Syftet med uppsatsen är att analysera Företag A och Företag B, spegla teorier om strategi och struktur mot verkligheten och utifrån det ge förslag på hur företagen normativt kan strukturera sin verksamhet efter företagsförvärvet. Vi har använt oss av en deduktiv metod och vi har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning. Vi har utgått från två teorier om företags strategi samt teori om två ytterligheter av företags struktur. Vår empiri är baserad på intervjuer med personer från de studerade företagen. Det som idag är Företag B bör integreras i Företag A för att gemensamt bilda en ny organisation.

Swedish university libraries traditionally collect recreational readingmaterial only to support the teaching and research interests of theirinstitutions. However many university libraries hold a substantial yetunspecified collection of popular fiction. This thesis investigates theextent of these collections and examines academic librarians' viewsabout students' recreational reading in the academic context and theirattitudes towards the role of fiction and of readers' advisory inacademic libraries. The theoretical framework includes literature andresearch about the benefits of reading for pleasure, collections' rolesand readers' advisory strategies. The empirical material was gatheredthrough quantitative surveys sent to academic librarians in Sweden.The results show that academic librarians are positive about thebenefits of recreational reading for university students.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze four educators? views and experiences of working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in relation to the concept of "One school for all". Research has shown that a segregating perspective is dominant in the school system, but the education act says that all children have a right to an equal education.My starting point for this study has been the concept of term "One school for all" and the problems that can occur in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. A school for all is a school where all children are welcome and where all children sees as equals regardless of what background or disability they have. This study will be important for newly graduated teachers who are not aware of Autism Spectrum disorders.

Marketers of today are confronted by the fact that it is increasingly difficult to gain the customer's attention, as they first have to break through the ad clutter. In a landscape where the general attitude towards advertising is negative, one way to successfully deliver the message to the customer involves communicating through personal impact. By using stimuli containing identical information with different senders, this thesis seeks to quantitatively explore whether brands can make use of the personal networks of its employees, in their social media marketing strategy. The purpose of the study is to investigate if communication via the employees could enhance traditional communication effects, such as buying intention and electronic WOM intention. Furthermore, the study aims to examine which role the employee should hold when communicating on behalf of the brand, and if the communication effects vary with the degree of product involvement.

Det finns många teorier som försöker förklara underprissättning på aktier i samband med börsintroduktioner. I huvudsak kan dessa teorier delas in de som bygger på asymmetrisk information mellan utfärdare av aktierna, investmentbanken samt investerare och de teorier som antar symetrisk information mellan dessa parter. Prisstabilisering och stödköp har också diskuterats i samband med underprissättning.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om prisstabilisering förekommer efter börsintroduktioner på den svenska aktiemarknaden. Studien omfattar 232 börsintroduktioner som ägt rum på Stockholmsbörsen mellan åren 1979 till 1997. Den empiriska undersökningen följer i stort Ruud (2003).Jag finner att prisstabilisering förekommer på den svenska markaden men resultaten tyder på att det enbart är de aktier vars initiala avkastning som befinner sig kring noll som stödköps..

Värdering av fastigheter och analyser av avkastningsfastigheter har en nära koppling. Både ekonomisk och teknisk information om fastigheterna ger underlag för värdering. Eftersom olika människor och företag har olika preferenser har de även också olika krav på fastigheters skick, standard och framför allt avkastning. Då det även finns oberoende värderingsföretag kan dessa ge en opartisk värdering som kan anses gälla generellt för samtliga intressenter. Hurdenna värdering går till kan vara intressant att undersöka då den sker utan några kopplingar till intressenternas syften med fastigheten.Då denna uppsats har en företagsekonomisk vinkling ligger fokus på just hurindustrifastigheter och kommersiella fastigheter värderas.

The report aims to investigate how well a certain type of affordable embedded single board computer can hold up against today's more expensive computers in a computer system by doing various tests on a system with the specified requirements. The system has a Raspberry Pi as the single board computer which task is to control a camera based on coordinates obtained from a server as well as capture and stream a video signal on a network.The researches were conducted to check how much network traffic a single-chip computer sent in different video formats and how much CPU utilization was required. Studies were also made to ensure the accuracy of the camera control. The researches have been experimental, where several tests have been performed and analyzed.The results show that a sufficiently good accuracy can be obtained from the camera steering unit, in which two different servos have been investigated. When the video format MJPEG and H.264 are used, the single-chip computer is able to transmit a video signal up to 1280x720 at 15 fps.

Purpose: The purpose of this study has been to investigate whether Frennberg & Hanssons earlier study of anomalies still are correct, and if these are valid for certain sectors. Methodology: In an effort to find seasonal patterns on the Swedish exchange market, we have used the average daily returns. By using these patterns we have created investment strategies which have then been tested over a 10 year period. We also used t-tests to verify our results. Conclusions: We have been able to prove a change in the seasonal patterns that Frennberg & Hansson presented in their study.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att med hjälp av en binär modell klargöra vad det är som styr att en del svenskar väljer att köpa grön energi, genom att ta reda på vilka faktorer som påverkar sannolikheten att en genomsnittlig individ väljer att köpa ?grön el?. Samt att se hur framtidens intresse är för grön el. Ett delsyfte med uppsatsen är att göra en jämförelse mellan Sundquists doktorsavhandling från 2002 och Temo ABs undersökning från 1998 för att se om kunskapen och attityderna kring grön el har förändrats. Temos studie var en klartläggning av svenskarnas kunskaper om beteende och attityder kring grön el, studien gjordes för Sveriges elleverantörer.

IndividRAM är namnet på ett dataprogram och en rådgivningstjänst inom utfodring och produktionsuppföljning som husdjursföreningarna erbjuder sina medlemmar. Tjänsten och dataprogrammet verkar för en förbättrad företagsledning i mjölkföretaget i form av rådgivning, service och som ett managementverktyg. Syftet är att IndividRAM ska förbättra företagsledningen och därigenom produktionen, ekonomin och miljöstyrningen i mjölkföretaget. IndividRAM används idag av ca 3200 mjölkföretagare vilket motsvarara 39 procent av Sveriges kontrollanslutna besättningar. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att mäta den faktiska och upplevda nyttan av IndividRAM inom områdena produktion, ekonomi och miljö. För att åstadkomma detta har en enkätundersökning och en statistisk jämförelse genomförts. Enkäten skickades ut till 234 besättningar som deltagit i IndividRAM-tjänstenunder tre hela kontrollår.

This project concerns a new lower and mid level compulsory school in the currently developing area of Annedal, northwest of central Stockholm. According to the given program, the school should hold 500 pupils and 100 pre-school children. As an addition to the given program, my suggustion holds a sports hall and a public library.In my project, my ambition has been to investigate how to create an inspiring and exiting place for kids to inhabit and, at the same time, create an activated, central place in a developing suburb. The latter has resulted in the two program-related additions, which purposes is to extend the hours during which the area is activated and to create additional incitements for visiting the building. Both additions are chosen based on lack of service in the area. Architectually, I've been inspired by the medieval castle which has been used as an inspirational resource for the parts of the school holding classrooms.

Previous research on philosophy for children in schools has almost exclusively focused on how it is perceived by students. The aim of this study is to focus on how it is perceived by five teachers and other adults involved in implementing philosophy for children in schools, in total four teachers participated and one adult who worked with implementing took part in the study. The theoretical background is composed of Olga Dysthes view that knowledge is not only constructed but that the object that one intends to gain knowledge of has to be interacted with and how she applies this view dialogues in the classroom. The study was conducted by interviewing the participants. The results found that the teachers saw philosophy for children as something more than a tool to work with questions that were important to students, they were also viewed as a way to work with language and building solidarity within the class.

Empirierna visar att hedgeportföljen under den avgränsade undersökningsperioden har genererat endast marginellt mindre igenomsnittlig avkastning än aktieportföljen, som den bästavkastningspresterande traditionella portföljen. Riskmässigt var det dockuppenbart att hedgeportföljen var överlägsen gentemot båda de traditionellaportföljerna, som lyckades skydda sig bättre mot kursfallen, under båda denfinansiella krisen 2007 och den europeiska skuldkrisen 2011. Hedgeportföljenföljde inte heller med de kraftiga uppgångarna som förkom på marknaden i sammautsträckning som de traditionella portföljerna gjorde. Friareplaceringsregleringar anses vara den viktigaste skillnaden mellan hedge ochtraditionella fonder, som t.ex. tillåter hedgefonderna att vara högre belånade,och kan därför finansiera en större kombination av skildainvesteringsstrategier och åstadkommer därmed bredare kapitalplaceringar somresulterar i större riskspridningar..

The use of social media has increased considerably in recent years and has also caused some problems. It has been notable cases in the media where employees adversely criticized their employer on social networks, which subsequently led to the dismissal of the employee. The purpose of this study is to investigate an employee's right to express themselves about their employers in various forms but the main focus will be on social networks. The study investigates employees on both private and public sectors.Employees have a duty of loyalty to their employer, which means that they must be loyal to their employer and not deliberately harm them. The reason that employed comment his employer on social networks has its basis in that they also have freedom of speech and it is raised in such a case, a collision between their rights and responsibilities as an employee.The employees also hold a critique right entitling them to publicly criticize the employer and its activities.

Bullying can have serious consequences on everyone involved. Consequently it is important that school counselors are able to intervene. Thereby they need an unambiguous definition and knowledge about bullying that has been produced from research so they do not make mistakes that could lead to further damaging of the students. Thus the aim of this study was to examine how school counselors define bullying compared to the views held by scientists and students in secondary school. Through a review of previously done research the definitions of scientists and schoolchildren was summarized.
