Valfrihet inom äldreomsorgen i Bodens kommun i ett brukarperspektiv

Kundval innebär att kunder, som är i behov av en vara, en tjänst eller någon form av service, ges större inflytande och får större möjlighet att påverka verksamheten de är beroende av. Kundvalsmodeller införs i snabb takt idag i flera kommuner och landsting. Lagen Om Valfrihet (LOV) som infördes 1 januari 2009 underlättar denna utveckling. Idag har de kunder som har behov av hemtjänst möjlighet att välja utförare i de kommuner som valt att införa LOV. När nu kommunerna i framtiden ska möta den konkurrens som de kommer att utsättas för i och med LOV, är det intressant att titta på vad de kunder som i dagsläget har möjligheter till valfrihet anser om denna.Mitt syfte var att göra en undersökning av brukarmodellen som används i Bodens kommun.

Vattenringar : En individstudie i folkmusikvågens efterdyningar

This essay is about two Swedish folk musicians, Anders Rosén and Leif Stinnerbom, who have been playing two important rolls in the developing process of Swedish folk music, on their separate ways. The main part of this work is focused on the era called ?The Folk Music Vogue?, which was the era when my informants were in the limelight on the Swedish fiddler scene of the 70s.Our music culture is constantly lying under the change of progress and I find it interesting to reflect how these kinds of changes are affecting the role of the musician.In this essay I am reflecting on the different perspectives of the musicianship according to my informants and how they both are referring to their role as musicians. The purpose is further on to see how they have been relating to the change of progress on the field of the Swedish folk music during the 70s and up to this date. Throughout interviews with the informants I am analyzing their personal relationship to their life as folk musicians.

Globalization has among other tendencies led to the emergence of new ways of doing business. One of the ways for organizations to meet the demands of a new competitive landscape has been through management accounting change, a field which has become increasingly popular in research. This paper builds on that research and seeks to investigate the case of the implementation of a new management accounting system in a Swedish company which was triggered by strategic change. Commonality through the interactive approach is by some researchers seen as a key to successful change. This approach is contrasted to the importance of symbolic constructs and change recipients? cognitive effort to understand the meaning of change for which Framing theory is applied.

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a better understanding of how dairies use colour, picture and shape in order to influence customers? buying decisions of fruit yoghurt. In order to reach this purpose the research was conducted through case studies of three dairies. In this research three research questions were created with focus on the visual elements colour, picture and shape. The method of data collection was performed through interviews with dairies as well as documentations.

Background: Increasing globalization makes companies more influenced than before by actors and factors in their environment. For some this has lead to a more dynamic and complicated business context. Therefore it is of strategic importance to understand what is currently going on as well as to have a general idea of what the future brings. Purpose: To contribute to a deeper understanding of how a corporate management can perceive its business environment and how it affects he gathering of business information from a strategic perspective. Realisation: In-depth interviews were conducted with all four members of the management in the studied company, Volvo Competence Center in Skovde, Sweden.

As an effect of this, the frequency of Chinese establishments in Sweden has increased heavily in the last ten years. Det personliga nätverkets funktion : Etablering och underhåll av presonliga nätverk inom ljuddesign för rörlig bild

The aim of this paper was to discover the functions and workings of personal networks and their advantages for self-employed sound designers and producers whose focus was upon the moving image (film, advertising, tv, etc). Investigations on how entrepreneurs develop their networks were made, as well as inquiries on how these networks are used for generating work. Another important aspect perused was whether or not the networks are dependent on specific geographical locations in order to function. A case study and comparative analysis was undertaken, based upon three qualitative interviews with entrepreneurs whose operations shared several similar characteristics. The results pointed out the importance of constantly making new contacts, and maintaining and managing current ones.

Hur väljer unga blivande jord- och skogsägare bank när ett ägarskifte ska genomföras på fastigheten?

Dagens jord- och skogsägare står inför ett kommande ägarskifte då cirka en fjärdedel av Sveriges jord- och skogsägare är över 60 år gamla. Marknadspriserna och insatsvarorna har ökat kraftigt den senaste perioden. Allt fler banker har valt att finansiera lån till jord- och skogsbruksägare då säkerheten är stabil och lönsamheten god. En generellt försämrad lönsamhet inom jord- och skogsbruket har lett till att bankerna kommer ställa hårdare krav när belåning sker. Dagens generation skiljer sig ifrån den äldre då de är lyhörda och har möjlighet att byta bank över en natt.

Den interna informationshanteringen inom äldre- och handikappomsorgen i kommundelen Viskafors

The purpose of this thesis is to explore how the internal information processing and management is carried out within a unit of Viskafors municipality. Furthermore, to explore and make recommendations of how the organisation can improve its internal information management. To get a full picture I have interviewed people at different levels of the organisation. The main findings showed that there was a dysfunction in the internal information processing and management. For example the study showed that the internal information did not reach out to the different parts of the organisation due to insufficient information processing.

Nästa generation skogsägares behov av tjänster och rådgivning : en undersökning bland vuxna barn till dagens medlemmar i Mellanskog

Inom kort kommer mycket stora arealer skogsmark att byta ägare. En äldre generation kommer lämna över till en yngre som i högre utsträckning har jobb utanför skogssektorn och som bor längre ifrån fastigheten. För att Mellanskog ska vara en attraktiv skoglig partner även för den nya generationen och erbjuda vad de behöver är det viktigt att veta vilka förväntningar och krav de har på skogen och skogsägarföreningen. Denna undersökning vände sig till dagens äldre medlemmar (> 70 år) i Mellanskog men framförallt till deras barn. Målet var att besvara följande frågeställningar: ? Finns det skillnader i föräldrarnas respektive barnens avsikter att behålla skogen inom familjen? ? Vilka eventuella problem ser barnen med skogsägande och vilka hinder ligger i vägen för att de ska ta över skogen? ? Vilka produkter och/eller tjänster kommer bli viktigast för framtidens skogsägare? Drygt 700 medlemmar kontaktades och 262 lämnade ut sina barns fullständiga kontaktuppgifter.

This thesis examines effects that occur when consumers are placed in a negative category by the sender in an internet marketing context. The effects studied are attitude towards the ad, attitude towards the media, sense of being monitored and sense of being categorized. The authors argue that consumers will become increasingly aware of the fundamentals of internet marketing and how advertisements online are being directed towards them. Consumers will thus, to a larger extent than today, analyze advertisements and how they have been individually categorized by the sender. This will affect the way advertisements are perceived.

The Sound of Skepticism Analyzing Climate Change Denial in Swedish Podcasts and YouTube Channels

This study explores Sweden's climate change denial by analyzing the spoken-word discourse of its countermovement, focusing on digital media content from Swedish parliament member Elsa Widding with an aim to provide empirical insights into the discourse of Sweden's Climate Change Countermovement (CCCM). Questions guiding this study are: What are the most prevalent topics and themes related to climate change denial and skepticism? How do they align with established categories of climate change denial, shaping the overall narrative? What mobilizing ideas and meanings are present, how are they shaped, and how do they contribute to the movement's goals? The material consists of Elsa Widding's complete audio-based "movement texts'' from 2019-2023, including YouTube content, podcasts, and appearances on Riks, totaling over 2000 minutes of audio transcribed into text via AI technology. Methodologically, this study adopts a mixed-method approach which blends computational pattern detection, topic modeling, clustering, and spatial relationship mapping techniques, along with qualitative content and framing analysis. Theoretically, the study employs a perspective which uses epistemic and response skepticism to examine climate change denial, viewing it through the lens of countermovements and social movement framing. The study's main contribution lies in the enablement of comprehensive analysis of a large audio-based dataset, achieved by leveraging recent AI advancements for reliable audio-to-text conversion combined with topic modeling.

Kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg

För ett kreativt ledarskap behövs kompetens inom flera olika områden. Olika former av struktur, kunskap om personal, medvetenhet om maktrelationer och det skådespel som pågår är fyra perspektiv på organisation och ledarskap som Bolman och Deal (2005) skriver om i boken Nya perspektiv på organisation och ledarskap. Syftet med rapporten är att se om det finns marknadspotential för kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg. Detta görs genom att ställa resultatet av strukturerade intervjuer om kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg mot några av de teorier och studier som gjorts om organisation och ledarskap. Resultatet visar att reklambyråer kompetensutvecklar inom ledarskap men att det finns ett behov av och en marknadspotential för ytterligare kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg..

Det ideologiska budskapet om integration : En innehållsanalys av riksdagspartiernas samt Sverigedemokraternas partiprogram

The aim with this paper is to study how the integrational ideology of the Swedish parliaments party platforms, including the right wing Sverigedemokraterna, is formulated. The integration theories examined are assimilationism, multiculturalism, universalism and residualism. In turn these theories are simultaneously applied to the party platforms extracting explicit or implicit messages of the four former mentioned theories. The Swedish history of integration as well as immigration, which per capita is one of the highest in the European union, pinpoints the reason why this subject is due to further investigation. The results show that most of the parties contain traces of more than one integration theory, with the exception of primarily Sverigedemokraterna which focuses on assimilationism.
