Syfte: Syftet med vår studie är att kartlägga användningen av icke-finansiella mått inom dagligvaruhandeln för att analysera vilka effekter icke-finansiell prestationsmätning har på företagens ekonomistyrning. Metod: I studien har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ ansats. Vi har intervjuat tre butikschefer för att få en övergripande bild av företagens ekonomistyrning och användningen av icke-finansiella mått. Resultat: Samtliga undersökta butiker använder sig av icke-finansiella mått men i olika utsträckning och på olika nivåer. Dessa mått hänförs till relationen gentemot kunder, medarbetare och miljö. De icke-finansiella måtten har fått ett allt större utrymme inom butikerna under de senaste åren. I samband med införandet av icke-finansiella mått uppstår ökat fokus inom det område måtten avser.

Kvinnovåld har blivit ett mer öppet problem som har resulterat i lagstiftning mot kvinnovåld. Att det finns män som slår och kränker sina kvinnor som de lever ihop med är ett faktum. Denna handling känns främmande och uppfattas för de flesta i vårt samhälle som ett onormalt beteende i ett parförhållande. Men för kvinnan som lever med en man som misshandlar henne är detta inget onormalt, orsaken är att hon har många gånger övertagit mannens förståelse av situationen och ser verkligheten med hans ögon. Detta kallas normaliseringsprocessen.

On the 12:th of April 2011, the Swedish tabloid magazine Expressen publishes a story, claiming that Ola Lindholm, presenter of critically acclaimed TV-show ?Wild Kids? has been suspected and apprehended on cocaine allegations. The serious allegation called for Ola Lindholm to defend himself against the allegations. His only public response was a blog-post where he claimed his innocence, albeit with some reservations.  The purpose of this paper is to analyze Lindholm?s rhetorical defense.

Uppsatsen behandlar de svenska vindkraftsproducenternas uppfattning om vilken effekt som övergången från miljöbonus till elcertifikat orsakar på deras finansiella risk. Syftet med denna uppsats är att bland vindkraftens elproducenter undersöka vilka effekter som kreeras av den finansiella riskens förändring när miljöbonus successivt försvinner och ersätts av ett elcertifikatsystem. Uppsatsens syfte undersöktes genom att intervjua 30 respondenter via telefon. Vindkraftsproducenternas uppfattning är att övergången från miljöbonus till ett elcertifikatsystem orsakar en ökad finansiell risk vilket beror på två faktorer som påverkar den kortsiktiga och den långsiktiga finansiella risken. Dessa faktorer är informationsbrist om elcertifikatmarknadens utbuds- och efterfrågekurva samt volymvariationer i elproduktionen.

With inspiration from Bitzers situational analysis a phenomenografic method has been used, influenced by Brown & Levinsons´s theory of politeness, to find perceptions concerning constraints (in Bitzer´s sense in his model of the rhetorical situation) in Internet-based communication. Based on three qualitative interviews, this essay has found that the perceptions are closely linked to views of what constitutes formal and informal contexts, varying due to the gender or age of the informant. Netspeak is not considered appropriate, with some exceptions, in any formal situation. However, the perceptions regarding decorum in informal situations differ in nature, based mainly on what kinds of associations and connotations are produced by elements found in netspeak. Since perceptions regarding informal situations vary, there is a large risk of misunderstanding, which this essay aims to survey..

Under 2006 beslutades att Panelen skulle läggas ned.

AbstractThe intention of our study is to examine how the view of homeless people and their life situation looks according to a selection of persons, which in their work get into contact with homeless people. The study is based on a qualitative method that includes interviews.The result of the study is based on interviews with eight persons working in the social services, volunteer organisations, the police and a security organisation. The majority of the persons that have been interviewed are normalising homeless people; they do not look upon them as different. At the same time they have the opinion that homeless people live a tougher life and that they have to fight more for their living than other people. The persons that we have interviewed share the view that homeless people live under a constant pressure of finding a place to sleep.

Mitt arbete beskriver tillvägagångssättet för hur ett åtgärdsprogram tas fram och genomförs. Det börjar med att information samlas in om eleven, informationen analyseras och utmynnar i en precisering av elevens behov. När man arbetar med barn i behov av stöd är det viktigt att söka stärka barnens självuppfattning och självtillit genom att utgå från deras starka sidor. Åt- gärdsprogram upprättas under ett möte med elever och föräldrar. Programmet ska bland annat beskriva elevens situation, mål, tillvägagångssätt och ansvariga.

The paper examined teachers? experiences of their professionalroles as well as their perception of the students? situation. The study wasbased on telephone interviews that were recorded and analyzed afterwards as well asan analysis of texts that affect the teachers? work.

There are some hazards associated with mediating dogs for adoption to Sweden from foreigncountries. Contagion is considered to be one of them, but this report focuses solely on what adoptionsmay signify to the dogs concerning animal welfare. The aim of this study is to investigate how thebusiness in Sweden is run and what this can imply to the adopted dogs. Websites of the organizationswhich perform mediation of dogs, has been examined to show which information is available. A webquestionnaire was sent to these organizations to learn more about their standard procedure.

The purpose of this thesis is to describe what Building Information Modeling, BIM, could mean for landscape architects, and also hopefully to make sense of the possibilities and problems of the system. BIM is about virtual design and is based on all consultancy groups in the design team modeling in 3D. Intelligent objects and metadata, such as price and material, are used. The project group has a common interchange format for simple sharing of information. To get an idea of how the situation with BIM for landscape architects looks like today, I collected information mostly through interviews.

The aim of this study is to talk with professionals and take part of their experiences with regards to the phenomenon of children who witness domestic violence. The study is conducted from a child/crime victim perspective and is restricted to men's violence against women. A qualitative method is used which consist of interviews involving representatives of BRIS, the Police, Social Service, a Woman Shelter, and two Crisis Centers with different concentrations.

Through its microcredit programmes, the organization Grameen Bank offers ?aid to self-help? to poor women on the countryside in Bangladesh. The purpose of this essay is to investigate how participation in Grameen?s microcredit programmes can affect these women?s social situation and working situation.

Problem som kan uppstå vid decentralisering är att samordning och kontroll av enheter försvåras. Dessa problem försöker företag lösa genom att införa ett internprissystem. Internprissystemet byggs på företagets specifika situation och dess syfte med internprissättningen. Internprissättning är ett komplicerat område, men det handlar om att kunna styra, kontrollera och motivera de självständiga enheterna.
