The main objective of this study is to divide a number of colorectal cancer cases into subgroups based on their molecular features using cluster analysis. The data used is supplied by a research group at Pathology, the Department of Medical Biosciences, Umeå University, and consists, after some preparation, of 455 observations which is a larger data set than many similar studies. The molecular variables that the clustering is based on are CIMP (CpG Island Methylator Phenotype), MSI (Micro Satellite Instability), BRAF- and KRAS-mutations. These are categorical variables and consequently the clustering method used is PAM (Partitioning Around Medoids) which is particularly useful with data on diverse variable level. The final analysis results in four subgroups that are represented by different combinations of attributes on the aforementioned variables.

Vi har också velat undersöka om arbetet med miljö- och naturvårdsfrågor skiljer sig åt på olika förskolor beroende på var de är geografiskt placerade. För att få svar på vår frågeställning har vi gjort en kvalitativ undersökning på kommunala förskolor belägna i storstad och på landsbygd utan någon uttalad miljöprofilering. Utifrån vår empiri som vi har analyserat i relation med vår teori har vi diskuterat och lyft fram vår frågeställning. Resultatet visar att pedagogerna har olika synsätt och arbetsmetoder då de arbetar konkret med miljö- och naturförmedlandet. Pedagogerna fick frågan om de ser sin förskolas geografiska placering som hinder eller möjlighet, det visar sig att det finns vissa svårigheter både i storstad och på landsbygd. Storstadsförskolorna visar framförallt att avståndet till skogen utgör ett hinder.

Sisyla is a joint project between the counties of Skåne, Blekinge, Jönköping, Kronobergand Kalmar in Sweden. A geographic database has been built with the aim to study theservice situation of the area. The main purpose of this thesis is to find a method toinvestigate the quality of the Sisyla database and to apply it. The method is adjusted tothe standard ISO 19114. The agreement between the database and reality was studied ina test sample.

Frågeformulärens sensitivitet och specificitet redovisas, exempel på frågor samt styrkor och svagheter i formuläret beskrivs.Slutsats De sex beskrivna screeninginstrumenten har ett gemensamt syfte, att upptäcka våld. De skiljer sig åt i psykometriska egenskaper och är svåra att jämföra med varandra.
