Denna rapport handlar om vad det är i dataspel som engagerar så många människor samt om detta engagemang går att överföra till andra slag av interaktiva informationsdesigner såsom t.ex. ett dataprogram innehållande information. Rapporten inleds med en litteraturstudie där begrepp som dataspel, interaktivitet och motivation tas upp. Sedan undersöks olika frågeställningar om vad det egentligen är som lockar i dataspel samt om det föreligger en skillnad mellan vad som engagerar kvinnor respektive män. Undersökningsmetoden är intervju- och enkätstudie.

Furthermore, simple new models of particle physics are created in FeynRules, in order to make simulations based on the models. Personer som arbetar med Human Resources (HR) hanterar processer av olika slag och agerar som stöd för chefer och medarbetare. HR-personer kan i sin tur också behöva stöd i sitt arbete. Arbetet är brett och ett sätt att utbyta erfarenhet är att använda sig av sina nätverk. Denna studie är en beskrivning av hur HR-personer upplever nätverk samt tunga arbetssituationer. Resultatet baserades på sex semistrukturerade djupintervjuer med fem personer.

Ett syfte med arbetet var att sammanställa en slags handbok kring fastighetsköpets väsentliga delar, främst juridiskt men i viss mån även tekniskt. Tyngdpunkten är lagd på köparens och säljarens juridiska ansvar vid försäljning av fastigheter men även fastighetsmäklarens och besiktningsmannens roll i aktuell affär redogörs. Vi ansåg det angeläget att belysa de aktuella lagreglerna på området för att på så sätt utröna huruvida dessa kan anses fördela ansvarsfrågan på ett adekvat sätt. För att komma fram till ett resultat har främst en traditionell juridisk metod använts, med kompletterande av byggnadsteknisk facklitteratur, Internetkällor samt artiklar av varierande slag. Efter gjord undersökning konstateras att de problem som alltför ofta uppkommer i samband med fastighetsaffärer bottnar i ett till viss mån oklart rättsläge angående de olika aktörernas roll.

År 2003 gick USA och dess allierade in i Irak med motiveringen att Irak hade massförstörelsevapen, detta utan att FN:s säkerhetsråd utfärdat ett mandat. Kriget kritiserades hårt av många länder, bland annat Frankrike, Tyskland och även Sverige.Den svenska lagen säger att vapenhandel inte får bedrivas om det strider mot svensk utrikespolitik men får bedrivas om det finns säkerhets- eller försvarspoli-tiska skäl till det. Trots att Sverige kritiserade kriget fortsatte vapenhandeln med USA under tiden det fortgick. År 2003 exporterade Sverige krigsmateriel till USA för ett värde av 0,62 miljarder kronor. Sett till Sveriges kritik mot kriget skulle handeln inte ha fortsatt, men då USA är bland de största importörerna av svenska vapen skulle det vara ett hårt slag mot försvarsindustrin att förlora en så stor handelspartner..

This study, based on the socio-cultural theory of the book as a mediating tool, examines how four teachers say they work with the reader ABC-klubben. This is done with a focus on how they reason about choosing the level of readers for the pupils and about what compensation, if any, they make for pupils who read the simpler book and therefore miss the more difficult words and expressions. The result shows that all the teachers say that they take the pupils? motivation for and pleasure in reading as an important ground for the decision as to which reader a pupil should use, and that this decision is taken with a focus on the individual. When it comes to compensation for the pupils who read the simpler book, the teachers do not describe consistently focused work on this, but they describe a similar way of working whereby they nevertheless acquaint these pupils with the more difficult book and the harder words and expressions.

Uppsatsens syfte är att utreda hur företag i form av aktiebolag skall kostnadsföra organisationskostnader av olika slag. Organisationskostnader är kostnader som är kopplade till företagets organisation och förvaltning och det kan till exempel vara fråga om utredningskostnader, flyttningskostnader och förvaltningskostnader. I uppsatsen behandlas inte organisationskostnader i form av utgifter för forskning och utveckling. Uppsatsens fokus ligger på den skatterättsliga behandlingen där omfångs- och periodiseringsfrågan för organisationskostnader enligt gällande rätt diskuteras. Även den redovisningsrättsliga behandlingen diskuteras kortfattat.

Konkurser förekommer både bland privatpersoner och bland företag. När någon har bekymmer ekonomiskt och vet med sig att en konkurs kan vara nästa steg är det vanligt att denne företar transaktioner som syftar till att undvika de följder en konkurs för med sig. På grund av detta har det ansetts att regler behövs genom vilka sådan egendom kan föras tillbaka till konkursboet. Många gånger räcker det inte med specifika regler som riktar in sig på rättshandlingar av ett visst slag. Det uppkommer hela tiden nya situationer som lagstiftningen inte kan komma åt genom dessa regler, därför har det funnits ett behov av allmänna regler som kan angripa sådana rättshandlingar som faller utanför övriga reglers tillämpningsområden.

This report will try to evaluate the use of rented concrete casting moulds, which are used to build walls and system of joists. The evaluation is only examining the economical aspects.The cost of using concrete casting moulds is a big part of the total production expenses. Therefore it is important that the calculated price not exceeds the final costs of the casting moulds. The calculated price is the price used in the process of making an offer.The evaluation consists of a comparison of the calculated price and the final costs for three building projects. This work is a GIS study of fishing rights distribution between different categories of ownersand properties in the Stockholm Archipelago. The purpose was to create basic data used toestablish fishing laws and restrictions within the Stockholm County.Stockholm?s archipelago consists of a unique environment and is the natural life andreproduction environment for ? of Sweden?s reproducing fish species. The increasingpressure from fishing, tourism and weekend population increases the need for an efficientfishing administration to prevent impoverishment and to ensure the biological diversity inSwedish fishing waters. There is an increasing need to review fishing administrationmethodologies, as well as studying the categories of ownership and properties located insensitive areas and areas influenced by physical disturbances in order to establish effectivelaws and restrictions.The Swedish fishing rights for an area are currently not connected to the ownership of theproperty to which it belongs.

SammanfattningDenna uppsats beskriver design och implementering av en mer effektiv metod att styrakameraförsedda radiostyrda markfordon (UGV av engelskans Unmanned GroundVehicle). Det åstadkoms genom att införa samma kontroller som är vanliga i actionspel iförsta persons perspektiv, så kallat Free Look Control (FLC). Miljontals spelare kommeratt känna igen och vara bekväma med styrprincipen, vilket borde reducera dengenomsnittliga träningstiden samt förbättra prestationsförmågan. FLC gör det möjligt föroperatören att kontrollera kamerans läge direkt istället för via fordonet den sitter på.Detta görs genom att i mjukvara sammankoppla fordonets och kamerans rörelser.Utöver författandet av denna uppsats byggs en fungerande UGV-prototyp som kanstyras enligt både FLC och dagens standard, Tank Control (TC). Self-archiving as a way to provide open access to research publications is gaining ground in the area of scholarly publishing. An increasing number of research funders and universities are mandating open access for output associated with their research, which calls for evaluation of the effects of the phenomenon.This two years master?s thesis aims to investigate researchers? experiences of self-archiving. A qualitative web survey was conducted and answered by 41 researchers from several different countries, and a vast majority of the respondents concur with the principle of open access. Although self-archiving shows not to be a guarantee of increased impact for the single researcher, the study shows that might be the case.
