In Sweden, reduced tillage usually means non-inversion tillage, where primary tillage is carried out using chisel ploughs or disc implements. Primary tillage method is mainly determined by the desired soil loosening and the handling of soil residues. The effect of tillage depth was studied in field experiments in Skåne, Väderstad, Uppsala, Örebro och Västerås in different crops; spring oilseed rape, spring wheat, winter wheat and spring barley.The experiments generally had a randomized block design with the treatments mouldboard ploughing, deep chisel ploughing and shallow chisel ploughing, in some cases also shallow discing and no-tillage. In the experiments the following parameters were determined: seedbed properties, saturated hydraulic conductivity, penetration resistance, number of emerged plants and crop yield (all parameters were not determined in all experiments. Root growth and draught requirement were determined in two separate studies. There were no significant differences between tillage depths in non-inversion tillage in seedbed properties, plant emergence or root development.

AbstractThis bachelor thesis has been assigned by the company ACG Nyström, Borås. ACG Nyström is working in cooperation with a Swiss company named Jentschmann AG. Jentschmann is a manufacturer of ultra sonic welding machines which ACG Nyström is marketing in Scandinavia and the Baltic States. On behalf of Jentschmann AG the company has the aim to introduce the ultra sonic welding technique to new companies.The aim of this thesis is to compare traditional sewing machines with ultra sonic welding machines within two textile areas, protective clothing and outdoor living.Two investigative questions have been formulated for this purpose: what are the differences between a sewing machine and an ultra sonic welding machine? Is it possible to replace the sewing technology with ultra sonic welding? These stand as guidance for this paper.To gather knowledge interviews, literature studies, and tests on two different ultra sonic welding machines were performed.

Belöning och motivation hör ihop eftersom personalen blir mer motiverade av att bli belönade på något sätt. I dagens säljorganisationer är det vanligt att belöningssystem förekommer eftersom säljarna inom organisationen måste vara motiverade för att prestera. På grund av detta så mynnar det ut till vår problemformulering:Hur uppfattas ett belöningssystem som motivationsfaktor av företagsledaren till den övriga personalen?Samt, Hur kan ett sådant system påverka den övriga personalen? I den teoretiska metoden beskriver vi vilket tillvägagångssätt vi haft för att samla in materialet till den teoretiska referensramen.

Due to the requirement for reduced use of insecticides and the lack of competitive mechanical plant protection, you need a scarification with good result. This is often no problem to perform in normal terrain without technical barriers. However, in difficult terrain with large number of rocks and steep slopes, the result would be worse. Element som alla bidrar till hur text tolkas.Utifrån fjorton dagboksbloggar och totalt 289 blogginlägg har min uppsats syftat till att undersöka hur framställning på dessa bloggar, tillhörande gymnasieelever, skett.Mina frågeställningar jag utgått ifrån lyder:Hur använder sig gymnasieungdomar av olika uttrycksmedel för att estetiskt och kreativt skapa ett blogginlägg på så kallade dagboksbloggar?-          Hur används rubriksättning, bild, film, färg och olika stilformat på texten för att skapa kommunikation och olika uttryck på blogginläggen?Hur förhåller sig gymnasieungdomars dagboksblogg till den traditionella dagboken vad det gäller utformning och kommunikationsmöjligheter?Genom en strukturalistisk analys, med utgångspunkt hos Jurij Lotman, har jag gripit mig an blogginläggen på olika plan där jag både undersökt detaljer i texten och övergripande utformning.

De senaste årens långa och kalla vintrar har lett till ett ökat antal halkolyckor. Genom att undersöka halkolyckors utsträckning samt halkskydd som fanns tillgängliga konstaterades det att ett behov av nya halkskydd fanns. Enkäter för att ge svar på användning av halkskydd togs fram och svar från personer i åldrarna 20-65 visade att man överlag inte använde halkskydd. I stor utsträckning berodde det på halkskyddens dåliga kvalité och den negativa stämpeln som fanns på dem . Textila material undersöktes för att finna lämpliga egenskaper.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på vilka bilder som har valts ut att representera judendomen i de tre läroböckerna. Jag vill visa på att läromedelsbilden bär på värderingar utan att vi kanske reflekterar över detta. Jag har även valt att analysera vilken funktion bilderna i läromedlen har. Två av läroböckerna jag kommer att använda mig av omfattar gymnasiets A-kurs i religionskunskap. The report handles the transmission of signals from piezoresistive pressuresensors and thermocouple from a rotating object. This report also evaluates the possibility to collect data in a datalogger that rotates with the object. Telemetrics was previously used for signaltransmission in Finspång, therefore there has been no tests considering preassure measuring. One transmitting method handled in this report is transmission through a slipring connection. One test with a slipring connection was performed for transmitting signals from a piezoresistive preassuresensor.

The purpose of this study is to describe the motivations of women to participate in politics and to examine whether women feel that they are held back by something in their political participation. The questions of this study are:How do women motivate their participation in different fields in politics?Are there any obstacles that are holding women back in their political participation? Interviews have been used as the method to gather the empirical data. When applying the theoretical framework on the empirical material the main conclusion is that women tend to participate more frequently in political activities that are less time consuming and more sporadic in comparison to more traditional forms of political participation. In this project forging of aluminum alloy Al 6026 T9 has been performed in the temperature range of 400 °C ? 470 °C. The alloy which was in the shape of a cylindrical billet was formed in a press with the aim of analyzing the effect of different forging temperatures and required press load for optimal die filling. The component?s dimensions were later measured and compared to a reference piece.

Jag kommer att koncentrera innehållet i undersökningen kring tiden för yngre järnålder: folkvandringstid (år 400 ? 550), vendeltid (år 550 ? 800) och vikingatid (år 800 ? 1060). I vissa fall kan exemplen vara från både tidigare och senare tid än den avsedda. Detta material kan ändå vara relevant att ha med i sammanhanget för att få en bred inblick i offrandet av hästar i nordisk, förkristen sed.
