In order to produce grain in an economically rational manner numerous decisions have to be made. One of these decisions is what tillage system to use. The cost of the tillage system is a large part of the total cost in grain production. Different tillage systems result in different distribution of fixed costs, operating costs and timeliness costs. The price of the produced grain and cost of inputs also affect the best way to produce grain.

The right wing party the Sweden Democrats is through their conservative and nationalist approach and socio-political heritage, connected to various extreme-right populist movements, which have all been in conflict with different branches of feminism. This connection is argued for in relation to the research survey. The party has likewise been accused of pursuing misogynistic, homophobic and racist politics, but differ from its ideological peers due to their outspoken equality policy. The party shows strong rejection of discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation or geographical, religious or ethnical background. In the analysis chapter of this study, texts produced by members of the party are analyzed by means of parts of Karlberg and Mral?s rhetoric analysis method, aiming to clarify what ideals of family and the roles within it are being constructed.

Svenska Lantchips is a Swedish SME sized snack manufacturer. Being a small, medium sized, family-owned business with branches throughout the world, they make an interesting company for a case study. The case study I have conducted focuses on the internationalisation process of this family owned company ? how they, despite their size, find ways to keep up an unique business structure, designed for internationalisation.The aim of this essay is to compare Svenska Lantchips? internationalisation process with traditional internationalisation theories and see if these are compatible with this company. The theories used are The Uppsala Model, The Network Model, and The Born Global Theory, with The Born Global Theory representing the younger generation of models.After undertaking an in-depth interview with Michael Hansen, business developer at Svenska Lantchips, I collated a substantial amount of material, which I have used as the basis of this essay.

The town square is an important public space and is often described as the city´s living room. By creating a lively city center a sense of security is developed among the citizens which makes them wanting to use the town square regardless the time of the day. One important meeting point in Gävle is the centrally located Stortorget, sited between Drottninggatan and Nygatan. The town square went through an extensive renovation followed by both positive and negative reactions among the City´s inhabitants.  The aim with the study was to investigate the main walking paths and meeting points as a planning support to Gävle Municipality in their work with a new city plan. By studying the pedestrian movement patterns at Stortorget, Nygatan and Drottninggatan, the main walking paths and meeting points during all hours of the day was obtained.

Vad gör projektledare för uppdragsutbildning vid en utvecklingsavdelning knuten till en högskola? Frågan utgör startpunkten för denna studie kring ledning av processer i spänningsfält.Syftet är att belysa projektlederi och kritiska faktorer knutna till detta projektlederi, genom de uppfattningar som projektledare ger uttryck för i en fokuserad gruppintervju med projektledarnas skriftliga narrativer som stimuleringsmaterial.Undersökningens underliggande och sammanflätade syfte är att finna en metod för att utreda en process, ett tillvägagångssätt som samtidigt kan stödja projektledargruppens individuella och kollektiva lärandeprocesser om sitt projektlederi.Studiens teoretiska ram utgörs av Jean Bartuneks dynamiska modell för kraft och vitalitet i förändringsagentgrupper och i förändringsagentgruppers arbete.Undersökningen visar att projektlederi i spänningsfält handlar om att balansera och kommunicera olika intressentgruppers krav och behov. Projektlederiet i denna studie pågår i en självfinansierande verksamhet, som är beroende av den statsbidragsfinansierade organisation den utgör en del av. Konstruktionen i sig bidrar till att skapa och återskapa spänningsfältet. Undersökningen visar vidare att konstruktionen i praktiken ger projektledare ett dubbelt uppdrag, dvs dels att utveckla intressenternas verksamheter, dels att fånga uppdrag för att finansiera verksamheten.

Rock singing - five vocal teachers´ experience of the female voice.The purpose of this study is to find out what different vocal teachers have to say about rock singing and the female singing voice. The method I have used to gather information is a phenomenographically inspired qualitative interview. The study begins with a few thoughts about my interest in rock singing, followed by a short overview about other research and literature that has been published on the subject. I have interviewed five vocal teachers in this study. All of them with many years experience of singing, both singing themselves and teaching professionally.

Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion, OTEC, a technology using the temperature difference between cold deep seawater and warm surface water, can extract the work in the form of electricity. OTEC gives also synergies of drinkable fresh water. The temperature difference has an impact on the efficiency of the technology, which means that the feasibility of OTEC is geographically limited. The project intends to explore the possibility of replacing the atoll Tarawa?s present electricity generation with an OTEC plant and to explore synergies. In the present situation all of Tarawa?s electricity is generated by fossil fuels.

Title: Artistic methods for persons with dysfunctions.The idea to the paper was born in my work, as a pedagogue, with young persons with dysfunctions. My pedagogic method is eurhythmics but I wanted to examine in what other ways you could work with artistic expression in similar areas such as circus, dance therapy and psychodrama. These areas were chosen because they have components that are interrelated, which I find very interesting. Mind and body are considered from a holistic point of view. The purpose of this paper is to bring about a better understanding of how persons with dysfunctions respond to various artistic teaching methods.

GPS (Global Positioning system) and GIS (Geographical information system) has been used for planning and inventory in the forest sector for more than ten years. The last years the development has come to equip harvesters and forwarders with GPS and GIS (GIT). The goal with this study was to reach a basis for decision, how Stora Enso Skog should continue its investment in GPS and GIS in harvesters and forwarders. To reach this basis for decision, possible advantages and benefits, disadvantages and problems in the harvesting process was evaluated. The study was made as an interview study with four harvesting managers and ten machine teams. To secure the quality of the results an interview questionnaire was made before the interviews were done. The results showed that GIT will make the harvesting managers work easier.

The purpose of this study was to find out how SISU reason about cohesion with respect to its own operations, as sports consultants.There is no previous research on how sports consultants using cohesion as a pedagogical tool. However, there is research on cohesion linked to sport. Earlier research sees cohesion as a multidimensional phenomenon. This means that multiple factors determine the experience of cohesion. Such factors include how how-knit the team or group are, individual and joint objectives and that the individuals share common experiences.

Strävan efter att undvika subjektivism resulterar ofta i en objektivism där kunskapsbildningen är helt bestämd av objektet och inte av det upplevande subjektet. Subjekt ställs mot objekt - medvetande mot föremål. Detta motsatsförhållande upphävs av studiens val av perspektiv som istället för över fokus på lärandet som sker mellan subjekt och objekt - korrelationen mellan människa och värld.Syftet med studien är att utifrån ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv undersöka subjektets roll i mötet med objektet. För att uppfylla syftet görs en litteraturstudie, vars teoretiska material bearbetas via den fenomenologiska reduktionen.Sökandet efter ett subjektsbegrepp som kan möta och undersöka objekt utan att hamna i vare sig subjektivism eller objektivism, leder till ett artificiellt subjekt som förlorar de mänskliga elementen i processen. Genom dess avskalning av subjektiva faktorer minskas subjektets korrelation till objektet samtidigt som subjektet alltmer övergår till att bli ett objekt.

ABSTRACTSince Robert D. Putnam first wrote about the causes behind the regional differences in economic and political development in Italy, the theory of social capital has truly flourished in the fields of social science. This days you constantly hear politicians and scholars stressing the important role of the quality of the social fabric to a society?s wellbeing. There all looking at ways to construct policies and institutions that help the spread of social capital.

Health is a complex concept and therefore difficult to define. The concept today playsan important role in society as well as in school, due to the inactivity of today?s youth. Thelatest curriculum for the compulsory school, Lpo 94, has increased the focus on the concept ofhealth, as a part of the physical education, but how the teacher chooses to construct theeducation is still up to each individual, which leads to a vast room for personal interpretation.This is the starting-point of our qualitative, ethnographical, study, that has resulted inthis composition. By passively participating during four lessons as well as interviewing twoteachers in physical education we have been able to analyse how the education regarding theconcept of health was constructed.

Att bli utbränd är något som drabbar allt fler i vårt samhälle. Mitt syfte med studien, har varit att se vilka processer i organisationerna som kan leda till att de som arbetar där blir sjuka.För att kunna göra detta, har jag med en induktivansats gjort en kvalitativ empirisk undersökning med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Jag har intervjuat fem stycken som har diagnosen utbränd och bett dem berätta vad de upplevt i sina organisationer.Jag har sedan försökt förklara resultatet av undersökningen och efter det gjort en analys- och diskussionsdel, där jag tar upp konsekvenserna av de processer som mina intervjuade tog upp.Resultatet av undersökningen pekar på att det är extra viktigt att ha tydliga syften med organisationen när man har styrning genom kultur. Detta blir ännu viktigare om man samtidigt har en så flexibel struktur, som organiska strukturer innebär. Många organisationer har dolda syften och därmed dubbla budskap.Mycket i min undersökning tyder på att individen och gruppen själv styr sitt arbete utifrån en egen kvalitetssyn, som är svår att få gemensam i organisationen.
