The freedom of establishment is a fundamental right on the internal market which enables companies to take up and pursue activity in other member states, ?host states?, in a non discriminatory way. In situations where a company wishes to use the right to establish in a host state, complications will be discovered since the member states are applying different principles for deciding the nationality of a company. Since the Treaty of the Function of the European Union recognize both principles, and both of the legal areas company law and European international private law lack harmonization regarding companies wishing to perform such a transaction, the situation today brings the possibility that such a company could be covered by the legal system of several member states, or maybe no legal system at all.The Court of Justice of the European Union has through case law contributed to make the scope of the freedom of establishment a little bit clearer but there are still difficulties regarding situations when a company wishes to transfer its seat to another member state with a change of nationality. Today?s measures, for example the SE-company, is not enough to satisfy the companies wishing to transfer their seat to another member state.

Abstract of How to dress a cloud in trousers? ? A comparative analysis of Swedish translations of Vladimir Majakovskij?s poetryIn this essay I present a comparative analysis of Swedish translations of Vladimir Majakovskij?s poems ??????? ? ??????? and ??? ???? ??????.[1]My ambition is to analyze and understand methods of translation and reasons of devices in transforming Majakovskij?s poetry into a Swedish language and context. On the basis of my theoretic perspectives (which contain fundamental problems of translation, the development of the subject ?translation? and English translations of Russian texts) I methodically execute a parallel reading of the original poems, literature concerning Majakovskij as a poet and selected, biographic literature with a concentration on the works of the Swedish translator and scientist Bengt Jangfeldt.[2]The chapters of my analysis was formed during my methodic reading of theoretic and biographic literature and creates a frame for my results: the analyze of three different kinds of transforming the Russian rhymes into Swedish, the way of translators actualizing and making poems more understandable by placing it in a different context by changing names/national clichés, the effect of using hard or vulgarized language and the inevitable transformation from Russian to Swedish when translators are showing underlying meanings in the strophes by using more poetic language, a discussion of errors in translation, implicit difficulties in Russian use of certain words and the ideology of Majakovskij?s poetry and the Swedish publication/relationship to the authorship.[1]?A cloud in trousers? and ?At the top of my voice?[2]An interview with a Russian-speaking reader is also executed for another perspective of the Russian language.

The aim of this study is to describe how nature is portrayed in swedish poet and critic Aase Berg?s two earliest poetry collections, Hos rÄdjur (1997) and Mörk materia (1999), and how it relates to notions of humanity, culture and civilisation. The concept of ?nature? is problematized in a short survey of how it has been used by and critizised in ecocritical literary theory, which is used as the main theoretical framework for this survey, with an emphasis on selected theoretical concepts by Donna Haraway. As a methodological starting point, ?nature? is tentatively defined as ?that which does not let itself be subsumed under the human, culture or civilisation?, and this definition is contrasted with how the concepts are handled in the texts.The investigation shows that the relationship of nature to the human is a fundamental theme that provides a structure for both poetry collections.

In the discourse of teaching it?s often mentioned that the pupil?s previous knowledge and experience plays an important part in the process of learning. For the teachers it?s in general crucial to be familiar with their pupils abilities and skills, talents and shortcomings in order to successfully teach them. Knowledge and an understanding of their pupils, also helps the teacher to organize and customize a successful teaching for each individual.

During the later part of the 20th century the amount of children and adolescents in Sweden who reported psychosomatic illness have greatly increased. The main reason is estimated to relate to weak resources in school and school healthcare. Increased resources do not always have to encompass investments for school and school healthcare. En controller har en fundamental roll i en organisations ekonomistyrning och ska med hjÀlp av diverse styrmedel styra och kontrollera sÄ att verksamheten drivs mot ekonomiska mÄl.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen var att beskriva och analysera hur en controller inom sjukvÄrden anvÀnder ekonomiska styrmedel för att nÄ ekonomisk mÄluppfyllelse samt skapa en förstÄelse för hur en controller hanterar balansgÄngen mellan ekonomisk mÄluppfyllelse och vÄrdkvalité.Metod: Uppsatsen Àr formad med en kvalitativ forskningsdesign. En flerfallstudie har anvÀnts som forskningsstrategi dÀr den empiriska datan Àr insamlad genom ostrukturerade intervjuer med anstÀllda vid tvÄ sjukhus i SmÄland, lÀnssjukhuset i Kalmar och centrallasarettet i VÀxjö. Det teoretiska avsnittet Àr byggt med data som insamlats frÄn litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar som varit tillgÀngliga via Linnéuniversitetets bibliotekskatalog.Slutsats: De resultat som framkommer av studien pÄvisar att en controllerns anvÀndning av styrmedel tenderar att fokusera pÄ ekonomisk mÄluppfyllelse. Fysisk aktivitet i undervisningen och dess inverkan pÄ elevers kognitiva förmÄgor upplever vi som ett vÀsentligt inslag i grundskolans tidigare Är. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka omfattningen av lÀrares uppfattningar kring denna inverkan samt deras Äsikter kring detta arbetssÀtt och dess effekter. Metoden som anvÀnts har varit kvantitativ med en kvalitativ del och har utgÄtt frÄn en enkÀt med sÄvÀl kvantitativa som kvalitativa frÄgor. EnkÀten delades ut till lÀrare i nio olika grundskolor i tvÄ kommuner i VÀstra Götalands lÀn. Genom enkÀten har vi undersökt utbredningen av lÀrarnas Äsikter kring fysisk aktivitet i undervisningen och Àven gett dem utrymme att motivera och förklara sina Äsikter.Resultatet av studien visar att majoriteten av lÀrarna anser att fysisk aktivitet i undervisningen har en positiv inverkan pÄ elevers kognitiva förmÄgor sÄsom koncentration, minne och lÀrande.

Arbetets syfte Àr att undersöka vad ett avgrÀnsat urval pedagoger verksamma inom förskolan berÀttar om sprÄkutveckling. Undersökningens fokus ligger pÄ de villkor och arbetssÀtt pedagogerna beskriver som signifikanta för gynnsam sprÄkutveckling. Det empiriska materialet som undersökningen bygger pÄ har samlats in genom öppna intervjuer som sedan transkriberats. Ett för studien relevant urval av teoretiska perspektiv och tidigare forskning har anvÀnts för att analysera och problematisera kategoriseringar av intervjumaterialet. Arbetet visar att sprÄkutveckling kan förstÄs i termer av en betydelsefull dialog med barnet och dess hem som kÀnnetecknas av ett tryggt men utmanande förhÄllningssÀtt dÀr tid i förskolans kontext utgör ett mÄngfacetterat och komplext villkor för kvalitén i den sprÄkliga utvecklingen.

During the last decade a number of studies have been published that investigate how the most fundamental aspect of political organization, the regime type, affects population health. The results unanimously show that citizens of democracies live longer and healthier lives than citizens of non-democracies. Many explanations for this have been suggested, among these are that democracies redistribute more and invest more in salutogenic resources, and that the tendency of dictatorships to control the media negatively affects the ability to spread information crucial to public health. When these mechanisms are controlled for, however, it turns out that democracy has a large residual correlation with for example life expectancy, which suggests that other mechanisms are also involved.In this paper two new mechanisms regarding the possible psychosocially mediated health effects of the regime type are investigated, namely political repression, and the possible negative effects this might have on the levels of chronic stress, and autonomy, which connects to a large previous literature in social epidemiology. In the paper an ecological cross-country design is used and country-level data, provided mainly by the World Bank and Freedom House, is analyzed with a simple multiple OLS-regression model.

The Swedish CFC rules imply a taxation of Swedish partners of foreign legal persons subject to low income tax, which is based on a fictitious distribution. Thus, tax is levied even if the dividend has not been paid to the shareholder. The aim of the Swedish CFC legislation, which was put into force in 1990, was to prevent tax evasion and to protect the Swedish tax base. The reason was that the foreign exchange control was abolished, which made investments in foreign countries possible for Swedish companies. A CFC legislation was considered necessary for Sweden in order not to lose tax revenues.The legislation was strengthened on January 1st 2004 as a consequence of the abolished taxation of capital income of commercial shares.

With background in the rapidly growing need to find solutions for sustainable energy production and the increasing interest for wind power, this report was written. With take-off point from the wind power plant Big Glenn, which has been built in the harbour of Gothenburg, a model of the adjacent power grid has been created in Simulink/SimPowerSystems. Parameters for the power grid and its components has been provided by Göteborg Energi NÀt, that has also been the supplier of measurement data of produced power, the power need from loads in the vicinity, voltage levels, current values and also the variation of power factor at the wind power plant.The SimPowerSystems model has been used to perform simulations of power flow in the grid. These simulated values have then been compared to the measured values to verify the functionality of the model. Further, the model has been used to perform simulations of a grid fault, which causes a voltage drop.

Movie and literary tourism is a genre that has been recognized around the world for a long time but that has only recently got a grip on Sweden. More and more famous books are being cinematized and because of the success of these movies we can now walk in the traces of Wallander as well as the Millenniummovies.The focus of this study is mainly about the tourists? motivation when it comes to this form of tourism and the purpose is to try understand what needs come in to play when a movie and literary tourism attraction is chosen. The study objects are two movie and literary walks which are based on books and movies with a fictitious storyline.The performed research was based on a multiple strategy with the qualitative method - consisting of respondent and informant interviews - in focus and the quantitative investigation - in the form of an one-page questionnaire - more as a complement.On the basis of the most fundamental theory of motivation in general (Maslow, 1970) and the tourism research?s more specific travel motivation theory (Pearce, 2005), the conditions for movie and literature as sorts of tourism have been made clear.

The customer will most likely, if possible, avoid the website if the booking itself is experienced as having problems and insecurities.  The purpose of this study is to determine some of the most fundamental designs and functions of online booking websites today as perceived by the general public.
