Rapporten innefattar utvecklingen av ett nytt informations- och utbildningsmaterial för entreprenörer och nyanställda på Rönnskärsverken i Skelleftehamn. Informationsmaterialet innehåller information och risker med kondenserade gaser (svaveldioxid, ammoniak och klor) och svavelsyra samt information om gaslarm, gasläckor och gasskyddsrum. Det innehåller även en samling frågor speciellt utformade efter informationen i materialet för att underlätta inlärning av informationen. Materialet består av ett program skapat i Adobe Flash CS3. Information om ämnen och tillhörande frågor finns uppdelade i avsnitt.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera hur klädesbutiker i Västerås stad arbetar preventivt med förebyggande arbete mot snatteribrott. Fokus ligger på situationella preventiva åtgärder av både formell- och informellkaraktär. Tillsammans med polismyndigheten i Västmanland har relevant data över antalet anmälda snatteribrott i klädesbutiker i Västerås stad tagits fram. Utifrån den anmälda brottsstatistiken, empirisk forskning och kriminologisk teori har sedan en enkätundersökning genomförts och transkriberats. 25 klädesbutiker med minst ett anmält snatteribrott deltog i studien.

The study aimed to highlight workplace meetings´ benefit and what level of development. The study was done at a school in Lidköping and included two qualitative observations. Most of the groups´ members were women; one man was included in each group, and there was a mixed age structure of the meeting participants. The collection of data was then paired with the scientific literature and scientific articles. .. Our results demonstrate that group 1 spend 59% of the time on information and 41% of communication.

The Dark Side of the Word-of-Mouse Effect- An experimental study of how negative information in today?s social media can influence consumer perception As a result of the electronic revolution of information dissemination, social media as a phenomenon has come to play an important part, both in society at large but also when it comes to business and marketing. Nowadays, knowledge and opinions about brands and products are spread by reputation through a wide range of social media platforms, a phenomenon which in the literature is referred to as word-of-mouse or electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM).The purpose of this paper is to investigate how people?s opinions towards a company and its product are affected by negative information in terms of eWOM. Or more precisely, whether or not there is a difference in this effect depending on information content, concerning company values on the one hand and product attributes on the other.This was done in an experimental setting where two groups of respondents were subjected to fictitious information of different types using established social media platforms.

Förmedling av information inom en organisation är en viktig del för att det dagliga arbetet ska fungera. Rätt person ska få rätt information på rätt sätt. Vår undersökning syftar till att visa hur en informationsarkitektur som utformas utifrån användarnas behov kan förbättra en verksamhets informationsförmedling. Genom en fallstudie på Länstrafiken i Örebro undersöktes vad för information dess användare vill ha och hur de vill ha den. Frågorna som undersökningen ämnar besvara är: -          På vilket sätt kan ett användbarhetsperspektiv leda till en förbättrad informationsarkitektur?-          Hur optimeras informationsförmedlingen med en användarcentrerad informationsarkitektur? En användarcentrerad informationsarkitektur utformas utifrån användarnas behov.

The accounting information system comprises budgeting, accounting, and costing. The accounting information system has, traditionally, constituted an integrated system where the different elements collaborate. If ABC is introduced this order is disturbed, since ABC is based on another logic which cannot easily be integrated with budget and accounting. ABC, therefore, is usually used parallely to the conventional costing method. There are, however, companies that have taken its ABC one step further by letting it replace the old costing model and integrate it with the accounting information system.

Denna uppsats avser att kartlägga förekomsten av skorr i det spansktalande Karibien. Dorsalarealiseringar av fonemet /r/, dvs skorr är ett fenomen som inte är belagt i europeisk spanska. Hurkommer det sig? Jag har försökt utröna de möjliga orsakerna till varför bakre /r/ förekommer ispanskan i den karibiska övärlden trots att det inte förekommer i standardspanska.Uppsatsen har visst fokus på Kuba, men berör också Puerto Rico och DominikanskaRepubliken. Syftet har varit att försöka hitta en geografisk korrelation mellan olika språk ochetniska grupper samt förekomsten av skorr i karibisk spanska.

SammanfattningCorporate Social Responsibility, CSR, är ett samhällsengagerat arbetssätt som får allt större utrymme hos organisationer och företag, både i investerat kapital och investerade resurser. Studier som gjorts inom ämnet tyder på att CSR-arbetet gått från att vara ett välgörenhetsarbete till att mer och mer formas till en vinststrategi hos de företag som engagerar sig i arbetssättet. Ett välformulerat och uttalat CSR-arbete kan bidra till många organisations- och samhällsvinster så som ökad attraktivitet, stärkande av varumärket och ett blomstrande samhälle. Med detta i åtanke formades ett önskat studieobjekt där utgångpunkten landade i sociologiska resonemang om socialkonstruktivism. Syftet med arbetet var att genom en narrativ analys undersöka hur CSR-arbete fungerar som en del utav företags berättelser om sig själva.

Fenomenet med nationella riskbedömningar är relativt nytt i Europa. Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap överlämnade den allra första nationella riskbedömningen till regeringen år 2013. Syftet i uppsatsen är att undersöka om man genom ett policy transfer-perspektiv på nationella riskbedömningar kan se några indikatorer som hindrar policy transfer inom riskområdet. En första, översiktlig undersökning görs genom att jämföra de risker man lyfter fram i sju europeiska nationella riskbedömningar för att se om man kan tyda något mönster. Uppsatsen tog avstamp ur antagandet att geografisk närhet och liknande interna förutsättningar kunde tänkas innebära att man även har en liknande syn på risker som länder i ens närområde.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe what Building Information Modeling, BIM, could mean for landscape architects, and also hopefully to make sense of the possibilities and problems of the system. BIM is about virtual design and is based on all consultancy groups in the design team modeling in 3D. Intelligent objects and metadata, such as price and material, are used. The project group has a common interchange format for simple sharing of information. To get an idea of how the situation with BIM for landscape architects looks like today, I collected information mostly through interviews.

Aim: To describe perceptions about written and verbal information regarding diet and physical activity in women with breast cancer and to study possible differences between ages and perception. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted and consisted of 57 women with breast cancer stages I-III who started adjuvant chemotherapy within a year (2007-2008). A questionnaire, regarding their perceptions about the written and verbal information they had received about diet and physical activity, was responded to three months following treatment completion. Between 67-93 % of the participants responded to the questions. The answers was analyzed with descriptive statistics and Mann Whitney U-test.

Renhållningen är den avdelning inom Falu Energi & Vatten som ansvarar för tömning av allt hushållsavfall i Falu kommun. Renhållningen har infört ett nytt insamlingssystem för komposterbart avfall i papperspåse vilket krävde ett extra kärl, anpassat för ändamålet. Den stora mängden extra kärl innebar att personalen inte hann med att tömma allt avfall inom ordinarie arbetstid. En övergripande omdimensionering har gjorts av SWECO VIAK och SWECO Position. Examensarbetet syftar till att utreda förutsättningar för införande av system för ruttoptimering av sophämtning och även att ge förslag till hur positionering av hämtställen ska kunna genomföras.

Development in mobile technology gives us new possibilities to communication. We want to find out whatever SMS would be a suitable approach to inform passengers about delays. The problem formulation is ?If the technology is available to inform the passengers about delays in an more effective way than today, then why not use it? The ?Kustpilen? that operates in Blekinge and Skåne is the case for our study.
