The changed role of IT continuously influences organisational development, the individual and his role in the organization, different kinds of structures, management processes and strategies. One of the big concerns for IT firms is the need for IT consultants with enough experience to effectively and rapidly understand the business procedures of the firm in or-der to become a resource. In the classic IT-consultant role in the early days of IT, quite dif-ferent features were expected from them in their work procedures. The structure of how and which tasks they were expected to handle has undergone an indisputable transforma-tion. Today?s IT consultants are expected to know how to think in business strategic man-ners as well as the IT strategic manners.

Barns och ungdomars psykiska ohälsa är ett ofullständigt utforskat område i Sverige. Mycket tyder dock på att den psykiska ohälsan ökar bland unga vuxna, vilket gör att det finns all anledning att undersöka hur just denna grupp bäst kan bli hjälpt. Syftet med denna studie har varit att få en större förståelse för hur återhämtningsprocessen från psykisk ohälsa kan se ut för denna grupp: vad som är verksamt i processen och vilka faktorer de upplever som viktiga, pådrivande och hjälpande. Detta har undersökts i fem kvalitativa intervjuer med unga vuxna mellan 23 och 27 år som lidit av psykisk ohälsa men som idag mår bra igen. Ingen av dem har vårdats på institution för den psykiska ohälsan, men alla har fått professionell hjälp.

The purpose of this study is to hightlight experiences of living in a relationship where BDSM is being exercised. The acronym is an umbrella term for bondage/discipline, dominance/submission and sadomasochism. The study is based on qualitative interviews with five persons who define themselves as BDSM practitioners. The overall questions of this study are: How does the BDSM practice appear in everyday life? How did the practice start and how has it developed over time? What's included in the sexual BDSM practice? The empirical material has been analyzed with interactionism as the theoritical framework. The picture that emerges is complex.

This graduate thesis deals with the challenges facing us as we gradually make our urban environments withtheir many public buildings, such as shops, cafés and cinemas, more accessible for disabled people. Theperspective taken is that of the conservationist, who in her or his profession looks to the cultural andhistorical characteristics in buildings and building environments. In order to gain better accessibility, changesin the physical fabric need to be made, with consideration for the cultural and historical characteristics.The introduction presents the subject of considarate accessibility. The second chapter deals with the legalaspects concerning the protection of buildings as well as the accessibility for disabled people. Severalinterviews with different participants are presented here, aiming to tie the legislation to the reality of theconservationist, the disabled, the civil servant working with accessibility issues and the property owner,whose responsibility it is to make the adjustments necessary to improve accessibility.

Då livslängden i samhället ökar och alltfler lever länge med många diagnoser har vi ett växande behov av en välfungerande äldreomsorg. Efter ädelreformen dör alltfler äldre personer på särskilt boende, vilket föranleder ett intresse av att studera den omvårdnad som ges där. Syftet med föreliggande studie var därför att beskriva undersköterskors erfarenheter av att ge omvårdnad till äldre personer under livets sista tid på särskilt boende. Studien baseras på intervjuer med sju undersköterskor som har minst tre års erfarenhet av att arbeta på särskilt boende. Analysen av intervjumaterialet gjordes med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. I resultatet framkom tre teman; en naturlig väg mot döden, den äldre personen som utgångspunkt i omvårdnaden samt ömsesidighet och samarbete med begränsande förutsättningar.  Undersköterskorna ser döende vid hög ålder som en naturlig process de inte vill försöka motverka och inte heller talar med varandra om.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate to what a few preschool teachers and mother-tongue teachers consider the influence mother-tongue training has on children. The thesis also looks into how these teachers cooperate and view about the mother-tongue training organization structure and what support mother-tongue teachers get in the concerned preschools. More specifically:What influences do three preschool teachers and three mother-tongue teachers consider that mother-tongue training has on the development of the children?Which support do the three mother-tongue teachers receive from the preschool principals and other preschool pedagogues in their work? - Is there any cooperation between them?In what way do the three preschool teachers and the three mother-tongue teachers think that the mother-tongue training organization structure affect the children?s status in the group?Method: In order to achieve a deeper understanding of the context, a qualitative method based on interviews and observations was employed and relied upon. Three preschool teachers and three mother-tongue teachers from two different preschools in the same municipality were interviewed to acquire answers to the questions concerned.Result: The result of this enquiry shows a direct and Explicit comprehension that mother-tongue is immensely important for children?s development.

Denna studie syftar till att undersöka om det förekommer någon diskursiv diskriminering gentemot hbtq-personer. Detta undersöks genom att analysera hur skillnad mellan hbtq-personer och svenska, heterosexuella majoriteten konstrueras i en hatbrottskontext i tidningarna Dagens Nyheter, Västerbottens-Kuriren samt Helsingborgs Dagblad under perioden 1 januari 2003 fram till 1 januari 2012.Studien vilar på en teoretisk utgångspunkt om att identitet är socialt konstruerat samt att medierna utgör en viktig arena för dessa konstruktioner. I studien har en kvantitativ innehållsanalys kombinerats med en diskursanalys som tar avstamp i Ernesto Laclaus och Chantal Mouffes diskursteori. Diskursanalysen bygger på två delar, i ett första steg fokuserar den på problemformulering där problem, orsak och lösning kartläggs för att sedan i ett andra steg kartlägga texternas analogikedjor kring hur identiteterna offer och gärningspersoner skapas i diskursen. I den kvantitativa delen ingår 246 nyhetstexter som handlar Explicit om hatbrott.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect the Nazi threat had on the swedish labour movement between 1932 and 1939 and to enrich what kind of pre-understanding they had about the fall of the Weimar Republic and the upcoming and effects of the Third Reich.Brought by the development in Germany, a debate and struggle took place in the Social Democratic journal Tiden over the meaning of concepts and there ability, in the hands of demagogs, to overthrow democratic structures. The concept of socialism and its concepts attribute play a major part in this investigation. By establishing fields of tension such as - nation vs internationalism, socialism in theory and in practice, political democracy vs evolved democracy and the diverse principles of neutrality, the first principle meaning the defending of national boarders, the other meaning not only defending your own country but taking an active part in defending democracy in the world - I was able to observe the movement and change of concepts within this fields. The result showing that the concept of socialism and near related attributes, in the hands of national socialists had undertaken a wast change of meaning, which applied in the Swedish debate threatened to undermine the power and force of the Social Democrats applied in the political discourse in Sweden. To defend itself and strengthening the Social Democratic hegemony as well as maintaining the goal of evolved democratic expansion, they were forced to win the confidence and votes of the middle class.

The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has lately gained popularity throughout the globalized world. Swedish retail industry is no exception. Though increased levels of Explicitly claimed responsibilities of companies, a number of other facts points out a development that contradicts this trend. Labour conditions and forms of employment is substantially retrograding, with an increased level of insecurity characterizing the Swedish retail labour market. At the same time, almost all Swedish retail companies Explicitly state claims on social responsibility.

I denna uppsats har syftet varit att undersöka hur sex lärare uppfattar sin lärarroll och hur de påverkas av olika faktorer i omvärlden. För att undersöka detta har vi ställt följande frågor; Hur uppfattar lärarna sin egen roll? Vad tror lärarna påverkar deras roll? Hur förhåller sig lärarna till omvärldsfaktorer som kan tänkas påverka lärarrollen? Hur förändras lärarrollen om den påverkas av omvärldsfaktorer? Vi analyserar detta mot bakgrund av den symboliska interaktionismens grundprinciper såsom de formulerades av Herbert Blumer, samt Erving Goffmans dramaturgiska perspektiv. Vi presenterar även tidigare svensk forskning kring lärarrollen och relaterar våra resultat till den.Det mest väsentliga i uppsatsen är de intervjuade lärarnas egen uppfattning och upplevelse av lärarrollen. För att undersöka lärarnas egen uppfattning har vi genomfört kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer.

AbstractThe main purpose of this study is to examine which essential traits floorball coaches for men?s and women?s team require. One issue was to see if there was any distinction between which leader traits and behaviors the players and the coaches regarded as essential. Another issue was to see if the coaches? behaviors differed whether he was coaching men or women.

Examensarbetet tar utgångspunkt i färska rapporter från skolverket vilka bland annat riktar kritik mot läroplanerna från 1994 som gjort att den svenska skolan gått mot att bli alltmer individualiserad. Som en följd av den ökade individualiseringen har segregeringen mellan elever ökat och social bakgrund har fått allt större betydelse för hur väl eleverna klarar av skolan. Syftet med examensarbetet har dels varit att förklara hur en förändrad syn på bedömning som tar utgångspunkt i en förändrad kunskapssyn, ger eleverna rätt till inflytande över bedömningsprocess. I examensarbetet lyfts den forskning fram som lett fram till en förändrad kunskapssyn och som givit ett förändrat sätt att se på bedömning där vikten av att eleverna görs delaktiga kommer i fokus. Ett annat syfte med examensarbetet var att förklara vad en tydligare bedömningsprocess innebär.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the employees´ duty of loyalty to their employer when making statements on social media networks and if this opposes the employees´ right to freedom of speech. Another purpose of this thesis is to investigate freedom of speech from an EU juridical point of view. Also a discussion concerning gender issues on this subject takes place is presented in the thesis. The questions to answer the purpose of this thesis are the following: Where is the line drawn for what an employee can publish on a social media network without breaching their duty of loyalty towards their employer?, and How does an employee´s freedom of speech relate to these types of statements on a social media network? The method used for this thesis is the classical legal method.The legal inquiry shows that duty of loyalty is a hidden clause in all employment contracts, and it must be respected by the employee.
