AbstractAn approaching overproduction of cereals and a future uncertain supply of non genetic modified vegetable protein feedstuffs have increased the interest in an expansion of the domestic production of protein feedstuffs in Norway. Besides rapeseed (Brassica campestris), peas (Pisum sativum) may be the most suitable crop for this purpose. Peas are characterized by having a relatively high content of crude protein, ranging between 20-26%, a high content of starch, 42-51%, and a low content of fat. In general, the energy value for peas is higher than for barley but lower than for rapeseed and soybean meal.Pea protein consists of albumins and globulins to 85-100%, which leads to the fact that a large part of the pea protein is soluble and degradable in the rumen. Starch in peas is on the other hand to a large extent resistant to rumen degradation compared to starch from other starch rich feedstuffs.

Inledningen beskriver bakgrunden till de val kring gästhamnsverksamheten på Marstrand som Kungälvs kommun idag står inför. Problemet delas därefter upp i sina separata beståndsdelar och en överblick över Marstrand, privat respektive kommunal drift samt båtturismen och dess utveckling ges läsare. I Metodavsnittet behandlas den kvalitativa fallstudieformen som valts för att undersöka Kungälvs kommuns möjligheter att utveckla Marstrands gästhamn genom att öka kunskapen kring driftsformer av gästhamnar i Skandinavien. Urvalet av gästhamnar preciseras och motiveras samt hur uppsatsförfattarna sökt uppnå god validitet och reliabilitet på uppsatsen. Den Teoretiska referensramen redogör för huvuddragen i Aktieägarperspektivet, Intressent?perspektivet samt Agent?Principalteorin som tillsammans ligger till grund för uppsatsens analys och slutsats. Empirin presenterar resultatet från den kartläggning som gjorts av urvalets respektive hamnar. En inblick i bland annat drifts? och ägarförhållanden, syftet med gästhamnsverksamheten, differentiering samt olika särdrag ges. I Analys och Slutsatskapitlen görs inledande en driftsövergripande analys som lyfter fram likheter och olikheter hamnarna.

The well-being of employees has become a key concept in the rhetoric of the company boards and business literature of today. There is however not much statistic evidence of a connection between economic results and the perceived working climate. This thesis sets out to investigate whether there is a positive correlation between economic results and working climate on a work group level. It also aims to study which specific working climate factors influence the results. In order to meet its purpose this thesis analyzes employee satisfaction questionnaire data and economic results from more than 300 work groups.

I GFAP gavs OSSE, som är den största regionala säkerhetsorganisationen i världen med 55 medlemsstater från Europa, Centralasien och Nordamerika, uppdraget att säkra freden och demokratisera landet. Detta innebar en demokratisering uppifrån med en begränsad möjlighet till inflytande vad det gäller den bosniska befolkningen. Detta reser frågan om denna sortens demokratiexports möjlighet till framgång? Den internationella interventionen och fredsavtalet som följde syftade inte bara till att få slut på kriget i regionen utan också till att skapa helt nya institutioner för interagerande i alla delar av statsapparaten och det civila samhället.

This thesis is made by Carl Persson and Alejandro Saavedra for Gryaab. Gryaab is Gothenburg?s water processing plant and produces about 60 GWh biogas annually with a flow around 1150 Nm3/h. Gryaab wants to research their possibilities to become independent with electrical energy and the possibilities to enrich, upgrade biogas. The use of methane rich gases like biogas and natural gas is today low in Sweden compared to major parts of the world.

Vårt syfte med den här studien har varit att undersöka och analysera vad biståndsbedömare inom äldreomsorgen anser när det gäller tvångsvårdslagstiftning för äldre människor med demens. Vår huvudfrågeställning är därför: Möter biståndsbedömare, i sin yrkesutövning, problem med att det inte finns någon tvångsvårdslag för äldre människor med demens? För att kunna få en bild av vad biståndsbedömare anser om tvångsvård för dementa människor, och vad detta skulle kunna tänkas innebära i praktiken, har vi formulerat vidare frågeställningar som i sin tur varit knutna till tre olika begrepp; roller, etik och makt. Vår huvudfrågeställning som knyter an till begreppet roll var: Hur upplever man som biståndsbedömare sin yrkesroll i förhållande till klienterna? När det gäller begreppet etik har frågeställningen varit: Vilka etiska överväganden kan det tänkas att man ställs inför som biståndsbedömare, och vilket etiskt ansvar anser man själv att man har? Huvudfrågeställningen som kopplades till begreppet makt var: Hur hanteras klientens rätt till självbestämmande i förhållande till ens yrkesmässiga ansvar att agera? De teoretiska utgångspunkterna för studien har även de knutit an till dessa begrepp.

In theory, the management control of maintenance functions is described as problematic due to the nature of the work performed in the unit. The purpose of this thesis is to examine these predicted problems in practice. Further,the thesis aims at identifying how these control problems may affect the relationships between the maintenance department and its internal customers. A case study has been conducted in one of Sweden?s largest industrial companies to investigate the said control problems in practice.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to illustrate and problemize the consequences of the traditional male domination in film creation for a female director by critically examining the construction of the film director. Methodology: The study is based on a qualitative case study which was conducted as a participant observation.

The study was performed for the Swedish Regional Forestry Board in Södra Götaland. The study examines broadleaf plantations on former farmland that were planted between 1991 and 1996 with subsidy payments for conversion of farmland into forest. In particular, the study reviews forests planted in 1991-92 and 1994-96. In the early 1990s, Swedish agriculture was deregulated and direct subsides to farmers ended. The Swedish state instead granted farmers financial support and offered incentives for conversion of farmland and investments in order to make their unproductive land productive. The state supported conversion of farmland to broadleaf forest, forest for energy biomass production, or establishment of wetlands on former farmland. The County Administrative Boards and Regional Forestry Boards together monitored the planting of broadleaf forests.

Of all observable societal trends, the proliferation of standardizing processes is striking. Auditing standards are an illustrative example of this. Not only privately owned companies must today make available numbers and key figures to satisfy needs of information and knowledge. Government agencies are increasingly conforming to this trend, adopting standards for quality assurance and monitoring, producing numbers and annual reports ? despite their somewhat ambiguous task and role.

Purpose This thesis tries to create an understanding of how male homosexual entrepreneurs, both as persons and as a concept, relates to the fact that entrepreneurship, as well as the society as a whole, is heteronormative. Moreover, it examines by what methods the male homosexual entrepreneurs cope with the seemingly paradox of a homosexual man who also is an entrepreneur. Method The method has been qualitative from a social construction-point of view. We have made semi-structured interviews with nine male homosexual entrepreneurs and structured the findings from the interviews with a computer programme and mind mapping techniques. We have compared the structured findings with theories, in an abducting manner, to find out an answer to the purpose of this thesis.
