Säkerhet i Wireless Local Area Networks : En studie i säkerhetslösningar utförd på uppdrag av Saab Bofors Dynamics AB.

Saab Bofors Dynamics AB is looking for ways to let the employees work wireless in the future. The security in Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) has not been considered very reliable, but new standards and protocols have been developed to enhance the security in WLAN. Since most wireless components soon will have built in support for wireless communication, it is important to have a model to deal with secure wireless communication ready. This is necessary because it is important to protect the company?s information related systems, ensure contingency in the daily work and maintaining the trust of the market and the authorities.

At first glance, the group CEO's (koncernchefens) legal position looks easy. It is the CEO?s responsibility to lead and make decisions on matters which affect the entire group, all while defending the company?s best interests. However, when one looks closely at how the Companies Act (Aktiebolagslagen) regulates how a company should organize itself, as well as the options available to manage the group, one rea-lizes that simply appointing a group CEO does not necessarily make the company compatible with the Companies Act. A group CEO threatens to reduce both the Board and CEO's legal administrative districts which are not in accordance with legal and commercial principles.In order to introduce a group CEO it requires a detailed investigation of the group's legal relationships.

Ett friskvårdsprojekt inom Saab Bofors Dynamics : - en kvalitativ studie

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka ett friskvårdsprojekt inom Saab Bofors Dynamics. Friskvårdsprojektet ?Det friska företaget? startades år 2004 som ett koncept för att lansera friskvård. Syftet och forskningsfrågan besvaras genom kvalitativa gruppintervjuer i form av fokusgrupper bestående av slumpmässigt utvalda medarbetare inom Saab Bofors Dynamics. I studien anammas ett hermeneutiskt förhållningssätt med tolkning som metod utifrån en abduktiv ansats.

Mångfald i grupparbete : Hur påverkar det lärandet?

The purpose of this study is to answer how teachers look at diversity in groups, with learning in focus. For this study I chose different high-schools in Sweden teaching Moving Pictures, in Swedish 'Rörlig bild'.These are the research questions: 1) What advantages and disadvantages do the teachers see with homogenity and heterogenity in their groups? 2) Which ascpects of teaching do the teachers bring up when talking about diversity?The method of this study has been a qualitative analysis and investigation in questionnarie form, with qualitative questions. Teachers were asked and data was examined with help of theories in diversity, group work, group dynamics, homogenity and heterogenity by authors like Toseland, Jones and Gellis (2004), Forslund Frykedal (2008) and Hammar Chiriac (2008).It is noticable that the teachers thought of differences in terms almost exclusively of school ability. The result is: - As a whole: homogenity means security, heterogenity means creativity.

This study is a part of providing knowledge about this intervention. Aim: Team spirit is a concept often used in both managerial literature and in other contexts where the efficiency of a group is discussed. Despite the fact that team spirit is used as a selling point for courses, books and seminars, no unambiguous definition of the term is available. The purpose of this thesis is to clarify what team spirit means to individuals within companies and team sports. Method: The thesis has been carried out using studies of available literature, which has been compiled into a conceivable model of what team spirit may imply. From this model a poll has been made, and handed out to individuals within companies as well as team sports. After having compiled the 37 replies, correlating answers has been sought after within each group of respondents. Result & Conclusions: The result shows us that there are varying opinions of what team spirit is, and generally accepted definitions of closely related ideas like cohesion and group development has to the respondents not been able to form a satisfying description of what team spirit means.

In modern dairy production, the newborn calf generally is separated from its mother and put in a single pen for some time before it is introduced to group housing. Group housing is becoming more and more common because it saves the farmer a lot of valuable time. Even thought group housing has a lot of benefits it is often associated with a higher morbidity and mortality in the young calves. Therefore, knowing the optimal way to use the group pen lies in many farmers? interests and the importance of different factors such as the optimal age of introduction is important to evaluate. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of age at introduction to group housing on the health of the calves in the group pen.

However, the process of handling the group contribution does not work without problems. This thesis analyzes three main issues where group contributions oppose the Swedish Companies Act. ? The Swedish Companies Act enacts the decision regarding group contributions to be made at a shareholder?s meeting.

Miljöstudier med CFD

Denna rapport behandlar stoftproblematiken i stränggjutningshallen på SSAB Tunnplåt AB i Luleå. Besvärande stoftkoncentrationer i luften har länge varit ett problem för personalen. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att beskriva den nuvarande situationen samt att kartlägga luftflöden med hjälp av CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). Även experimentella metoder ingick som en del i arbetet. I ett inledande skede intervjuades personalen för att författarna skulle få ta del av deras förslag och erfarenheter.
