2003 ändrades bestämmelsen om hets mot folkgrupp i 16 kapitlet 8 § brottsbalken så att även hets mot homosexuella blev straffbart. Det skulle i fortsättningen vara brottsligt att hota eller uttrycka missaktning för homosexuella i ett uttalande eller meddelande som sprids. I förarbetena till lagändringen förklarades att samma principiella avvägningar skulle göras vid bedömningen av hets mot homosexuella som vid hets mot andra grupper. Under lagstiftningsärendets beredning restes frågan om hur kriminaliseringen skulle komma att påverka till exempel predikningar om homosexualitet utifrån Bibeln. I förarbetena framhölls bland annat att det inte skulle vara tillåtet att använda Bibeln för att hota eller uttrycka missaktning för homosexuella som grupp, men att det även i fortsättningen skulle vara tillåtet att citera och diskutera religiösa urkunder och uppmana åhörarna att följa urkundernas inriktning.I NJA 2005 s.

Som hjälpmedel inför projektering, byggande och fastighetsförvaltning finns ett antal verktyg för att kunna göra miljöbelastningsprofiler för byggnader. I denna rapport har två metoder använts för att göra en miljöbedömning av ett flerbostadshus. Metoderna är EcoEffect och Green Building Challenge. EcoEffect är en svensk miljövärderingsmetod för att mäta och värdera miljöpåverkan från en fastighet under en tänkt livscykel. I EcoEffect beskrivs miljöpåverkan som negativ påverkan på människors hälsa och ekosystem samt utarmning av naturresurser.Green Building Challenge är ett internationellt samarbete som startades 1996 med syfte att använda en gemensam värderingsstruktur för byggnader.

This thesis in social anthropology is based on a field study on the Internet exploring Tibetan identity. With a post-modern approach the thesis explores the possibility fora non-tibetan to create a Tibetan Internet identity and become a part of the Tibetan community that exist on the Internet..

A well-planned grave with a sustainable selection of plants facilitates easy maintenance for both staff and the holder of the right of burial. It also helps reduce the negative impact on the environment.As in many other areas, the environment is high on the agenda within the cemetery administration. One of the major concerns is the impact of the choice of plants for the grave. Within the industry there is a great motivation and willingness to adapt to a sustainable work mode and this has spawned a number of project works. In autumn 2009 the partnership project, ?Environmental aspects of planning and maintaining graves?, was started in Movium (at The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences).

This master thesis is made in co-operation with the Department of Forest Management and Products at the Swedish University of Agriculture in Uppsala and the Forestry Association in Stockholm. The purpose of the Master thesis was to describe how pre-schools in Sweden use forests and green areas, and to understand how different factors can affect the use of the nature. The purpose of the interviews was to create a picture of attitudes and routines of the pre-schools, in the matter of visiting the nature. The thesis is built on interviews where fifteen pre-schools in five large cities around Sweden participated. Among these pre-schools, five of them worked with special focus on nature, while the other ten did not have any particular focus connected to their activity.

Transportbranschen är en av de branscher som ofta förekommer i debatten kring klimatförändringar, men de är även en av de branscher som ligger långt fram i utvecklingen vad gäller redovisning kring hållbar utveckling. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att utreda vad som ger en lyckad eller god hållbarhetsredovisning. Med lyckad eller god menas att hållbarhetsredovisningen bidrar till att ge företaget legitimitet från sina intressenter samt att hållbarhetsredovisningen tillgodoser intressenternas informationsbehov och att företaget lyckas kommunicera sin hållbarhetsredovisning till sina intressenter. Detta skall göras genom att utifrån teorier kring intressenter, legitimitet och kommunikation analysera riktlinjer som finns för hållbarhetsredovisning samt genom att studera två fallföretag inom transportbranschen, vilka har prisats som goda förebilder. En lyckad hållbarhetsredovisning är en redovisning som följer de uppsatta riktlinjer och standarder t.ex GRI och FN:s Global Compact, som idag finns och som erbjuds till företag som vill använda sig av hållbarhetsredovisning.

The purpose with this study has been, based on different public and private procurement conditions, to measure if there are any significant differences in the business relations between public- and private institutional kitchens. Furthermore, to observe what important influencing factors there are to maintain and develop a relationship between a producer and customer. The result of the analysis shows that there are important factors that influences on the trust in the relationship between a producer and customer. These factors are product- and service exchange, communication, strategic purchase and social exchange. In this examination we have showed that there are differences in the relationship between public- and private customers.

The effect of climate change places demands on how we build cities. Cities have to be built denser to meet the objectives of sustainability but as a result of this densification city green areas are at risk of exploitationand disappearing. The question this raises is whether there has to be an opposition between a dense and a green city?Urban trees are playing a very important role in cities. They stand as the major part of the vegetation in citieswhich are otherwise dominated with concrete and stone.

There is a shortage of organs available for donation worldwide. There have been several campaigns to try to increase the numbers of registrered donors. The topic has been brought to the forefront but more work is still needed to distribute information to the public.The aim of this literature review was to examine what influences people in their decision to donate their organs or not, and what role nurses play in providing the most current information available. The study found that there was several different reasons given for not donating their organs. A great number of people were convinced that their religion was against organ donation.

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur och varför företag i friluftsbranschen arbetar med grön marknadsföring samt vilken grön strategi företagen har.Metod: Studien är kvalitativ i form av en komparativ flerfallsstudie med en deduktiv ansats. Teorin beskrivs först för att sedan jämföra teorin med det empiriska materialet. Empirisk data har samlats in genom sex semistrukturerade intervjuer och sekundärdata såsom internetkällor och elektroniska rapporter.Teoretisk referensram: Den teoretiska referensramen berör olika områden inom grön marknadsföring. Teorin tar upp segmentering och targeting utefter kunders gröna karaktärsdrag, grön positionering, de fyra gröna P:na i marknadsmixen samt anledningar till varför företag arbetar med grön marknadsföring internt och externt.Slutsatser: Fallföretagen segmenterar inte marknaden efter kundernas gröna karaktärsdrag. Det ligger dock i deras affärsidé eller vision att positionera sig grönt.

In this essay I have described ecocriticism as a theory with several different subfields that are inspired by a cross-disciplinary approach, such as green culture studies, ecofeminism, and postcolonial ecocriticism. After a short summary of the background of ecocritical studies I analyze the various subfields, take a closer look at their contents and present various examples of ecocritical thinking. A presentation of the commonly used concepts within the discipline and some reflections on these is followed by my final discussion, where I state that even though ecocriticism is a relatively new theory and the concept doesn?t have a clear definition as yet, it is in my view a useful tool for analysis and can with time make valuable contributions to literary studies, not least by introducing a number of new perspectives..

Många golfbanor i Sverige byggda på 1980- och 1990-talet, behöver bygga om sina greener för livslängden är begränsad. I beslutsunderlagen saknas ofta greenanalyser. De laboratorier som erbjuder standardiserade ackrediterade analyser av såbäddsmaterial, använder metoder som inte är direkt utvecklade för att studera en greens åldrande med ostörda prover. Analysen av det organiska materialet i golfgreener är starkt begränsad. Några analysresultat från laboratorierna har så stora mätosäkerheter att nyttan av dem är tveksam. Vissa laboratorier har anpassat sina mätmetoder för ostörda prover, men det är ofta oklart på vilket sätt och hur stora felfaktorerna är.

With new energy directives in place, the Swedish Social Service (SSS) stands beforethe challenge how to reduce the energy demand in its locales. It is a complex matter,as the locales are rented from various property owners and it becomes a question ofhow to reduce the operational electricity and influence the property owners to workmore with energy efficiency. This thesis takes a balanced research approach in threeparts. Firstly a qualitative part in form of interviews with personnel at the SSS and itsproperty owners, secondly a quantitative part of descriptive nature in form of energystatistics and thirdly a literature review of Energy Management (EM) Supply ChainManagement(SCM), Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) and EnviromentalPerformance Indicators (EPI). This in order to be able to give normativerecommendations of how the SSS should act to reduce its energy consumption in itslocales and provide new insights on how EM, SCM, GSCM and EPI can be applied ineffect.

Every year 67000 tons of food is wasted by Swedish retail stores. The waste implies financial losses for the retailer and it has a huge impact on the global environment. Reducing in-store food waste is thus a win-win situation for both retailers and society. The most effective way to reduce waste is primarily by optimizing the logistics of supply, but customers expect a store with a wide range of products and stuffed shelves. Thus there will always be products about to expire.

Purpose: Corporations today see a greater responsibility towards society regarding the environmental impact of their actions, using available transportation options that are more eco-friendly can reduce this impact significantly. Martinsen and Björklund (2012) identifies a set of gaps between supply and demand of green logistics services. This paper aims to address what it is that affects the demand for these alternative solutions and what could be done to increase the usage of them, thereby decreasing this gap.Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative study with six Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and 24 companies that purchase transportation services, all operating in Sweden. Data is collected through semi-structured telephone interviews with people responsible for the purchasing of transports as well as key account managers within the service providing companies.Findings: Just as the LSP?s interviewed in this paper thought, the main focus of the transport buying companies are the costs.
