With customers and users in focus, the project team found that weight, ease of use, ergonomics and design were important aspects. Having a low weight of all the interior is particularly important when there is lots of money for the airlines to save in reduced fuel costs.

Betting under ordered forms has been around for a long time, but the recent increase in Internet betting and the large sums of money that are now involved makes it even more important for betting companies to have correct odds. The purpose of the essay is to calculate probabilities for outcomes of football games using a statistical model and to see if you can find better odds than a betting company.The data contains the 380 games from the 2004/2005 season and the variables form, head-to-heads, league position, points, home/away, average attendance, promoted team, distance and final league position from previous season. After performing an ordered probit regression we only find the variable ?form of the away team? to be significant at the 5 % level. We suspect the presence of multicollinearity and perform a VIF-test which confirms this. To fix this problem we perform a second ordered probit regression where a number of variables are combined to index variables. In the second regression we once again find only one significant variable.

  Aim. The aim of the study was to describe how nurses in home care experience to pursue palliative care in ordinary housing. Methods. The study had a descriptive design with qualitative approach and was carried out through semi-structured interviews with 14 nurses in home health care from two medium-sized Swedish municipalities. The material was analyzed with manifest and latent content analysis. Findings. The underlying theme that emerged in the study was: Working with palliative care in the patient´s own homes is positive but challenging. Informants describe among other things that they perceived palliative home care as meaningful and that relatives have a central role in the palliative home care since they are close to the patient around the clock. The stress that emerges from the heavy work load and the long geographic distances are described as strenuous and to affect the care in a negative way. Informants describe the home environment as challenging as it is often not adapted for care and the collaboration with the palliative team is described to be experienced as both positive and negative.

Studiens syfte är att skapa förståelse för kinesiska kvinnors förväntningar på ett globalt, västerländskt detaljhandelsföretag. Studien baseras på kvalitativa intervjuer med kinesiska kvinnor i Shanghai, Kina. Studien bygger på centrala begrepp inom forskningsområdena kundnöjdhet och förväntningar. Dessutom används teorier om konsumentbeteende generellt, såväl som teorier om kinesiskt konsumentbeteende och kinesiska kvinnors konsumentbeteende. Ett antal preliminära hypoteser utvecklas ur ovan beskrivna teoretiska perspektiv och används som studiens analysverktyg.

Den snabba globala migrationen kräver att sjuksköterskan har goda kunskaper för att kunna utföra transkulturell omvårdnad. Syftet med studien var att undersöka nyutbildade sjuksköterskors erfarenhet av transkulturell omvårdnad. Datainsamling skedde med hjälp av en enkät, utdelad på två kliniker. Materialet bearbetades via kvalitativ innehållsanalys vilket resulterade i tre kategorier: kommunikationssvårigheter, öppenhet för individen och transkulturell omvårdnad i sjuksköterskeutbildningen. Via en webbenkätundersökning besvarade 21 respondenter, varav 6 män och 15 kvinnor mellan 26-47 år (M=36 år, SD=6,70) på frågor gällande innehåll, tillämpning och utbildning i Check: IRK. Previous research has shown that internal communication can be linked with how motivated a project team is, but research that shows examples of how this works is missing. This paper therefore aims to study how two different IT projects are working with internal communication. By analyzing its strengths and weaknesses, we wanted to study how these could be linked to the project team's motivation. In doing so, we wanted to be able to give examples of how projects could work with internal communication to motivate their project teams. Essay questions of the study are:? How does the internal communication occur in the projects?? Which strengths and weaknesses are to be found in the internal communication?? How does the internal communication influence the project members' motivation? To fulfill the purpose of the study it was needed informants interviews with the project manager for each project to access the facts, and respondent interviews with the project members from each project for accessing opinions.The results from the interviews show that both projects have effective communication, even if it looked different, and doesn't quite agree with what previous research recommends.
