Sverige har sedan kalla kriget genomgått stora förändringar på försvarssidan. Detta har lett till en minskad efterfrågan av krigsmateriel från försvarsmakten vilket i sin tur har resulterat i ökad Export och deltagande i samarbeten rörande utveckling och försäljning av krigsmateriel. Vår uppsats fokuserar på alliansfrihetens förenlighet med ovanstående utveckling. Uppsatsen består bl.a. i en diskussion kring begreppsanvändningen av alliansfrihet.

In the last decade, member states of the European Union have adopted a range of measures to decrease the dependency on fossil fuels. This has led to an increased use of biomass in heat and power production. In some countries, the lack of forest resource has led to large scale power producers importing their biomass needs. Due to high energy content and homogeneity, wood pellets have become an internationally traded commodity used for large scale power production. The Baltic States have emerged as one of the largest wood pellet Exporting regions in Europe.

Background: Today many companies are competing to get space in our minds. Companies spend a tremendous amount of money on building strong brands. It is not just about making us aware of their logo, today it?s more about giving the brand a ?soul? and to load it with different values. Due to today?s globalization there is also interesting to look at it from a cultural perspective.

Syfte: Huvudsyftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka ett företags givna transportstrukturs miljöpåverkan i växthusemissioner eller CO2e. Detta genom att med hjälp av olika verktyg och teorier ta fram ett antal scenarion som har en lägre miljöpåverkan än befintlig transportstruktur. Det sekundära syftet är att ta fram modeller som hjälper företaget att ta hänsyn till de ekonomiska kostnader som kan vara kopplade till en omstrukturering av transportstrukturen.Metod: Kvalitativa intervjuer om grön logistik och vilka verktyg som används i detta arbete samt en kvantitativ datainsamling i beräkningar av emissioner med hjälp av NTMCalc.Slutsatser: Ett antal olika scenarion togs fram där miljöpåverkan uppskattades, utifrån dessa valdes 5 stycken ut som hade en lägre miljöpåverkan än befintlig transportstruktur. I dessa utvalda scenarion tas hänsyn till ytterligare faktorer som exempelvis ledtider, hur många landsgränser som måste korsas, tätortskörning etc. Då det inte finns ett ekonomiskt underlag för vad ett transportstrukturbyte skulle kosta förs det en diskussion med rekommendationer över åtgärder vid ett byte av transport..

Ett befintligt tekniskt system för parkförvaltare omfattar GIS-objekt i en geodatabas och deras attribut i en separat databas. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att systematisera förflyttningen av data från dessa två källor på PC:n till en källa på en handdator för åtkomst, förändring och insamling i fält, för att sedan uppdatera de två skilda datakällorna vid återkomst till PC:n. För att åstadkomma paketeringen transformeras GIS-lagret från geodatabas till shapefil format vars tillhörande attributfil utökas med fält och data från attributdatabasen. Ett egendefinierat formulär har skapats för attributredigering på handdatorn. Befintliga verktyganvänds i fält för att utföra funktioner som nykartering eller förändring, vilka kategoriseras med olika koder.

I den här uppsatsen har jag analyserat tre tidningsartiklar från herrtidningen Moore, och tre tidningsartiklar från tjejtidningen Solo. Jag har analyserat en artikel i varje nummer, så totalt har jag använt sex tidningar. Utöver artiklarna har jag också analyserat två av tidningarnas omslag. Efter analyserna har jag gjort jämförelser mellan de båda tidningarnas artiklar och omslag för att se om det går att påvisa några skillnader, men även likheter.     Min avsikt med att göra det här var att bevisa vetenskapligt att skillnader finns i tidningarnas informationsdesign, alltså deras bilder, texter och layout. Jag har analyserat artiklarna efter en ganska strikt modell, men även tagit mig friheten att välja bort eller lägga till vissa element i modellen beroende på vilken sorts artikel jag analyserat.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the importance of networking and relationships in the music industry. We also want to see whether these factors have any impact on the Swedish music Exports.These musings have led to the formulation of the following question; -          How can the musiclabels in the music industry make use of networks and relationships to strengthen the Swedish music Exports to the U.S. and make it more efficient? The essay is written with a qualitative method with an abductive perspective. That?s because our research question has demanded that we get a deeper view of the subject to be able to answer it.The empirical data is collected through telephone or email interviews.

Jag skall i denna uppsats undersöka hur oljeboomen i Kazakstan, vilken inleddes under slutetav 90-talet, har påverkat landet ekonomiskt, politiskt och socialt. Jag har min utgångspunkt ilitteraturen kring begreppet resource curse, som behandlar de problem som länder med storanaturtillgångar ofta dras med. Fokus ligger på teorin kring holländska sjukan, vilken pekarmot att övrig Exportindustri tenderar slås ut när det sker en kraftig expansion inomoljeindustri. Övriga teorier jag använder mig av predicerar även b.la. negligering av demokratioch utbildning, samt ökad korruption.

This thesis analyses the rise and fall of social movements. Social movementsfunctions in the civil society, by contentious collective action they form identities,mobilize their forces and use repertoires of contentions to make new or previouslyunaccepted claims. They function in a limited timeframe, sooner or later they getinstitutionalized, marginalised or succumb into violence. The landless movementin Brazil is one of the most profound social movements in the world; their majorgoal is a land reform. Since the leftwing president Lula da Silva won the Brazilianelection in 2002 the president has been unable to live up to the expectations fromthe landless movement about implementing a land reform.

Denna uppsats strävar efter att besvara frågorna: Har systembolaget rätt att som ensam aktör bedriva detaljhandel av alkohol i Sverige? Strider nuvarande reglering av svensk import och Export av vin och sprit mot EG-rätten?EG-domstolen har i flera fall rörande offentliga monopol fastslagit att dessa i sig inte utgör något brott mot EG-rätten, under förutsättning att de anpassas till övrig EG-rätt på konkurrensrättens område. Det är därför med anledning av detta fullt möjligt för Systembolaget att ensam bedriva detaljhandel av alkohol i Sverige. Ytterligare praxis på området visar på att monopolet i sig inte är otillåtet utan fokus ligger snarare på de faktorer som finns runt om monopolet t.ex. att det inte får verka diskriminerande mot utländska varor.Då det fortfarande inte finns något avgörande i frågan om import- och Exportreglerna strider mot EG-rätten, så finns inget svar på denna fråga.

In 2005 the Swedish social democratic government settled a defense treaty with Saudi Arabia. Ten years later, a new Social democratic government ends the treaty. This thesis will study the Social democratic party?s motives behind their actions regarding the treaty. Kjell Goldmanns theory regarding the three fields of interest concerning state?s foreign policy, security policy, economy and international values, will serve as the theory and operationalization of this thesis.

Turkey?s nearly fifty-year-old aspiration for admittance to the European Union took a crucial step forward with the signing of the Ankara agreement in 1996. The aim of this thesis is to examine the trade effects that evolve from the creation of a customs union. Our objective is to study how Turkey?s trade patterns adapted to the liberalized trade by examining the effects on resource allocation, specialization and welfare.

This master?s thesis was performed at PartnerTech AB in Åtvidaberg. It addresses the problem of managing test results obtained from testing electronics manufactured by PartnerTech. PartnerTech has developed a test system, called Tor, which performs tests on manufactured boards and stores the test results in files. The Tor system consists of both hardware and software part, where the software runs on an ordinary PC with MS DOS/Windows 2000.

This paper is written as an examination paper at the University of Jönköping. The subject is chosen by Peab Sweden in Jönköping with whom further cooperation has been hold. The aim is to compare building methods and building materials in Sweden, Finland and Germany for further inspiration for Peab?s own market.BackgroundThe development of the construction industry develops new materials and methods to the market which has been forced by shorter construction times and the environment aspect. To pursue the development, further knowledge exchange should exist between the countries.

The organized and controlled form of collecting consumption taxes and toll from the import and Export trade goes back to the 17th century in Sweden. The customs administration and procedure were regulated by royal announcements, and the majority of the documents found in the customs archives represent thus records stipulated by such notifications. The customs archives can be used for research on several levels; the announcements reflect currents within both the domestic and foreign politics, while the account lists for financial statistics portray the extent of the trade. The various lists of compilation can be further used to follow for instance the development of different units of measurement, the expansion of tax rates, the value of trade goods or the changes in monetary units or systems. The diaries, architectural plans of the customs offices and maps of the toll areas place the customs officials and their work within the local scenery.The thesis focuses on archives deriving from customs located at harbors and on the Swedish-Norwegian border in the county of Dalarna.
