Bakgrund: Ett lämpligt näringsintag är viktigt för främjandet och bevarandet av både den allmänna och orala hälsan. Karies är en multifaktoriell sjukdom där kosten har en betydelsefull roll. Kosten kan bidra till både kariesförekomst och kariesprevention. Functional food definieras som ?livsmedel som ger hälsovinster utöver basnutritionen? och ?livsmedel som har en eller flera tillsatser som modifierats för att bidra till en hälsosam kosthållning?.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och analysera ett antal kunskapsföretags värdering av humankapitalet vid tänkbara företagsförvärv. Syftet är även att beskriva Human Resources Due Diligence och diskutera om detta begrepp/förhållningssätt kan tillföra företagsvärdering något. Vi har använt oss av deduktiv metod för att dra våra slutsatser. Primärdatan har insamlats genom fallstudier, dessa fallstudierna har genomförts genom semistrukturerad intervjuform. Vi grundar vår uppsats på teorier kring kunskapsföretag, humankapital, förvärvsprocess samt begrepp som Due Diligence och Human Resources Due Diligence.

Bakgrund. Vid tumörresektion i de orofaryngeala vävnaderna, utförs mandibulotomi för att skapa åtkomst och möjliggöra kirurgiskt avlägsnande. Allvarliga komplikationer har rapporterats i litteraturen och bidragande orsaker är den kirurgiska tekniken, strålningsterapin samt en inskränkt näringstillförsel till mandibelkroppen. Syfte. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om bevarande av periost vid utförande av mandibulotomi, leder till färre patienter med komplikationer relaterade till mandibulotomin.. Metod. Patienter som genomgick mandibulotomi mellan 2003-2012 vid Skånes Universitetssjukhus granskades retrospektivt.

För att undersöka vad som motiverar människor att arbeta ideellt inom idrottsföreningar med Self-Determination theory och Functional approach som grund, samt om det råder någon skillnad beroende på ålder och antal timmar människor lägger på sitt ideella engagemang, skickades en enkät ut till ideellt engagerade i fyra olika idrottsföreningar. Av de 125 deltagarnas resultat visade det sig att de yngre deltagarna i högre grad motiverades av karriärfunktion i Functional approach. Kontrollerad motivation från Self-Determination theory var vanligare bland dem som spenderade över tre timmar på det ideella arbetet. Gemensamt för deltagarna var att de i störst grad drevs av autonom motivation från Self-Determination theory, det vill säga den inre viljan att göra något. Detta tyder på att det var självutvecklande, egenvinnande motiv som motiverade denna studies deltagare till ideellt arbete..

This project is an attempt at creating a bag that is both functionaland has an interesting and relevant visual appearance. I have found that a bag that is functional usually have adapted certain aesthetics which are appealing only to a very limited target group. At the same time many bags that are more focused on style can be downright disabling to the carrier. I wanted to create a functional bag, and to explore new functions doing this, while working with aesthetics that stayed relevant and interesting to my target group. The bag was designed for the company Åhléns and their label WERA Stockholm, and theircustomers was the target group.

The management of information is one of the key aspects within a successful andefficient product development process, particularly regarding complex products.Scania CV AB is at the moment developing a new IT-system, OAS, which aims tomanage the company?s product data. With this as a background, the purpose of thismaster thesis is to identify the cross-functional user needs within Scania?s organizationconcerning product data and the management around it.To fulfill the purpose, an empirical study consisting of 40 personal interviews with 50representatives from different functions within Scania?s organization was carriedthrough. The empirical data was then analyzed focusing on identifying thecross-functional needs and issues.The study points out that there is a big potential regarding improvement among themanagement of product data.

The aim in the study is to search for a deeper understanding of how parents experience a neurological diagnose of the child and how this affects the parenthood. Parenthood was seen in a systemtheoretical perspective as a social construction. The narrative method was used in two lifestory parentinterviews. The analysis was made from parenthood. The result formed stories about parenthood with children having neuropsyciatric functional disability who even came to be a woman?s struggle.

There is a new beverage container on the market, a bottle made out of pure aluminum as a replacement for the traditional container made out of glass. This new container has the potential to reduce both cost and pollution during transportation, the lighter and stronger construction has every advantage compared to the old one in glass. The new container has every possibility to make it on the market. Some of the biggest brands within the soft drink market already use these bottles in countries without any recycling demands like: Coca-Cola, Heineken and Pepsi. The only thing stopping these brands from the Swedish market is the lack of a functional return system, there is only one company that uses the bottle in Sweden today and they take care of their own used bottles.

My research was about the view we had absolut inclusion in the history, I also made some interviewes among teachers and students in the schools of today. I wanted to se their views about inclusion today and I wanted to know their opinions about inclusion. Did the students and the teachers have prejudice against other students with functional disabilities as Down syndrom and blindness? The objective of this project is to study how two asperger units, one at a junior school and one at a senior-level school are carrying at their work. I have interviewed one pedagouge at each unit to find out how they organize the education at the units and how they work to develop the students' social skills based on the students' functional handicap. The interviews showed that the following factors are providing the foundation for the pedagouges' work with the students: knowledge of the Asperger syndrome and the symptoms shown by each individual, the pedagouges being explicit and well structured as a professional and as adult combined with him/her being humble and showing respect towards the students and self reflection.Keywords: Asperger syndrome, functional handicap, social interaction, attitude..

The essay's aim is to create an understanding for the act; ritual, and the functions or possible functions in an organisation. Many of the functions attribute to rituals lie in the ritual's double function. A ritual can function both as a practical/functional and a symbolic act. The functionality in a ritual doing is not depending of the "symbolic meaning". The functional value exists there always.

The aim with this study is to see how social workers apprehend the law, support and service for persons with certain functional impairments (LSS) and the application. We interviewed six social workers in six different municipalities to get a distribution between small and big municipalities. In the study we have used a qualitative method with half structured interview questions, since we wanted to get a comprehension for the social workers apprehensions. We have used a communication theory and a role theory in the study. The result showed that the social workers consider that the LSS is important, but that there are a few difficulties in the application.

Functional Subgrouping är en metod för konflikthantering, användbar på såväl individ, grupp som organisationsnivå. Konflikter kan definieras som meningsskiljaktigheter innefattande störningar i kommunikationen vilket kan leda till psykologisk belastning på individer. Vikten av funktionella konfliktlösningsstrategier är således stor. Syftet med föreliggande kvalitativa studie var att skapa övergripande förståelse för metoden utifrån användning samt för- och nackdelar i relation till annan konfliktlösning. Fyra halvstrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes vilka analyserades tematiskt.
