Introduction:During a crisis in the society, the communication from the responsible authorities is of big importance. This study shows how the authorities worked with their crisis communication towards the general public during the waterleak in Kalmar in december, 2010.Purpose:The purpose of this study is to investigate how the responsible authorities in Kalmar worked with their crisis communication during the waterleak and also how the general public perceived the crisis communication.Methodology:The study is based on a combination of a qualitative and a quantitative methodology. We begin to work with qualitative interviews with the responsible authorities to get information about the actual event and their work with the crisis communication towards the general public through the mass media. Then we investigate how the general public in Kalmar perceived the crisis communication from the responsible authorities and compare these two results.Conclusion:The study shows that there were several problems, both internally and externally, with the crisis communication from the responsible authorities during the waterleak. Although some people were dissatisified with the responsible authorities crisis communication, the majority were pleased and very satisfied with the information they got from the responsible authorities during the waterleak..

In July 2010 the curriculum Lpfö 98 was readjusted and was enhanced with new chapter, and the purpose of this essay is to study how preschool teachers discuss and describe how their conduction to the new chapter 2.6 of the readjust Curriculum Lpfö 98. I want to understand how they experience their work with the documentation.My question formulations are:How do three pre-school teachers reason around what they document in the pre-school?Which practical conditions do the pree-school teachers claiming to have on the pre-school to perform the documentation?How do they describe that they use the documentation to advance the tutoring in the preschool?In order to find out more, I interviewed three pre-school teachers, and analyzed the results I got based on prior research on documentation, and quality in preschool. My results show that the main focuses for documentations are how the children interact with each other, how they react and behave with new materials or activities. My informers emphasize that the main purpose of documentation are to be able to show the children their own process of learning.The practical conditions differ among my informers, which can lead to consequences when they want to make documentation and/or use the documentation for its purpose.  My results also indicates that the documentations are used to plan the pedagogical activities in regard to the children?s interests and according to the curriculum Lpfö98 rev.2010.

Handelsgödsel och stallgödsel används i stor omfattning i jordbruket, men ungefär en tredjedel av den tillförda kvävegödseln tas inte upp av växtligheten. Omkring hälften av den mängden förs till närliggande vattendrag, något som kan resultera i eutrofiering av sjöar och vattendrag. Även fosforläckage till vattendrag kan orsaka eutrofiering och faktorer som kan inverka på läckaget av näringsämnen från åkermark till vattendrag är jordart, odlingsåtgärder och nederbörd. För att minska förlusterna av näringsämnen från odlingsmarker till vattendrag har det tagits fram åtgärdsprogram inom jordbrukssektorn. Ett program benämns som ?Typområden på jordbruksmark? och är en del av övervakningen av miljön i Sverige.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur skillnader mellan den samiska minoriteten och den svenska majoriteten är diskursivt konstruerade i nyhetstexterna som publicerades i Aftonbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Norrländska Socialdemokraten och Östersunds-Posten i maj och oktober 1970 respektive 2010. En teoretisk utgångspunkt var att etniska skillnader är socialt konstruerade, samt att medier utgör en inflytelserik arena för dessa konstruktioner.I studien kombinerades kvantitativ innehållsanalys, som inbegrep en tematisk analysdel, och transitivitetsanalys, vilka inordnades i ett kritiskt diskursanalytiskt ramverk. Den kvantitativa undersökningen omfattade 187 nyhetstexter, som handlar om samer och/eller samiska frågor. Utifrån detta material valdes tre texter från varje år ut för en analys av hur samer representeras i relation till svenskar i termer av deltagare och processer på satsnivå.Resultaten visade att skillnader mellan samer och svenskar konstrueras i nyhetstexterna från både 1970 och 2010 genom att samer är underordnade svenskar sett till antal textaktörer, huvudpersoner och röster, men även i form av att samer är tilldelade mindre tongivande och aktiva lingvistiska deltagarroller i de närstuderade texterna. Samer framträder därtill främst i nyhetstexter, vars huvudsakliga teman behandlar problem eller konflikter.

The perspective is a democracy perspective and the theory is institutional theory and policy process theory.A selection of citizens? proposals that have arrived to Karlstad municipal between 2008 and 2010 have been studied in detail to analyze how the proposals have been administered and if it matters how the proposals are phrased.

The purpose of this study is to survey how the Sweden Democrats? success in the latest election to the Swedish parliament has changed teaching in social science. The main question is: in what way has the success of the Sweden Democrats influenced social science teaching? This leads to following sub-questions: 1) how do the social science teachers define the Sweden Democrats, 2) how do teachers relate to the Sweden Democrats in the classroom, 3) has there been a change in students? political opinions and 4) were there any discussions or proposals from the school administration which followed the parliamentary election of 2010? To answer these questions, interviews were made with four teachers. The main conclusion of this study is that the Sweden Democrats? success led to a simplification of teaching because phenomena and opinions that were previously taboo nowadays are normalized and thus have its place in the classroom.

Under det senaste året har det friskt debatterats om svensk folklig kultur och inte minst folkmusikens traditioner; debatten initierades vid manifestationer, som väcktes under hösten 2010, mot presentationen av Sverigedemokraternas främlingsfientliga åsikter rörande den svenska kulturen.Uppsatsen redovisar hur debatten mellan folkmusiken och Sverigedemokraterna förts i media och vad SD:s vilja att värna folkkulturen skulle tänkas leda till. I texten tas det upp olika exempel som i sig ställer frågor om vad ?svenskhet? innebär och om traditioner skall konserveras eller kunna förändras. Utifrån artiklar och uttalanden i olika medier redovisas de åsikter som yttrats, främst koncentrerat på fyra folkmusikmagasin: Folkmusik & Dans, Hembygden, Lira Musikmagasin och Spelmannen.Studien visar att begrepp, som exempelvis ?folksjäl? och ?tradition?, har med tiden bytt innebörd.

Problem: Den ekonomiska kris som präglat världsmarknaden under 2007 till 2010 har drabbat börser världen över till olika grad. Denna uppsats studerar hur krisen drabbat den svenska fondmarknaden och tillväxtmarknadsfonder ur perspektivet risk och avkastning. Detta är i denna studie belyst utifrån en svensk småsparares perspektiv.Problemlösning: Utifrån portföljteorin i form av Sharpekvoten och Modigliani-Modiglianis modell för riskjusterad avkastning har avkastning, till för de båda kategorierna gemensam risknivå, fastställts. Den placering med högst avkastning till likställd risk används som en indikator för val av placering.Slutsats: Skillnaden i avkastning givet gemensam risk är marginell under perioden och anses inte vara tillräckligt hög för att användas som indikator, gällande placeringsalternativen emellan, för en svensk småsparare..

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningar: Syftet med studien är att undersöka om gymnasielärare är medvetna om sina rättigheter vad gäller åtgärder som får vidtas enligt skollagen (2010:800) från 2011. Den syftar även till att undersöka var lärarna fått information om skollagen från.Hur medvetna är gymnasielärare om sina rättigheter enligt lag gällande åtgärder som får vidtas om en elev stör studieron samt vad lärarens tillsynsplikt innebär?Har lärarna varit utsatta för hot och/eller våld samt hur medvetna är de om var de ska vända sig om de känner sig kränkta av en elev?Hur har lärarna fått information om sina rättigheter och åtgärder enligt skollagen och känner lärarna att de fått tillräcklig kunskap om skollagen under sin högskoleutbildning?Metod: Studien är genomförd med en kvalitativ ansats, där en halvstrukturerad intervju använtssom datainsamlingsmetod. I studien deltog sex gymnasielärare från tre olika skolor, vilka kontaktades via ett tillgänglighets- och snöbollsurval. En tematisk kategorisering skapadesutefter lärarnas svar kopplat till studiens teoretiska ramverk och användes som analysverktyg.

Det är viktigt att alla kan känna sig fria att använda den fysiska miljön. För det krävs bl.a. en god tillgänglighet. År 2001 antog riksdagen en nationell handlingsplan för handikappolitiken som ger riktlinjer om ökad tillgänglighet bl.a. ska enkelt avhjälpta hinder åtgärdas senast år 2010.

The analysis focused on four themes: 1) framing in the articles, 2) impersonation in the articles, 3) the democratic task of journalism and 4) the expectations of journalism in an election campaign.Main results: The main results showed that the difference between the two parties either was nonexistent or very small. The articles were sometimes framed in specific ways, but a big amount of the articles were not framed. Impersonation occurred in about half of the cases, concerning both parties.
