The aim of this report is to create an easily accessible Guide to basic hygiene, cleaning and disinfection within the small animal practice. It is based on a literature study, using mainly research from the public health sector, due to the lack of relevant scientific reports within the veterinary field. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases it is important that the staff understands the importance of basic hygiene. Hand hygiene and disinfection and cleaning with water and detergent combined are the most important routines to prevent spreading of disease. In conclusion the differences between the veterinary and the public health sector are small, but some basic differences exist due to the nature of the patient?s needs.

Pappersmakulatur uppstår i tryckpressarna, men orsakerna finns i företagets alla funktioner. För ett framgångsrikt förbättringsarbete med att minska makulaturen krävs därför att all personal är engagerad.Examensarbetet utfördes på Bobergs Tryckeri AB i Falun, ett familjeägt företag med 60 anställda, som producerar personifierad direktreklam och blanketter. Syftet var att undersöka hur pappersmakulaturen kan minska och målet var att hitta orsaker samt ge förslag på åtgärder för att minska den.Genom intervjuer med personalen kartlades produktionssprocessen och utifrån det utarbetades förbättringsförslag. Exempel på förbättringsförslag är att kontinuerligt mäta och rapportera makulaturen, förbättra kommunikationen mellan avdelningarna och utveckla färgstyrningen. Litteraturstudier och kontakter med nyckelpersoner inom branschorganisationer och andra liknande företag, var till stor hjälp i arbetet.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var attbeskriva faktorer som påverkar livskvaliten hos patienter som genomgårperitonealdialys. Metoden somanvändes var en litteraturstudie. Artiklarna söktes fram i databaserna CINAHL,PsycINFO och PubMed.

We are trying to capture characteristics of decisionmakersin the pre- internationalization phase, to then compare the theoretical materialwith empirical material from case companies. Then in the final stages of the thesis, wewant to account for if we managed to answer our research questions. In the method, wegive a description of the approach selected in conjunction with the study. The study isqualitative and we used both primary and secondary data, with a deductive approach.The theory chapter will consider the most relevant theories that are related to the topic,which is internationalization, pre-internationalization, international entrepreneurship,and the psychology behind personalities, attitudes, and how these can affect theorganization's strategic decisions.

Medarbetarsamtal har sina rötter från 1800-talet och används idag ute i organisationerna som ett verktyg för att dels påverka både medarbetarnas och organisationens utveckling. Jag ville i denna studie undersöka medarbetarsamtal vidare genom medarbetarperspektiv. Studiens syfte var att undersöka och belysa upplevelsen och betydelsen av medarbetarsamtal hos medarbetare. Jag vill i denna studie tolka och förstå mina intervjuade informanter och valde därför i denna studie den hermeneutiska forskningsinriktningen. För att uppnå syftet har 6 kvalitativa intervjuer med semistrukturerad Guide använts.

The purpose of my study is to examine how the Hospital Play Specialists looks at the importance of play for children in the hospitalenvironment. Syftet med vår undersökning är att visa ett matematikläromedels kvaliteter utifrån ett estetiskt lärandeperspektiv. Vi vill genom analys av läromedlet Prima Matematik 1 A synliggöra huruvida det ger utrymme för estetiken och på vilket sätt detta görs. Vi använder oss av kvalitativ innehållsanalys, vilket i detta sammanhang betyder att vi letade efter estetiska egenskaper i läromedlets uppgifter. Resultatet visar att det inte ges något utrymme för estetiska läroprocesser eller radikal estetik i läroboken men att den använder sig av en del estetiska uttryck. Om man däremot, vilket läromedlet förespråkar, använder sig av lärarhandledningen som en Guide genom arbetet i läroboken ges ett större utrymme för estetiken vilket i sin tur bidrar till en varierad undervisning.

This degree project handles acoustic measurements of the heat pump EcoAir 107, made by Enertech CTC AB. The sound from the three sound sources of the heat pump, fan, compressor and four way valve, have been measured to find out how they affect the total sound level of the product.Measures to attenuate the sound level have been developed and tested. By comparing these with the sound of the heat pump, in its original state, we have found out the measures which have best effects.The best attenuating measures came to be: taped openings and holes around the compressor space, isolating the top and the bottom of the whole construction, support of the fan bottom part and shielding of the sound source with a screen at a distance of 110 mmThese measures have been tested together and an average attenuation of the total sound level with 3,9 dB have been accomplished. In the front of the fan where the continuous sound is the strongest, the attenuation was 4,7 dB.This project is meant to be used as a Guide by Enertech CTC AB:s during their future developing process..

This master thesis is an analysis of how the amount of health centers per inhabitant has changed since the Swedish government implemented a new health care reform in 2010. The reform implies a free choice of health centers in the Swedish regions and opens up the market for private firms. The purpose of the thesis is to study the effects of the different financing systems toward the health centers in the regions. The models are based on theories of the need of health care. Two of the independent variables which are studied are income and age.

The argument whether women should drink alcohol during pregnancy, has been debated for centuries. Women's drinking behaviour throughout the ages is not a static phenomenon but has changed in compliance with the customs of the time. The purpose of this study was not to evaluate if alcohol damages the unborn child, but rather to explore how women, who have just given birth and hence have become mothers, looked at alcohol in relation to pregnancy and motherhood. To accomplish this we have used a qualitative method with a semi-structured interview Guide. What has turned out to be central to our conclusions is the fact that though, in today's society, there is access to newly produced science reports concerning alcohol in connection to injuries to the foetus, it is our belief that the demands and expectations directed on the mother are dominant in this matter..

The purpose of this Master`s thesis is to examine if the pur-chase of media in public libraries reflects the library's role in society. Two questions have been posed: ? What view of public library's role in society is reflected in the purchase of media? ? What principles Guide the selection of media in public li-braries in Sweden? In order to investigate these questions, we used a question-naire that we sent out to a sample of 120 public libraries in Sweden. The analysis is based on a theory of three ap-proaches to the role of the library developed by Douglas Raber. The three approaches are the conservative approach, the populist approach and the social approach.
