Vårt syfte med detta arbete är att uppmärksamma förskolebarn som har svårt att behärska de tre lekreglerna som Birgitta Knutsdotter Olofsson beskriver: samförstånd, ömsesidighet och turtagande. Vidare har vi även ett annat syfte, som är att ta reda på vad förskollärarna beskriver att de gör för att hjälpa barnen. För att nå vårt syfte och komma fram till ett resultat har vi valt observationer på barngruppen och intervjuer med pedagogerna som metoder i arbetet, dock har vi lagt ner mest energi på intervjuerna med förskollärare.Våra observationsresultat visar att barnen signalerar olika då de har svårt att behärska de tre lekreglerna. De visar det genom att stå utanför leken eller förstöra för andra.

This is a study of the work of a Danish music teacher at a free school (grade 1 9) in Copenhagen. The teaching is based explicitly on playing in ensemble and the pupils play at a high artistic level compared to a normal school. Data collection was made during three days with the help of observation, video recording and qualitative interviews. The report contains video clips where the pupils and the teacher play together. The great differences between this model of teaching and the normal, lie in the teacher participation in the music making, the central role of the rhythms, the early start (grade two), the form of songs and arrangements and the lack of notation in favor of music making by ear.

Following questions were answered:? How often is the Pick and Roll used? The total sum per team and game?? What field goal percentage generates the Pick and Roll?? How often generates the Pick and Roll turnovers?? How often does the attacking team receive foul during Pick and Roll, and what is the team awarded from the foul situation?? How often is the Pick and Roll interrupted without any effect?MethodTo be able to answer the questions in our study we videoanalysed 2251 Pick and Roll-situations from the European Championships for Men in 2003 through video analysis. We used nine different categories to sort the 2251 Pick and Roll situations.ResultsThe Pick and Roll is executed 62,53 times per game, or viewed as 0,43 Pick and Roll / possession. Points / possession during the games was 1,04 while points / Pick and Roll was 0,60.

This essay is a study of the market strategies and situations in the telephone business. Our problem was to examine the telecom companies´ strategies to stay competitive and cope with the new VoIP technology. We chose to do a qualitative study and four telephone interviews were made with Swedish and Dutch companies. We investigated three different categories of companies in the market; industry leaders, cable companies and broadband companies to get a broad view of the market. The theory chapter is based on different strategies that companies have to or can apply to get ahead, stay or survive in a hypercompetition.

Våra frågeställningar är: vilken syn har pedagogerna på lek, hur pedagogerna kan bidra och förhålla sig för att utveckla leken samt vilken betydelse har miljön för barnens lek och hur kan pedagogerna utforma miljön så att den inspirerar till lek.Vi har använt oss av kvalitativa intervjuer med sex pedagoger. Därefter har vi observerat deras bidrag och förhållningssätt samt miljöns betydelse för att utveckla leken. Vi har även gjort litteraturstudier för att få fram en så bred bild som möjligt för hur leken kan utvecklas i förskolan.

The communist party Khmer Rouge took over the power in Cambodia in 1975, and ruled the country until the beginning of 1979. During these years they attempted to create a completely new society, a true Khmer nation, which involved massive economic and social reorganisation and elimination of people which did not fit in the new ideal.Three decades has passed since the genocide, and the senior leaders of the Khmer Rouge will now be tried in the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which consists of both Cambodian and international judges and prosecutors. The integrity of those tribunal representatives will be crucial for the integrity of the tribunal as a whole and thus also for the outcome of the processes. It is hard to determine whether the purposes for demand of accountability will be satisfied, it is though clear that there are many obstacles in the way for an unproblematic and fair procedure..

Genom att göra intervjuer med kommunikationsansvarige på Rättvisemärkt samt personer som via sina organisationer/företag medverkat i Rättvisemärkts kampanj ?Vi dricker Rättvisemärkt kaffe?, utreder vi våra frågeställningar för att kunna uppnå undersökningens syfte.Rättvisemärkt är ett varumärke eller snarare en produktmärkning, vilket innebär att endast produkter kan vara märkta, inte företag, platser eller annat. Det är ett mervärde åt företag eller produkter. Varumärket Rättvisemärkt påträffas på bland annat kaffe, kakao, apelsiner och textiler.

Prostitution är ett omdiskuterat fenomen där debatten gått i vågor och samfundet i nuläget gått från att förkasta all form av prostitution till att stödja uppdelningen i ?frivillig? och ?påtvingad? prostitution. Olika länder beskriver, hanterar och reglerar prostitution på vitt skilda sätt men samtidigt finns en internationell konsensus kring att trafficking är förkastlig. Frågan är om det är möjligt att, som i EU, gemensamt arbeta mot trafficking när man inte kan enas kring prostitutionsbegreppet. Inför kommande fotbolls-VM har kritik framförts mot Tysklands sätt att reglera och hantera prostitution genom så kallade ?statliga bordeller?.
