The aim of this study has been to describe the ongoing region enlargement process in the region Mälardalen, located in the east part of Sweden, and to investigate how this process can affect the local level. The study is especially orientated on public communications and accessibility. The intention has also been to examine how the local accessibility can affect the re-gional development in Mälardalen. The local investigation object that has been chosen for this research is the city Strängnäs, situated in the province of Södermanland. The city of Strängnäs and the cities in it?s near geographic surroundings has been the benchmark for this casestudy, in which the local accessibility with public transportation has been investigated.

In this study a multiple linear regression was carried out in the interest of analysing a number of variables effect on the final prices of apartments in Stockholm?s inner districts. The result may be employed to predict and observe percentage changes on the final price of apartments in Stockholm in the future. Five models were constructed after which they were analysed and compared. The construction of these models were supported by data from the real estate agency Erik Olsson.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att göra en förstudie av marknaden inför en eventuell lansering av en guide för föräldrar med barnvagn i Stockholms innerstad. Vår uppdragsgivare, Prampushers, är ett Hongkongbaserat företag som vill få en indikation på huruvida Stockholm utgör en framtida marknad. Till vår hjälp har vi bland annat gjort en marknadsundersökning där vi har intervjuat föräldrar med småbarn för att få en bättre insikt inför lanseringen. Utifrån denna i kombination med identifiering av konkurrenter samt undersökning av marknadens storlek har vi bland annat presenterat ett förslag till marknadsplan för guiden..

 This essay aim to clear the regulations that adjusts the use of non-compete clauses in contracts of employement. The historical developement shows tendencies that more employees have contracts that includes non-compete clauses. This developement does not always correspond with what is allowed concerning these clauses. Non-compete clauses is adjusted by the regulations in the collective agreement known as the agreement of 1969. The agreement has also been accepted outside its regular field of application.

A budget consists of figures showing how much a particular activity has access to during a given year. With a balanced scorecard, these figures and guidelines can be converted in to more easily understandable non-financial instructions for the employees. One of the most significant differences between the budget and the scorecard is that the budget focuses on short-term results while the scorecard focuses on long-term visions and goals. With a long-term thinking the leaders can  set more long-term goals and also make more well-planned investments which increases the possibility for the organization to evolve and become better in the long term. This thesis is about the public library of Ulricehamn and the cultural activities at the library during the period from 1960 to 1998. We have focused on the study of the cultural activities. It begins with the foundation of the library of Ulricehamn and a historical background to it. It follows with the definitions of the public library and a historical background to the public library in Sweden. Then we present the goal of the public library in general and the goal of Ulricehamn's city library.

This paper aims to investigate how secondary school teachers of social studies working on grading and assessment in relation to Lgr 11. The paper will be based on three issues, and will be explored through interviews with five-working teachers. The existing boundaries and the essay outline and key concepts presented. Then follow the theoretical extensions selected. These are adapted along the topic selection.

This paper examines how organizations work with their recruitment. The organizations in thispaper are mined in the trade of recruiting and staffing. The paper will further influence howorganizations work or will work with recruiting through social medias. It describes therecruiting process in the traditional way and what costs it brings. The next part is a descriptionof network and the importance of networking in a general way.Our results demonstrate that social medias probably will stay as a complement to other moretraditional methods and will not be an own recruiting method.

Frågeställningar: 1. Vad innebär och hur samspelar aspekterna: varumärke, rykte, image, kvalitet och service samt pris för kunders motiv (prioriteringar) i valet av dagligvarubutik?2. Vilka potentiella förbättringar skulle kunskap om aspekterna och dess betydelse kunna leda till ur ett företagarperspektiv som ett led i att nå ökad framgång? Resultat: Genom uppsatsen har författarna visat vad de ovannämnda aspekterna innebär för konsumentbeteendet.

AbstractThe debate on grammar has been on the agenda for thousands of years. Several different arguments and theories have been used in order to explain the importance of grammar in school. Some newer arguments have been added, while others have stayed, either in their original version, or in a modernised one.This essay aims to clarify the role grammar play in school. In order to do that we have looked into its history, the curriculum, modern research and interviews made with active teachers.The results of the literary studies, the studies of the curriculum and the field studies show that the very presence of grammar in school is disputed. The curriculum of today speaks of an orientation in language, with grammar as a part of it, based on the students? own language.

Dagvattenmagasin byggs för att fördröja och avlasta ledningssystemet dådagvattenmängderna i dem är stora för att sedan leda tillbaka vattnet i ledningssystemetnär vattenmängderna har sjunkit.Examensarbetet syftar till att undersöka och analysera vad som behövs göras för attanvända ett dagvattenmagsinet som är dimensionerat för tioårsregn redan vid femårs- ochtvåårsregn.Arbetet grundas på fältstudier och analys av hur systemet är uppbyggt. Beräkningar hargjorts för studera flöden i ledningar och fyllnadsgrad i magasin. Resultatet visar att det ärmöjligt att med relativt enkla åtgärder kunna utnyttja det aktuella magasinet redan vid 2-och 5-årsregn..

Höganäs kommun ligger i nordvästra Skåne. Centralorten har vuxit fram ur två byar, ett fiskeläge och en bruksort. Under 1900-talet har staden växt samman. Men resultatet har blivit en delad och brokig stad.Med sitt attraktiva läge vid Öresund och som en del av Öresundsregion lockar kommunen nya invånare. Höganäs kommun har som mål att gå från att vara 8 500 till att bli 10 000 invånare i centralorten.

This study puts emphasis on an international discourse describing how cities frequently compete against each other, and also describing factors that cities should enhance to make themselves more competitive. The discourse in this study has therefore been used to seek understanding how three different municipalities Borlänge, Karlstad and Malmö strive for growth by applying central factors from the discourse on the municipalities strategic documents. What the study shows is that the central factors from the discourse strongly imprints the strategic documents, but the presence of the factors varies between the municipalities and also to what meaning that lies behind the strategic goals..

Syftet med studien är att presentera olika begrepp med definitioner för odefinierade rum i bebyggd miljö. Rum som blivit över eller bortglömda i stadsplanering, övergivna och förfallna områden eller rum som saknar en känsla av identitet. Olika författare med olika bakgrund presenterar olika begrepp och definitioner för dessa rum. Genom litteraturstudier undersöks nio relevanta begrepp från publicerad litteratur. De undersöks utifrån frågor som behandlar författarens ursprung, verkets publiceringsår, begreppets definition, exempel som ges på odefinierade rum, hur rummen uppkommit samt hur de enligt författaren bör behandlas i planering.

Att många barn världen över mist rätten till sitt biologiska hushåll och att flera befarar att hamna i samma situation är ingen nyhet. I Bosnien- Hercegovina råder en kaotisk efterkrigstid som satt sina spår på familjebanden. Detta i form av att gemenskapen familjemedlemmar emellan blir allt svagare eller löses upp. För två år sedan byggdes ett Familjecenter för stigmatiserade familjer vars mål är att stärka familjeband och ge hushållets medlemmar ny hopp. Jag blev väldigt nyfiken på detta Center speciellt eftersom det var så annorlunda från andra Sociala Välfärdscenter i staden.
