In addition more material, such as wood studs, are used which means that there is more moisture to dry. More moisture in combination with higher relative humidity may pose a higher risk of microbial growth.

SharePoint är ett stort content- och managament-system som många företag använder sig av. I detta kan mallar specificeras för olika dokumenttyper (kallade content types), som underlättar skapandet av nya dokument för slutanvändaren. Systemet för mallarna blir dock snabbt omständligt och ohanterligt när antalet mallar företaget använder sig av växer.I detta examensarbete undersöks en lösning till problemet med mallarna, som finns tillgänglig på Microsofts Codeplex-site, där projekt under open-source licens kan laddas upp för allmänheten. Under arbetet undersöktes denna lösning djupare och vidareutvecklades för att i slutet av arbetet kunna levereras i form av en prototyp som HOW Solutions kunde använda sig av i framtida projekt.Slutresultatet blev en prototyp som bygger vidare på den tidigare lösningen och som tillåter användaren att specificera en mall-hubb, i form av en site-samling med bibliotek som kan förse andra bibliotek med mallar. Entrepreneurship is said to be the missing link between knowledge and growth in the Swedish economy. New ventures run a high risk of failing and this holds true especially for technology ventures. Since company leaders have proven to exert an influence on organisations' survival possibilities, the selection of an appropriate CEO is important. The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of the CEO for ventures as well as to explain how knowledge and experience affect the opinion of who should be CEO. Using a qualitative case study research design including three life science companies, we show that there are three main factors crucial when selecting a CEO.

The aim of this study is to study how sustainability policies are implemented and perceived in the operations of a Swedish fashion company. The fashion industry is affected by strict controls when it comes to transparency and reporting of sustainability efforts. This contributes to a strong focus on sustainability. The theoretical framework revolved around institutional theory where the phenomenas of decoupling and recoupling were central. A qualitative case study was conducted where interviews were the primary source of data.

Bakgrund Under graviditeten vill många kvinnor fortsätta träna. Vetskapen om att träning är hälsofrämjande för kropp och själ är vedertaget. Men flertalet kvinnor känner sig osäkra på hur, och vad, de bör träna eller avså ifrån under graviditeten för att bibehålla sin hälsa. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att kartlägga och sammanställa vilken träning aktuell forskning rekommenderar till kvinnor som vill behålla sin hälsa under en normal graviditet. Metod Litteratursökning med studier publicerade 1993-2008.

I dagens läge står byggbranschen för ca 40 % av Sveriges energianvändning. För att få ett hållbarare samhälle kan byggbranschen bidra med minskad energiförbrukning. Ett sätt att få ner energianvändningen kan vara genom återvinning. Materialet kan då återanvändas i en cykel istället för ett linjerät förlopp som slutar med att materialet slängs eller går på deponi, vilket det mesta av byggmaterialen gör idag. Återvinning är ett brett begrepp som innefattar återanvändning, materialåtervinning och energiutvinning.Återanvändning ger den största energivinningen.

Bakgrund: Nacksmärta är ett vanligt förekommande problem i Sverige och utgör en stor kostnad för samhället. En mängd sjukgymnastiska behandlingsmetoder för nacksmärta finns men effekten av dessa är oklar. Ett flertal studier har visat en nedsatt muskelfunktion hos personer med nacksmärta. Nyare forskning har därför inriktats mot träning av nackmuskulaturen som behandling av nacksmärta. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att kartlägga när man inom sjukgymnastisk behandling använder sig av specifik nackmuskelträning samt vilka effekter detta har på nacksmärta.

This Master Thesis investigates changes in Thailand's foreign policy towards its neighbouring country Burma. It argues that Thai foreign policy towards Burma has experienced major changes during four periods between 1945 and the present. The thesis investigates these foreign policy changes during the four periods. What changes occurred? What were the reasons for the changes? What reasons dominated during what periods? The four periods of Thai foreign policy changes towards Burma and the common history of the two countries since their respective foundations does not suggest a stable peaceful relationship or a bitter hostile relationship leading to war.

Problem och syfte: Medlemsländerna i Världshälsoorganisationen söker implementera WHO: s klassifikation av funktionstillstånd, funktionshinder och hälsa. Klassifikationen ICF bygger på ett helhetstänkande där människors hälsoegenskaper inom den kontext som deras personliga livssituationer och omgivning skapar beskrivs (Socialstyrelsen, 2003). Specialpedagogiska skolmyndigheten (SPSM) föreslår en mall för kartläggning av elever enligt ICF-CY (Children & Youth Version, 2007) inför upprättande av individuell utvecklingsplan eller åtgärdsprogram. Syftet med undersökningen är att utvärdera hur lärare upplever att mallen skapar förutsättningar för ett gemensamt språk.Metod: Undersökningen är kvalitativ och har en fenomenologisk ansats. Sex lärare har intervjuats enskilt genom halvstrukturerad livsvärldsintervju.

Quality was earlier only an issue for the company?s quality departments but today is the entire organization involved in quality- and improvements work. With the customers in focus, both external and internal, quality and improvement work should be integrated in the daily activities. The management shall state goals and visions together with a policy. Through participation the correct requirements for a successful work are created.With SPC, statistics process control, there is an opportunity to perceive variations in the process and with the correct tools make it stable.

This study concerns digital stories told by five young Romani students and one teacher from Roma Culture Class in Stockholm, Sweden. The theoretical framework draws from theories concerning identity, culture,Romanipe, the Romani value system and social semiotics. The material for the study is the digital stories that were analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the young Roma in the study demonstrate pride in their Romani background and culture, but also signs of changes and development in their culture. Some of the participants do not show external signs of Romani traditions, for example in the ways of dressing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the handling of difficulties encountered by Swedish managers in Swedish subsidiaries in South Korea. By identifying the most common and possibly most manageable difficulties specific to the market we categorized them into three different groups; external difficulties, internal difficulties and difficulties related to the leadership. Depending on where in the environment and in relation to which stakeholder the difficulties originate the managing process comes to be supported through sometimes contradictory theories. Our study implies that the proper handling is crucial to satisfy local expectations which are critical for survival of Swedish companies. It also implies that the leadership skills acquired by the Swedish managers combined with the level of acceptance for foreign managers among the Korean coworkers affect how influential the manager?s ambitions are.

SammanfattningSyftet med detta arbete har varit att undersöka hur lärare arbetar med tidig läs- och skrivinlärning, hur det praktiska förhåller sig till det teoretiska och slutligen hur deras arbete ställer sig i förhållande till styrdokumenten, det vill säga dagens läroplan.Detta arbete berör även svenskundervisningens historiska utveckling, kortfattad definition av läsning och skrivning, arbetsmiljö, teorier om inlärning och olika arbetsmetoder.Intervjuerna som gjordes till detta arbete har skett i form av kvalitativa samtal. De intervjuade pedagogerna arbetar allesammans på lågstadiet.Resultatet av undersökningen är att lärare inte kan arbeta med läs- och skrivinlärning efter en färdig mall. Lärare måste anpassa sig själc, material och arbetsmetod efter barngruppen och dess individer. Ingen arbetsmetod används uteslutande, utan en lärares uppgift består i att plocka de bästa delarna ur varje metod för att sedan komponera egna arbetssätt som passar såväl lärare som målgrupp. Alla lärare arbetar med samma målstyrning, Lpo 94, men vägarna till målen varierar lika mycket som det finns lärare..

 Since the 28thof May the project to develop an internal Innovation Leadership Program (ILP)on Accenture has been running and came to an end in November the same year. The taskwas formed into a master thesis and given to two students at the Royal Institute ofTechnology in Sweden.Since the start the content and structure of the ILP has been established based on the resultsof a theoretical study, a gap analysis and an external and internal benchmarking. The theoreticalstudy focused on articles, books and lectures about innovation, creativity and pedagogy. Subjectssuch as leadership, motivation, reflection and coaching were studied as well, but in a smaller scale.The gap analysis consisted of eleven interviews with people from different career levels withinAccenture and the goal was to establish the view of innovation and creativity among the employees.The interviews also asked about the knowledge the participants had about Technology Lab in orderto get insight of how to improve their communication and cooperation with people in client projects.Internally a similar program was studied called Minority Leadership program, whom will not bedescribed further in this report, to get inspiration. The external benchmarking was conducted onStanford and was very successful.

The eld of Brain-computer interfaces (BCI) concerns linking together an external device with the brain of a human or an animal. By doing this the conventional use of a mouse or keyboard can be circumvented, which can greatly benefit people with different types of diseases that cause paralysis or other loss of motor control, such as Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). A BCI can also be used for cognitive training of either healthy or mentally impaired subjects to increase cognitive capabilities.In this thesis an implementation of an interface is made against such a device, the Emotiv EPOC Headset. The result is meant to be a stable basis for further study using the device. An in-depth study of the history of EEG and its current use in clinical work and research in the topics of BCI as well as Human-computer interaction (HCI) is presented.
