Due to the wide usage of different databases administrated by the Swedish government to keep control over its citizen?s the issue has arisen concerning if this information is subject for other purposes then originally acknowledged. Executives induced in recruitment for labour has over the years extended their need for information accumulated by these systems. Especially data from the criminal records registry are now being used as a normal step in the employment process among a vastly growing spectrum of enterprises and businesses all over the country. This thesis aims to illuminate the subject by grasp to what extent the described behaviour can be considered legally accepted according to the law or if these actions are inflicting with the foundational juridical principles that has to be ensured by the Swedish government due to our constitutional law.A strict jurisprudential method has been applied throughout the entire thesis to ensure the reliability of the results. The diversity of sources has gently been put together to assure the overall quality.

In this thesis a concept for floor hatches for foam pits has been developed. Since there is an existing solution that is powered by hydraulics and is expensive, the goal was to develop a cheaper solution, as simple as possible.A number of different concepts were developed and evaluated. A concept with five sections that are pulled to the side and stacked on each other was chosen as it was thought to have the lowest risk of crush injuries and to be easiest to manage and control. In the opening behind the foam mattress a lifting table is placed to regulate the height of the stacked sections.To be allowed to be installed in the floor of sports halls the sections must be dimensioned according to the construction standards for these types of buildings. Different dimensions of beams in steel and wood materials were evaluated and of those, who lived up to the requirements of the standard, a concept was chosen.

The main purpose of this paper has been to use narratological theory for uncovering the narrative structure in Freud?s cases, such as anachronisms and focalizing. My aim was to investigate the narrative and through these viewpoints discover what impact Freud?s writing?s had on the look of hysterical women. Tidigare forskning visar att mammografiscreeningar bidragit till en ökad överlevnad i bröstcancer tack vare tidigt upptäckt av sjukdomen. Dock fanns det ett område inom vilket mammografi hade begränsad diagnostisk förmåga. Det var körtelrik bröstvävnad där cancer kunde döljas för bildgranskade radiologer. Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt var att undersöka om digital brösttomosyntes kan förbättra detektion/sensitiviteten för bröstcancer, särskilt i täta bröst, och på så sätt bidra till att minska antalet intervallcancrar. Som metod valdes att göra en evidensbaserad litteraturöversikt grundad på kvantitativa studier.

Syfte/problemställningar: Att med en kvalitativ undersökning studera om det tydligt via text och bild går att urskilja några globala och kulturella influenser i utvalda reportage från magasinet Elle Decoration, från fem olika länder. Vi studerar även skiljelinjerna mellan vad som är privat och vad som är offentligt genom framställningen av hemmet och dess inredning. Metod: Semiotisk bildanalys och textuell diskursanalys. Resultat och slutsats: Via undersökningen har vi kommit fram till att det globala kan ses som ett nytt ideal inom heminredning där en gemensam underliggande mall ligger till grund för hemmens utformning och framställning.

Den här uppsatsen var en genomgång av litteratur som publicerats mellan 2005 till mars 2008 rörande ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) i förhållande till arbetsterapi. ICF är en klassifikation som anses vara användbar inom rehabilitering och arbetsterapi. Syftet med studien var att redogöra för den senaste vetenskapliga litteraturens beskrivningar om betydelsen och användningen av ICF inom arbetsterapi. Frågeställningarna var inriktade mot hur ICF använts inom olika områden, vilka faktorer som påverkar användningen, vilka metoder som kan utnyttjas för att öka användning samt kritik och utvecklingsmöjligheter för ICF. En systematisk litteraturstudie genomfördes med sökningar i olika databaser och 13 artiklar inkluderas efter urvalsprocessen.

Policy document conversion in practice ? a qualitative study of five upper grade teachers approach to the 2011 policy documents in history.This essay examines five upper grade teachers approach to the new 2011 policy documents in the history school subject, as well as it?s impact on the teachers class room activities. Also, the study examines what factors have influenced this conversion process. Colleagues, the school management and the Swedish Skolverket (the Swedish school management organisation, controlled by the Swedish government) are in this study the main external influences that are studied. Factors that affect theperformance interplay and interact must work to maintain ability to perform at its peak.The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that contribute to peak performance.Data collection method of the study has been done with a questionnaire, addressed toyoung elite athletes on a secondary school. It was 87 respondents who participated onvoluntary and anonymously conditions. The respondents consisted of men and womenbetween 16 and 19 years old.

This master of economics paper discuss that the globalization has lead to increasing internationalization among small Swedish IT- companies in the service sector. Sweden has a long history of foreign trade but in the beginning of the industrialization only large companies that produced goods answered for the foreign trade. Before, the Swedish companies begun their operations abroad in fairly nearby markets and only gradually penetrated far-flung countries. Now this is no longer possible. When small companies nowadays seek growth in other countries there is no time internationalize with the same approaches as before, especially when the company offers a service.

This report describes how the system may be exposed to oscillations and how this can lead to resonance. Resonance is a phenomenon that occurs when a system is affected by external periodic oscillations with frequencies close to the system's natural frequencies. Structures subjected to resonance can risk great damage and destruction, why resonance is something that is important to take into account when designing structures. Alternative ways to counteract resonance is to supply damping in the system. Damping means that the resonance decreases instead of letting the amplitude increase.The report discusses some examples on constructions that have experienced the effect of resonance.

Futurum.kom is a collaborative marketing project with the aim of strengthening the internal organization of Länsbibliotek Sydost, Regionbibliotek Kalmar and the 25 public libraries within the southeast region. The project intends to externally build the brands of the public libraries in Blekinge, Kalmar and Kronobergs län. This thesis is a study and evaluation of the implementation and results of Futurum.kom?s first campaign "Låna dig rik" at a public library. The analysis is based on the following issues:? What goals does the library have with the "Låna dig rik"-campaign.? What is the feedback from the staff's experience of the users in terms of needs and demands?? In which way does the library choose to implement the marketing campaign and what role do the users have in this process?? What is the internal performance of the library's marketing campaign, what was the experience of the staff of the campaign?? What is the external result of the library's marketing campaign?The method is based on a case study of a single library, with a series of interviews and document analysis of written and electronic documents.
