÀr arbetet syftar till att sÀtta omvandlingen under lupp och att granska möjligheterna för ett inkluderande stadsliv i omrÄdet. Vissa forskare hÀvdar att Malmö segregeras och att fler malmöbor lever i en marginalposition. Avsikterna med omvandlingen Àr goda och det verkar pÄ planer och program som att stadsdelen kan bli ett omrÄde för hela Malmö. Det Àr dock viktigt att diskutera hur omrÄdet skulle kunna fungera som mötesplats och boendemiljö.

Studiens syfte Àr att undersöka sprÄkliga skillnader och/eller likheter samt analysera förekommande stilistiska drag i gymnasieelevers texter som skrivits inom nationella provet i svenska, vÄrterminen 2012. FrÄgestÀllningen har varit ?Hur strukturerar gymnasieelever sin textproduktion gÀllande innehÄll, funktion och form?, Förekommer det skillnader och/eller likheter i elevtextproduktion mellan studieförberedande och yrkesförberedande gymnasieprogram?, Vilka skillnader och likheter mellan sprÄk och betyg i textproduktion visar elever pÄ de studieförberedande programmen i jÀmförelse med elever pÄ yrkesförberedande program??     Materialet för studien Àr 24 elevtexter skrivna av gymnasieelever i yrkesförberedande och högskoleförberedande program i hela Sverige inom det nationella provet i svenska B. Elevtexterna analyseras utifrÄn en systemisk funktionell lingvistisk modell, med syfte att analysera texterna ur aspekterna innehÄll, funktion och form. Resultatet av min analys ger en bild av gymnasistelevers sprÄkanvÀndning med syfte att bidra till den sprÄkpedagogiska forskningen..

Over the period as a student at the Master's Program for Educational Leadership, I have learned thatsometimes the participants School?s management shows concern regarding the purpose of studyingat such a program. The curiosity of what that might devolve upon got me to immerse myself in theapproach to and attitude towards competence development within educational leadership.The essence of what I wanted to examine was how the students from the above mentioned Master'sProgram perceived the treatment they received from supervisors and colleagues and if it waspossible to explain the attitude that the participants in the study reported. I also wanted to examinewhat issues, related to competence development and leadership within the school system, highlightsthe treatment of participants in educational leadership.The results are based on questionnaires and interviews and are divided into four categories; thesupportive, the unaffected, the discouraged and finally a side category to explain how to handle thediscouraged?s lack of support.
