Since 1998, the Swedish preschool has its own curriculum and with this the preeschool became the first step of a lifelong learning. The aim of this study was to explore how preschool teachers perceive their work before and after the Swedish curriculum was inserted. A qualitative method was used in this study. Four different in-depth interviews were conducted with preschool teachers, all experienced working at least before 1993. The curriculum theory and curriculum history were used to analyze the empirical data.

Formal writing is an essential part of teaching Swedish and is fundamental for higher education and professional career. The aim of my essay is to research what didactic methods Swedish teachers utilizes in upper secondary school to improve students' abilities to write formal texts. I will also examine students? project papers in an attempt to measure the extent of formal word choice.  In the presentation of the literature I decided to use, for example, Per Olov Svedner?s perspective on writing as a process, Siv Strömquist?s manuals for essay writing and various literature regarding linguistic correctness and essay layout. Interviews with three upper secondary school teachers reveals that active feedback is a basis for students development regarding formal writing in both school and professional career.

The University of Gotland has between the years 2006-2011 conducted seminar excavations in Västergarn parish, Gotland. During this time 167 comb fragments have been registered. Out of these are 51 of importance for this study, since they are defined as either a single-sided composite comb or a comb case. The purpose of this thesis is to enlighten the earliest period in the history of Västergarn by focusing on the earliest forms of combs and their cases. And as the title expresses do the combs date to the Viking Age or the Middle Ages? The combs from the excavations will be compared to different type schemes, both Viking Age and Middle Age and different places in Scandinavia such as Lund, Oslo, Lödöse and Gotland.

The purpose of this essay is to examine formations of gender and class of so called horse girls in a riding school located in Stockholm, Sweden. The essay is based on interviews with six girls in the ages between fifthteen and eighteen. Through the theoretical framework of Judith Butler and Beverley Skeggs, I examine how the girls negotiate the boundaries and probabilities within doing gender in an upper and middleclass associated area. As a result of its female domination, the stable functions as a place where the girls can dislocate themselves from otherwise normative feminine practises. This is possible since the premises of the stable are constructed in the light of the heterosexual matrix, where the girls organise themselves within the heterosexual girl collective.

This study aims to investigate expressive writing in young adolescents, based on the model constructed by J.W. Pennebaker. Qualitative analysis of written essays has been conducted, the main purpose being exploring descriptions of relationships and expressions of emotions. Further-more, the intention has also been to study eventual gender differences and their forms of expressions in the essays. The participants were seventh- and eightgraders, gathered from two schools in Sweden.

För att öka säkerhet mellan både säljare och köpare har det skapats betygsättning och att användare registrerar personuppgifter för kontroll av den andra parten. Detta arbete har varit av stort eget intresse för att öka kommunikationsmöjligheterna mellan människor.De tekniker som jag använt har bestått av PHP ramverket Codeigniter som bygger på MVC.

Rapporten innehåller en presentation av aspekter som är viktiga för att minimal dokumentation kontinuerligt ska framställas under system- utvecklingsfasen, aspekter som är primära för att minimal dokumentation ska bibehållas korrekt under systemförvaltningsfasen, samt hur förvaltning av minimal dokumentation kan förenklas. Dessutom innehåller rapporten ett förslag till vad minimal dokumentation är.Det som framkommer i rapporten är att det är viktigt att en verksamhet har policies som ställer krav på kontinuerlig framställning av minimal dokumentation under systemutvecklingsfasen, samt på att minimal dokumentation ska bibehållas korrekt under systemförvaltningsfasen. Dessutom ska planer framställas som beskriver samtliga dokumentations- aktiviteter, och en metod ska användas som stödjer dokumentation under systemutvecklingsfasen och systemförvaltningsfasen. Att förvaltning av dokumentation kan förenklas vid användning av ett datoriserat dokumenthanteringssystem, framkommer också. Rapporten avslutas med en allmän diskussion om arbetet, och ett förslag till hur en verksamhet kan gå tillväga för att minimal dokumentation ska utvecklas och förvaltas..

Från en svart, mörk och maskulin webbsida till en ljus, modern och frigjord tillsammans med en presentationsfilm över hur Ligistfilm arbetar, tittar vi närmare på hur besökarnas syn på företaget kan förändras. Förändringen innefattar även ett skifte i fokus, från en webbsida med fokus på företaget Ligistfilm till en webbsida med fokus på individuella regissörer. Användartester som utförts visar hur Ligistfilm uppfattas utifrån den gamla webbsidan jämfört med den nya webbsidan tillsammans med presentationsfilmen..

Vacation 2.0 är ett ledighetsansökningssystem utvecklat hos CGI i Linköping för deras Linköping- och Norrköpingskontor. Med Vacation 2.0 kan anställda boka in kommande semester, föräldraledighet samt jour. Vacation 2.0 ger HR-avdelningen en översikt över tillgänglig personal genom en sammanställning av alla arbetsgruppers ledighetsansökningar. Systemet underhålls av en administratör som har behörighet att administrera arbetsgrupper och ändra anställdas existerande ledighetsansökningar. De anställda som är ansvariga för en grupp eller är anställd på HR-avdelningen kan ges behörigheten av systemadministratören.Kraven för systemet togs fram genom intervjuer med anställda som vi sedan utvärderade.

This paper describes a case study of the largest film production ever conducted in Scandinavia. The study aims at explaining the complex relationships in the network structure in which the project took place. Coordination of creative projects carried out in a network context, includes handling conflicting interest and contradictions. Creativity needs space and freedom while projects need structure and coordination, whereby controlling these projects becomes complex. Adding to the complexity, does the loose form of organization that the network structure represents, without any long term structure.

The curious nature of humans has been the puzzle of psychologists, philosophers and scientists since the time we began to use those terms. Why are we curious? Why do we behave the way we do and why? The span of views on curiosity covers all. From being viewed as part of our animalistic nature and compared to instincts, to be viewed as a virtue to scientists and the reason behind why we explore space. Behaviorists tried to define it as an innate drive and some say that it has a crucial role in our ability to learn and understand.

Denna undersökning syftar till att undersöka nationella skillnader i moralutveckling och innehåll i moraliskt resonemang. Studien omfattar 445 svenska och 148 amerikanska ungdomar i åldern 14-19 år. De svenska fpp är hämtade från högstadium och gymnasium i Stockholmsområdet, och de amerikanska från två katolska privatskolor i New York. Dessa tog del av ett moralfrågeformulär av Gibbs (Gibbs & Widaman, 1982; Socio-moral Reflection Measure; SRM) som är en reviderad version av Kohlbergs intervjumetod för bedömning av en individs moralutveckling och kvalitativa, moraliska synsätt i frågor rörande moral. Vid analysen förelåg inga nationella skillnader i moralutvecklingsnivå.

We have with this essay tried to find an approach that makes it possible to give the word a meaning or a context.We have, as a starting point used the Socrates method, which is a method that breaks down texts into its smallest elements and forms activities. We have redone these activities to ontologies by forming general and specific descriptions of the activities.

Web pages are visited through a variety of different devices with varying screensizes. One method for adapting web pages to this variety is called responsive design. Geographical information, often in the form of embedded maps, is common on the web. The combination of responsive design and geographical information has been shown to lead to interaction problems and is therefore assumed to need special considerations. This thesis examines this combination and investegates how presentation of geographical information can be adapted to responsive web design.
