Människor har olika förutsättningar för att hitta i sin köksmiljö beroende på vilket hälsotillstånd som ligger till grund för den enskilde individen. Det finns personer som har ett försämrat arbetsminne på grund av att de fått diagnosen lindrig Alzheimers sjukdom. Idag ger många köksluckor ingen information om innehållet, och i varje enskild individs kök finns det olika objekt beroende på vad som används. Denna studie handlar om att hitta olika former av åtgärder i köksmiljöer för att lättare kunna hitta, det finns en förhoppning av att problemen med att inte hitta kan minska. Att använda datainsamlingstekniker som litteratur, intervjuer, workshop och fokusgrupp ska det gå att få reda på vilka åtgärder som kan fungera.

Children's Need In Focus (BBIC) is a processing and documentation system used in child welfare cases to investigate, plan and monitor interventions. The BBIC has had a breakthrough in Sweden and out of the country's 290 municipalities, there are 284 that use the system daily as a tool in cases involving children. The purpose of this study was to examine how social workers experience the BBIC as a working system and what strengths and weaknesses there are in the BBIC concept. We wanted our study to examine how the BBIC could possibly enhance the quality of childcare matters, but also how the BBIC could potentially increase children's participation in cases. We have performed qualitative interviews with eight social workers who work in four different municipalities where the BBIC is applied daily.

Bakgrund Barn utgör en stor patientgrupp i Sverige. Sjuksköterskan kan möta barn i vården på de flesta instanser, både som patienter och som närstående. All vård ska tillgodose barns behov och vara av trygg och god kvalitet. Alla barn ska ha rätt att uttrycka sin mening om frågor som rör honom eller henne. Sjuksköterskan har ett ansvar att främja välbefinnandet och delaktigheten hos barnet.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur verksamma lärare arbetar med elever som har ADHD, i skolmiljön. Studien bygger på intervjuer med 12 verksamma lärare från 5 grundskolor i Mellansverige. Det vi lagt fokus på är hur läraren arbetar för att underlätta skolarbete för elever med ADHD, samt arbetets betydelse i skolmiljön.  Resultatet av intervjuerna visar att alla lärarna framhävde att barn/ ungdomar är olika och att man måste arbeta utifrån den enskilde individen. Vidare menar flera av lärarna att det är viktigt att skapa struktur i vardagen för elever med ADHD. Att skapa struktur menar lärarna att man till exempel kan hjälpa eleven att hitta rutin så att vardagen i skolan fungerar.

Spatial design for children nine to twelve years old at the Halmstad City Library. An investigation about the specific needs of the target group and how the child department can be designed to stimulate their experience of visiting the library. The aim was to create a spatial concept from the children?s ideas that inspires to playfulness and lust to read at the library. A more personal goal was to collaborate with an external part to prepare for my future role as a designer within child culture.

Detta examensarbete är utfört på AB ORWAK i Sävsjö. Företaget producerar balpressar som komprimerar kundernas avfall på ett säkert och smidigt sätt. Kunderna består enbart av andra företag. Arbetet är koncentrerat på endast sex utav företagets artiklar som ingår i olika grupper.För tillfället använder sig företaget utav inköpsmetoder som är baserade på intuition och erfarenhet. Syftet med arbetet har varit att beräkna olika partiformningar och beordringssystem på de sex olika artiklarna både med ett jämnt fördelat behov och med det verkliga fördelade behovet.

In this thesis we will discuss the importance of human resource development in smaller companies and if it will change from when the Swedish economy was in an economic boom and later on came to be in a recession. We choose to use a more qualitative approach for this research in order to conduct a more in-depth study of five smaller sized companies located on Gotland, Sweden. In order to limit our research we had as an ambition to answer these following questions:? What obstacles are there when it comes to human resource development and knowledge transference within smaller sized companies?? What can simplify or enable human resource development and knowledge transference within smaller sized companies?? Does the teaching process change to a more tacit human resource development between co-workers when there is less room for conventional human resource development?The result of the research came to show that the biggest barrier, when it comes to competence development within smaller companies, is time. However, our research also showed that a majority of the companies has changed from a more external educational plan to a more internal educational plan which focuses on keeping the human resource development within the company.

This paper studies the Swedish Alien?s Act regulations regarding individuals in need of international protection. The purpose of the essay is to examine the differences between the three grounds of protection that are found in the Swedish Alien?s Act. Central questions have been whether the origins of protection statuses granted in this act are national or international, as the UN convention relating to the status of refugees and also the progress of the European Union?s Common European Asylum System both are affecting the Swedish legislation.

The thesis aims to examine how companies optimize the human capital from a value creation perspective. The value creation will be related to transfer of knowledge, recruitment, staff turnover and development. The thesis has a deductive approach and six qualitative interviews have been conducted. The results from the interviews will be strengthened with a quantitative data analysis of two measurements; value added per employee and human capital efficiency. The theoretical framework includes definitions of human capital.

VBG Produkter AB is a process-orientated company that develops, manufactures and markets trailer couplings with belonging coupling equipment, protection equipment against skidding and stands for wagon-bridge for heavy vehicles. The company feels that their set-up time in production for couplings is not at an acceptable level. Due to high demands of customer oriented production the intermediate stock level of included products within the assembly of couplings has gradually increased which has resulted in high inventory holding costs. VBG Produkter applies Kanban in their production, therefore it is important to produce exactly the necessary amount and avoid overproduction. The objective of this project is to suggest appropriate solutions so that VBG Produkter is able to reduce their set-up time in assembly of couplings, by identifying internal and external set-up time for the chosen process bushing cell.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how gender in Islam and Hinduism are described in textbooks for high school. The study was conducted using a qualitative content analysis and also using a feminist gender theory and postcolonial feminist theory. All textbooks are written or revised after 2011 when The Swedish National Agency for Educations? new curriculum came into force. Previous research in this area shows that it is most common that gender is treated in isolated parts within the chapters, but that there are textbooks that allows the gender perspective permeate the entire text.

As more and more book publishers are starting up in Sweden, despite of tough competition, this thesis aims to understand the necessary resources required by new publishing houses in order to create a long-term role on the national publishing market. This is a market characterized by a high level of cultural interests, where success is not always measured in economic profit. Four new publishing houses have been chosen, whose start-up phases and entry processes are described in order to determine what factors have been essential in creating a role. In addition, relevant actors such as other publishers, distributors, and retailers have been interviewed with the purpose of acquiring the complete picture of how the new publishers? can create a role within the industry.

I denna kvalitativa studie har utvecklingssamtal och dess betydelse för performance undersökts. De frågeställningar som studien utgår ifrån rör hur chefer ser på utvecklingssamtal, vilka möjligheter och hinder som finns kopplade till dem, hur de kan utvecklas samt om det finns faktorer som kan ha betydelse för att påverka företagets strävan mot performance. För att besvara frågeställningarna intervjuades nio chefer och resultatet presenteras utifrån frågeställningarna.Utvecklingssamtal kopplat till performance var inte självklart för cheferna att resonera om, då många inte funderat kring detta tidigare. Det framkommer att samtliga chefer är positivt inställda till utvecklingssamtal. Cheferna ger också uttryck för olika möjligheter och hinder i utvecklingssamtalen.

BakgrundMusikhistorien är på inga sätt opåverkad av den historiska utvecklingen i övriga samhället. Den är en väsentlig del av olika tidsepokernas rådande kulturer. Skolan har en viktig roll i elevernas socialisationsprocess. Kan en manlig musiklärare använda sig av musik skriven av män, framförd av män och skriven ur ett manligt perspektiv, i en undervisningssituation och räkna med att han når fram till alla elever? Lämnar man inte per automatik halva klassen utanför eftersom musiken inte kan anknyta till deras upplevelsevärld, livsåskådning eller värdegrund.

The purpose of this essay was to describe and analyse the tension/conflict between external demands and actual conditions, as experienced (and told in interviews) by employees at two social insurance offices in Scania, concerning their roles in the process of working life rehabilitation. The theoretical starting point is the theory of street-level bureaucrats, as defined by Lipsky. The comprehension among the employees were that working life rehabilitation services are approved less today compared to a few years ago. The discretion, i.e. the position to choose among competing alternatives; about what to do, how to do it etc., characteristic of street-level bureaucrats, according to the employees is less prominent, as the routines of handling cases and decision making are regulated.
