Kreativitet och kulturella produkter får allt större betydelse i tillväxtekonomin. Det som skiljer den kulturella industri från andra, är bland annat den kreativa medarbetaren som känner ett stort intresse för det den arbetar med. Den kreativa medarbetaren har egna visioner och mål som denne strävar efter vilket kan uppfattas vara ett problem för företaget att leda medarbetaren i samma riktning som företagets visioner och mål. Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka hur den kreativa medarbetaren leds samtidigt som dennes kreativitet bibehålls. Vi har tagit fram en modell som behandlar samverkan mellan ledarens påverkan på vision och uppfattad kreativitetsmiljö, organisationskultur och den kreativa medarbetaren.

IT-användandet i byggbranschen har banat väg för nya, effektivare arbetssätt och det finns visioner om hur det ska fungera. Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att ta reda på byggbranschens användande av, och vision om BIM. Vad är BIM ? Building Information Model?Kort beskrivet är BIM en modell där all information för ett byggprojekts hela livscykel kan hanteras. BIM förenklar det fortlöpande arbetet genom hela byggprocessen genom att tillhandahålla information om projektet som är relevant, uppdaterad, integrerad, fullt koordinerad och av hög kvalité.

Studiens syfte är att presentera en vision om en återbruksby i form av planskisser och illustrationer. Studien ska också förklara samhällsnyttan och syftet med en återbruksby. En återbruksby (även kallad kretsloppspark) är ett område för hantering av återbrukbara material och produkter. Dagsläget för hur avfall hanteras och framtida planer beskrivs också i rapporten. Enligt EU direktiv skall återanvändning och återbruk öka för att främja miljön.

The Public Sector Scorecard (PSS) is a younger version of the balanced scorecard, created for public and nonprofit organizations. The latest model of PSS is divided into three main groups and seven perspectives, while the balanced scorecard consists of four perspectives. Organizations who use either PSS or the balanced scorecard are supposed to have a clear vision spread all over the unit. This study has sought differences between the two models of financial control in both theory and practice. The first part of the study is a theoretical comparison between the models? structures and terms used in them.

Today their offer is 1 SEK/kWh for theexcess electricity delivered to the grid.It turns out that compensating the customer is a vitalpolicy and it has to be dynamic to follow the decisions ofpolitics. The same survey shows indeed, thatenvironmental and technical part is of interest. Solar PVwill be supported locally to act on environmentalsustainability and locally produced electricity and withthis Öresundskrafts vision will be achieved..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att utforma en teoretisk nyckeltalsmodell som är lämplig att använda i ett producentkooperativ och som är anpassade för företagets vision och styrelsens intressen. Detta utför vi med hjälp av en fallstudie då vi valt ett kvalitativt och abduktivt angreppssätt. För insamling av empiri har vi i vårt fallföretag utfört djupintervjuer. De teorier vi valt att arbeta med är; agentteorin, nyckeltal, Balanced Scorecard samt producentkooperativ. Resultatet av vår insamlade empiri och den teori vi valt att fokusera på har mynnat ut i att vi har konstruerat ett Balanced Scorecard anpassat till ett producentkooperativ vilket underlättar uppföljningen mellan ledning och styrelse..

This masters thesis investigates the relation between China and the Information Society as it is manifested in the UN conference the World Summit on the Information Society WSIS. The first phase of this two-phase conference took place in Geneva 10-12 December 2003, with two documents, Declaration of principles DP and Plan of action PA, as main results. The information policy is central to an authoritarian rule in its efforts to keep control over the national identity. The thesis investigates the impact that the information revolution and Internet might have on the Chinese national identity through the acceptance of DP and PA in various aspects. With the use of the information science theories by Manuel Castells and Frank Webster, the vision of WSIS was compared with the Chinese information policy.

This study investigates the succession process in family businesses and aims to enhance the understanding of the process as a whole, as well as how family businesses strategically plan for succession. The research is based on a case study of a family corporate group undergoing a transition from the fourth to the fifth generation. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving interviews with individuals from both the fourth and fifth generations, as well as external stakeholders who have influenced the process. The results show that the planning and implementation of succession are complex and that there is a certain lack of existing theory. Empirical evidence indicates that contracts and documentation are crucial for advancing the process. Inclusion of external parties is also important, not only for their expertise but also to provide an objective perspective.

The energy sector is facing an impending paradigm shift. Today?s technology enables the end-user to generate their own energy locally at home. Furthermore, recently developed storage technologies make it possible to balance energy demand with stored energy and integrate district heating with the local power grid. This means that in the future heat and electric power will interact and energy flows is converted over energy boundaries.

National libraries hold large, valuable repositories of often unique materials. How can we ensure that the knowledge is accessible without endangering the materials that hold the knowledge? Digital preservation is meant to solve this problem. With more and more material being accessible digitally, users are expected to do more and more of the finding on their own, instead of being guided by librarians. What kind of knowledge do the librarians have, that cannot be mediated through a system? How is the knowledge of experienced librarians passed on to new librarians? What is the difference between physical and digital materials? I have interviewed senior and junior librarians of Det Kongelige Bibliotek in Copenhagen, Nasjonalbiblioteket in Oslo, the National Library in Helsinki, and Kungliga Biblioteket in Stockholm to learn about their journey to knowledge of their collections.

In 1997, the Swedish parliament adopted a decision on Vision Zero (nollvision) in the road and transport system. Vision Zero means that no one should be killed or seriously injured in traffic accidents in the road transport system (Prop. 2003/04: 160). For the Transport Administration in Sweden (Trafikverket), this means increased demands on security and signage at road work sites around the country. This in turn means increased demands on the contractors that carry out road work for the Transport Administration.

Sammanfattning Vårt val av undersökningsområde grundar sig i att vi båda bor och kommer att vara verksamma pedagoger i en miljö där flerspråkighet förekommer. Vår lärarutbildning vid Malmö högskola har belyst vårt mångkulturella samhälle och flerspråkighet har varit tydliga inslag i några kurser som vi läst. Vårt syfte med uppsatsen var att undersöka hur undervisningen i Svenska som andraspråk (SVA) bedrivs på två grundskolor i Skåne. För att uppnå syftet mötte vi pedagoger, elever och skolledning samt tog del av deras erfarenheter, upplevelser och tankar kring ämnet. Resultatet visar att eleverna var relativt medvetna om att de får SVA-undervisning, men visar även att pedagogerna arbetar tydligt och konkret i mötet med SVA-elever.

This bachelor thesis is intended to point out differences within the supervisors? role and contribute in making the role more attractive. At present the information about how the supervisors? perspective varies on the supervisors? role and the introduction to it depending on work experience and education is unknown. Further it was investigated why the supervisors? role is seen as an entrance to the building industry and how to develop the role to encourage the supervisors to stay longer within it.In the collection of data we have been interviewing supervisors and studying literature.

Our study is focused on how the public sector can collaborate with the private sector on a certain issue. The public sector wanted to create a project to increase bicycling in the municipality of Kalmar. Our problem was to develop a sustainable way to collaborate between the two parties. We managed to present a suggestion on how the public sector with communication could improve their Public Relations with the private sector and therefore letting the parties benefit from their differences, thus making it possible to release synergy.Using semi-structured interviews and a workshop, we could clarify the values and attitudes of the parties to bring forth the core values to develop a shared vision. Where the identified differences were found, we used a dialog strategy based on intercultural conflict management as a communication tool.
