Arbetsterapeuter tillfrågas ibland att delta i arbetsgrupper vid ny- eller ombyggnation av gruppbostäder. Det finns ingen forskning eller sammanställning om hur det egentligen förhåller sig i den fysiska miljön på gruppbostäder i Sverige. Syftet med uppsatsen var att kartlägga den fysiska tillgängligheten på gruppbostäder i förhållande till tre olika personprofiler med instrumentet Housing Enabler. Studien har en kvantitativ ansats av en deskriptiv karaktär. Mätningar genomfördes på 18 gruppbostäder för vuxna med beslut enligt LSS.

The study was conducted at a business in the social service. The purpose was to examine how the business works with human resource planning. In order to answer the purpose two questions was formulated, which human resource planning strategy does the business use? And, how do businesses need to act according to the theory of strategic manpower to achieve human resource planning? Survey data collection was done through a qualitative research design, where interviews with five employees in the business took place.The study shows that the business is using a own made strategy in order to achieve human resource planning. The strategy consists of two steps, in step one they do an background analysis and step two a needs analysis where a goal- and responsibility description are designed and then a set of requirements.

Due to an increased population in cities the need of densification of cities increases. This means that the amount of ecological elements in the city is at risk of decreasing. Ecological services contribute to the city?s climate by softening the negative impacts that densification of cities means. Thus increases the will and ambition in city planning in to preserve greenery.This is an interdisciplinary thesis within the subject of geography that studies Biotope Area Factor (BAF), a planning tool that is used in city planning with the purpose of compensating for lost ecological services associated with new housing estate.

Hammarkullen tillkom under slutet av 1960- talet och början av 1970. Området har formats av den tidens ideal med breda vägar och uppdelade funktioner. I Hammarkullen har få förändringar och förbättringar gjorts sedan det blev till. Genom att studera området, hur det ser ut idag, kvaliteter och brister, samt genom analyser har jag valt att främst fokuserat mitt arbete på: ? komplettering av bebyggelse ? utveckling av den yttre miljön ? utveckling av torget Huvuddelen i mitt examensarbete ligger i planförslaget.

Safe in the cityscape? Gender aspects on spatial city planning In this thesis, theories regarding gender and spatial planning are applied to the comprehensive plan Fortuna och Hemgården in eastern Malmö. Independent of factors like class, ethnicity and age women experience lack of safety to a larger extent than men do. Today, safety aspects on housing projects is scarcely a controversial issue, quite the contrary. However seldom are the central terms such as safety and security defined. Research has shown that women feel safe when they experience little risk of being subjected to violence; security is deeply interconnected with feeling safe.

In Sweden, there has been a continuous increase in the volume of housing construction for dairy cattle. Since 2004, the number of new, rebuilt and extended dairy cow houses undergoing preliminary inspection by the authorities has grown. The livestock farms have mostly focused on cow units instead of calf and heifer sheds; which has led to a need for information in this area. The purpose of the study was to improve advisors? knowledge about bovine building construction and function; to enable them to provide more qualified advice to conventional and organic milk producers who sustain larger herds.

The major environmental problems that we have today are frequently mentioned in the media today. One example is the ongoing debate regarding global warming and its causes and consequences. There are also several other problems in our society such as segregation and social tensions. Most agree that we must do something to solve these problems and that we must try to achieve a sustainable development for the entire planet. But how should it actually be done and what trade-offs, compromises, sacrifices and changes must be made?The purpose of this paper is to examine how these issues are being dealt with in Swedish city planning.

Detta examensarbete är skrivet på magisterprogrammet för Fysisk planering vid Blekinge Tekniska Högskola och omfattar 30 högskolepoäng. Stockholmsregionen växer kraftigt. Bostadsköerna i Stockholmsområdet är långa och Solna, med sitt goda läge i regionen, kollektivtrafikförsörjt med både tunnelbana, pendeltåg, bussar och snart även tvärbana är populärt. Inom 20 år beräknas kommunen öka sin befolkning med mellan 40 och 50 %. Att bygga bostäder i den takten är en stor utmaning.

En attraktiv stad är ett vitt begrepp. Vad som är attraktivt för någon behöver inte vara det för någon annan. Vissa faktorer bedömer jag dock att de flesta är överens om krävs för att vi ska trivas i staden. Det handlar om fysiska och sociala faktorer men också om rekreationsmöjligheter, historia, kulturutbud, skönhet med mera. I dettta arbete har jag studerat de fysiska faktorerna närmare och kommit fram till att skala, entréer, gruppering av hus och tydlighet i stadsrummet är viktiga ingredienser i områden där människor bor och arbetar. Dessa fysiska faktorer har jag sedan försökt att arbeta in i ett förslag till stadsförnyelse i industriområdet Sorgenfri i östra delen av centrala Malmö. För att få en bild av vad som gör staden attraktiv har jag bland annat studerat dess historia och dess parker och grönområden.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka relationen mellan de två nationella miljökvalitetsmålen, Ett rikt odlingslandskap och God bebyggd miljö. Sveriges mest högproduktiva jordbruksmark finns till stor del i Skåne. Skåne har sedan 1960-talet haft en positiv befolkningstillväxt större än resten av landet. Kombinationen mellan stor andel jordbruksmark och positiv befolkningsutveckling gör Skåneregionen intressant att undersöka. Uppsatsen görs i form av en forskningsöversikt och en fallstudie av Tomelilla tätort. Fallstudien består av planeringsförutsättningar där kommunala och regionala dokument samt lagstiftning med mera behandlas. Vidare görs en scenarioanalys genom scenariokors, en utvärdering av Tomelilla kommuns översiktsplans utbyggnadsförslag för Tomelilla tätort och en realistisk byanalys. Uppsatsen visar att det finns en vision att kombinera de två miljökvalitetsmålen Ett rikt odlingslandskap och God bebyggd miljö men att det finns en skillnad mellan vision och handling när det gäller bevarande av jordbruksmark vid bebyggelseutveckling. Tät fysisk struktur identifieras som en struktur som tar hänsyn till jordbruksmark vid bebyggelseutveckling. Uppsatsen avslutas med en avslutande diskussion av mer fri karaktär, diskussionen tar upp behovet av verktyg för förtätning och frågan om en större arena för planering av hushållning med jordbruksmark behövs..

In the current situation in the housing market and in particular the inner city much attention is directed towards achieved prices per square meter in sales. The indicator is as a principle an appropriate measure of the housing market?s health and development, and can to some extent be used to make approximations of the general economic health status of municipalities and counties. It occurs occasionally that questions about whether prices are based on fundamentals at all times.The thesis questions that very issue, not from a macro accompanying financial perspective but rather from a microeconomic perspective, where each tenant ownership in the study is a micro-object. Are the observed prices per square meter rational relative to housing cooperative?s assets or is there a lack in the observed prices anchoring the respective association's finances.

This thesis presents the residential development in the city of Uppsala, targeting theliving conditions of young adults and students. In cooperation with Sweco Architect inUppsala. The purpose of this survey is to reveal difficulties and possibilities for theearly development of the construction process for studio apartments. Theinformation has been obtained through both a literature review and interviews. Theliterature review is based on Swedish regulations and previous studies in the field, andthe interviews were conducted with organisations and people in leading positionswithin Uppsala.

This essay is about the planning of Stockholm's border regions (areas on the outskirts of the city) during the first seven years of the 21st century. It describes how planning decisions are made in reality, in respect to a 'green' perspective. By describing what a "markanvisning" is (the right to negotiate with the city about a certain piece of land) and by discussing examples of what has happened with a hundred applications for markanvisning, this essay shows how Stockholm's border regions are planned. In the majority of cases it is the initiative of the future developers that begin the planning and construction processes. Research shows that the application to get a markanvisning in Stockholm does not follow a clear, structured system. However, the existing system in Stockholm does work and it seems like almost all the employees within the municipality, the politicians, and the future proprietors are happy with the current situation. Interviews have been held with key individuals involved in the planning process.

This thesis is about language planning in Faeroese libraries as seen from the countrys specific situation, with Faeroese as a mothers tongue, but with great dominance of the Danish language within media. The purpose of my thesis is to examine language planning activities within the library, and the consequences this planning has for the system. Different theories about language planning provides a framework for my model of the library as a linguistic eco-system with actors performing status planning, represented by the government with its influence in cultural politics, the librarian with his or her library tasks and the user with his or her needs. The thesis has a qualitative attempt, and the empirical material consists of different documents about the country and materials from interviews made with seven qualified librarians, employed within general libraries in the Faeroe Islands. The analysis shows that the librarian in different ways promotes the Faeroese language within library activities, and because of the attention paid to the user in the public library he/she influences the librarians planning.

The thesis is about integration in the city and how integration can be improved through physical planning. Segregation can result in changing peoples? prerequisites in our society. Opportunities in life become dependent on what area of the city you live in or where you grew up. Integration denotes acceptance for all people, while different cultural and ethnic identities are preserved at the same conditions for everyone.
