Hur förklaras karriärbyten bland revisorsassistenter? : en jämförande studie av uppfattningar mellan nuvarande och före detta revisorsassistenter
Personalomsättningen inom revisionsbranschen är ett viktigt ämne eftersom revisionsbyråerna behöver hålla kvar kvalificerad personal med hög kompetens för att kunna upprätthålla god revisionskvalitet. Eftersom revisorsprofessionen anses vara ett prestigefyllt yrke med höga inträdesbarriärer är det viktigt att ifrågasätta varför någon som väl kommit in väljer att lämna.Syftet med uppsatsen är att förklara vad som påverkar karriärbyten bland revisorsassistenter. Detta kan bidra till en bättre förståelse kring varför revisorsassistenter väljer att sluta innan avlagd revisorsexamen. Med hjälp av en kombination av teorier från bland annat socialpsykologi, motivationsteori och tidigare forskning har en modell utvecklats som illustrerar de olika faktorer som kan antas påverka revisorsassistenters karriärbyten. För att testa modellen har en enkätundersökning om nuvarande och före detta revisorsassistenters uppfattningar och motivationsfaktorer gjorts.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att karriärbyten bland revisorsassistenter kan bero på flera olika faktorer, och indikerar att vissa faktorer som identifierats genom tidigare litteratur kan ifrågasättas.
Vilka egenskaper anses viktiga vid valet av kandidater till fullmäktige?
The aim of this work is to understand the recruitment of candidates to the local representative assembly in the municipality of Täby. The method used is qualitative interviewing, of a total of eight local politicians in Täby. The theory in which this work rest upon is based on a new-institutionalist perspective. Of great importance is the thoughts of the politicians involved in the recrution process, what do they think were the reasons that controlled the order of priority in the party list among the pool of candidates? Were there any obstacles for minorities in the politics like for example foreigners, women or young people? The study is taking it?s departure from the politicians who candidated in the election of 2002-2006 and the ones which are candidating to the election this coming autumn.In conclusion the aim is to understand the reasons that gives some of the candidates electable places to the assembly, and what the actors themselves think are the conclusive qualities that matters the most.

In a world characterized by increasing sustainability challenges, organizations are continuously facing new demands; creating new requirements of change management and incorporation of new strategic decisions. Today, organizations are responding to the
emergence of new sustainability directives and regulations at a EU level, whence the latest sustainability framework CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), becomes particularly relevant. Companies are therefore facing the challenge of integrating strategic management in their navigation, preparation and maneuvering of new directives; a transition that requires new strategic decisions and adaptations. The purpose of this study is to qualitatively examine how CSRD affects organizations in terms of corporate changes, operational adaptations and strategic decisions, as well as what capabilities are essential to incorporate. The study also aims to investigate relevant challenges and opportunities associated with the new directive.

Background: Chronic pain is a condition that approximately 18% of the Swedish population suffers from. This condition affects many aspects of a person´s life and causes psychological, physiological and social suffering. Multimodal treatment is considered the most effective treatment for patients with chronic pain. Patient participation and motivation are very important to treatment. Aim: The aim of this study was to explore patients´ experience of a multimodal chronic pain treatment program regarding their experience of patient participation and interaction with the rehabilitation team.

During the spring semester of 2012 did Petra Hollsten independently a thesis on reducing the environmental impact of capsule for coffee, tea and chocolate. Outcomemeasurements: Energy intake.Data collection and analysis: Six original articles met the inclusion criteria and werereviewed by the SBU audit template for randomized and controlled studies. There after onearticle was excluded because of very low quality of the study.

Background: Inter-organisational ways of working have become more and more common during the last decades. In order to attain efficiency and productivity, such inter-organisational relationships need to be governed and controlled. However, studies have shown that inadequate control is one of the main reasons for why inter-organisational relationships fail. One of the means that can be used for governing and controlling a business is management control. The use of management control in inter-organisational contexts is a quite unexplored area of research at the present time, which might seem somewhat surprising considering the fact that inadequate control is a common explanation for why inter-organisational relationships fail.

In 2014-2015 a large-scale Ebola epidemic occurred in West Africa. The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency was given the order to conduct the Swedish response. The purpose of this case study was to investigate the impact on project planning of the three factors: the nature of the crisis, political initiative and developing countries. In this case study the crisis was an epidemic, and the project was initiated by the Swedish Government and conducted in two developing countries. The results were intended to contribute to developed understanding and recommendations for future project managers in similar projects.
Korttidsfrånvaro ? en pilotstudie av alkoholens betydelse
Bakgrund: Många arbetsplatser har haft upprepade problem med korttidsfrånvaro hos arbetstagarna. Arbetsgivaren kan då kräva sjukintyg från första dagen.De företag som har Feelgood som företagshälsovård ansåg att det fanns ett stort behov av att ta reda på orsakerna till detta.Syfte: Denna pilotstudie undersökte hur stor andel av korttidsfrånvaron som var kopplad till sannolik överkonsumtion av alkohol. Utvärderingen utfördes med frågeformulär i kombination med alkoholmarkör i blod. Arbetsgivaren och arbetstagaren fick också uppge sin uppfattning om tänkbar orsak till denna frånvaro.Undersökt grupp: Studien omfattade 10 patienter varav 6 män och 4 kvinnor, där arbetsgivaren hade begärt sjukintyg från första sjukdagen. Patienterna kom från 10 olika företag som under ett halvår hösten 2007 till våren 2008 hänvisades till Feelgood för utredning.Metoder: Vid utvärderingen träffade företagsläkaren arbetstagaren för en kartläggning med anamnes, status och provtagning.

The aim of this study is to examine the historical information about women?s libraries and book ownership during the early modern period in the work of Carl Magnus Carlander, Svenska bibliotek och ex-libris [Swedish libraries and ex-libris] (1904) and to inquire the scientific value of the information. A gender perspective is applied to the study. The aim of the study was to understand professionals? perceptions and experiences of adolescent stress. In the study I interested myself further if you can identify gender-specific patterns in the professional stories about young people's stress and stress related illness. Five interviews were conducted with professionals in psychiatry and social work. The thesis took its incipience in social constructionism.
