Det övergripande syftet med uppsatsen är att diskutera och analysera de val av belöningssystem för anställda som arbetar i team, som har gjorts vid SEB. Analysen bygger på material inhämtat genom intervjuer med chefer och anställda vid tre olika avdelningar inom företaget. Samtidigt som vår analys, byggd på vårt val av teoretisk referensram, tycks peka på att valen av belöningssystem vid två av de tre undersökta avdelningarna skulle kunna ifrågasättas, har våra respondenter inte uttryckt någon önskan om att radikalt förändra dagens belöningssystem. Vi anser därför att såväl företag som forskare bör fundera över vad syftet med användandet av belöningssystem är. Beroende på om man anser att belöningssystem primärt är till för att teammedarbetarna ska känna sig nöjda och motiverade, eller att belöningssystem är till för att öka teamens effektivitet och produktivitet, kan slutsatserna om hur man bör belöna team se olika ut..

Syftet var att undersöka varför elever i år 3-4 har problem med lästtal fast de matematiska operationerna inte är på hög nivå. Studien genomfördes våren 2005 i Luleå och Piteå kommun. Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer. Studien bestod av både lärar- och elevintervjuer. Elevintervjuerna föregicks av att de fick lösa lästal, som vi konstruerat.

The aim of this study is to analyze how problems are represented within SOU 2008:27. Further more, the aim is to analyze how the new subject plan for history can bee seen as a product of this document. The method used, and the theoretical frame of the study, is based on Carol Lee Bacchi?s ?what´s the problem represented to be?? approach, which basic principle is that policies are filled with representations of problems and that these representations need to be examined. These problem representations are then themselves subject for scrutiny, the second step being an analysis of the texts presumptions and assumptions concerning view of man and perception of knowledge. The results show, among other things, that a problem representations can be found in the SOU; the school system is too vague and unclear.

This paper is a discourse analytic policy study with the intention to investigate the swedish government's policy action plan against prostitution and trafficking for sexual purposes. The document is called Handlingsplan mot prostitution och människohandel för sexuella ändamål. The purpose of the study is to investigate whether there is a feminist gender understanding taking place in the action plan. This is made by both see how the problem of prostitution is produced partly by examining whether there is a gender-based power analysis in action. The research questions of this study are:What is considered being the problem with prostitution and trafficking fosexual purposes?Is there a feminist gender understandning in the government's prostitution politics?To answer these questions I use Carol Bacchis method Whats the problem represented to be? And the material being used is the government's actionplan.

The purpose of this study is to identify how the needs, demands and preferences for a certain service appear among University students in Kalmar. This is necessary to examine in order to create and design a possible service that will solve the problem with the University students eating habits.This study is based on a qualitative method with quantitative elements. The qualitative method contains of three focus group discussions. The quantitative method contains of a questionnaire. All respondents in this study fits in the target group.One important conclusion that we have stated after the investigation of this study, is that the nature of this problem seems to differ from person to person.

Dogs with behavioral problemsThis study was made to investigate if there was a problem in today?s society regarding dogs showing for example excessive aggression and/or anxiety. The main questions in this study was "is there a problem today" and "if there is a problem, what can we do to prevent it". To investigate these questions interviews were made with six different professions concerning the dog domain. The result of the study shows that three of the interviewed considered it to be a problem, one did not have an opinion on the matter and two choose not to call it a dog related problem because it mostly depends on the owner.

En trend på marknaden för affärssystem är att utveckla branschspecifika affärssystem, det vill säga system som är anpassade till affärsprocesserna inom en viss bransch. Eftersom det är affärsprocesserna i en verksamhet som affärssystemet ska stödja är det vid utveckling av affärssystem viktigt att kartlägga dessa processer.Detta arbete syftar till att undersöka vilka problem som kan uppstå i samband med processkartläggning vid utveckling av branschspecifika affärssystem. Vidare är arbetet begränsat till att endast behandla problem vad det gäller val, uppdelning och benämning av affärsprocesser. Arbetet har genomförts dels genom en fallstudie, dels genom intervjuer av leverantörer av affärssystem.Resultatet av detta arbete visar på problem med att avgöra hur många och vilka affärsprocesser som ska innefattas av affärssystemet. Vidare kan problem uppstå bland annat vad det gäller identifiering av huvudprocesser och antalet processnivåer som ska tillämpas.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to answer the following questions regarding confirmation: In what ways do children seek confirmation in preschool? What are children confirmed for and how do they react to the confirmation? How is confirmation used by teachers? What do children want to receive confirmation for?The starting point for this study is based on the unique theories of Skinner, Maslow and Bronfenbrenner. The main focus with regard to Skinner?s theory (in this study) lies in reinforcement. In Maslow?s theory, the concentration is on hierarchy of needs while in Bronfenbrenner?s theory, the study centers upon interaction.

Att starta och bilda ett företag är inte alltid det lättaste. Vissa gör det utan några problem medan andra stöter på hinder och problem. I denna studie kommer de vanligaste hindren och problemen som entreprenörer stöter på att identifieras. Detta för att underlätta för andra personer som står i tur att starta företag. Syftet är att undersöka vilka hinder och problem som upplevs av de som startar nytt aktiebolag, samt undersöka hur entreprenören gjort för att undvika eller lösa dessa.

This thesis work has been performed on request by SWT (Scandinavia WeldTech AB). SWT manufactures, develop and sell ready to assemble building systems for concrete rafter beam applications. The beams in this system consist of a u-beam that is welded to a flange. To be able to fill the beams with concrete there is holes in the beams top end. The holes are made in a ?punching machine?.  These holes are cut out and the remaining steel piece is bent down in the u-beam.

This study is about exclusion and childrens role-play in Swedish preschools. 8 preschool teachers, in 4 different preschools, have been interviewed about exclusion and low and high rating roles in children's role-play. The interviews was recorded and then analyzed. Relevant research in this study was from Corsaro, Tellgren and Löfdahl amongst others, and the results of the interviews is what this study is based on. The study showed that one of the most common roles in childrens role-play is the role of mother and that the roles children play are based on social norms and values.

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturöversikt var att beskriva hur intravenös cytostatikabehandling vid cancersjukdom påverkar patienters ätande. Studien baserades på 12 vetenskapliga artiklar. Resultatet visade att patienter hade problem med förändrad smak och lukt, illamående och kräkning samt smärta, muntorrhet och sväljning. Dessa symtom påverkade ätandet i stor utsträckning och hade en negativ inverkan på livskvaliteten. Smakförändringarna och problem från munnen var mer besvärande och påverkade ätandet i större utsträckning än vad som kunde förutses.

Dissatisfaction with the current market for scientific publishing, dominated by a few large publishers able to obtain high subscription fees, gave birth to the Open Access movement. One problem for the Open Access movement, which aims at making research results freely available, is that scientists are reluctant to publish in journals that are free on the Internet, so called Open Access journals. This master's thesis aims at showing how scientists reason about their own publishing in scientific journals. It is investigated which factors are important when scientist decide on which journals to send their articles. The aim is to increase the understanding of scientists' views on Open Access.Six interviews were conducted with scientists in Biomedicine at Lund University.

När verksamheter ska införa nya informationssystem uppstår det ofta problem som kan ha med sociala och organisatoriska effekter att göra. Problem kan även uppstå vid utvecklandet av informationssystem och då ofta vid slutet av systemutvecklingen eller när informationssystemet har tagits i drift. Problem med systemutveckling och införande av informationssystem kostar mycket tid och pengar för verksamheter. Detta arbete har som syfte att se om verksamheter kan dra nytta av liknande verksamheters erfarenheter av problem vid införande av ett nytt informationssystem.För att undersöka problemområdet har en litteraturstudie genomförts där det har identifierats ett antal problem med införande av ett nytt informationssystem inom hemsjukvården. Vidare gjordes en surveyundersökning där intervjuer användes för att intervjua distriktsveterinärer då det ansågs som en liknande verksamhet där båda åker ut på patientbesök.
