The majority of the data comes from qualitativ interviews with persons in the industry.Conclusion: The music festivals in Sweden are acting under a constant economic pressure which leads to an experienced need for a larger workforce - mosty non-profit. The result of this study shows that the larger workforces are both unmotivated and decreases the effeciency of the work. The study aims to highlight the diffrenses between non-profit and commersial festivals and the way they work with human resource management and personal in different levels of the organization..

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to examine how students who also serve as writers of bachelor theses mainly utilizing the discourse analysis methodology comprehend the method of discourse analysis, and in what way the students bestow it in their research.Methodology and Material: This is a case study of the theses, which are also the text material, as it can be used examining numerous cases. Another beneficial factor is the relationship to the theoretical framework. One does not need to divorce the two institutions; instead they cooperate with each other.Results: A thoroughgoing apprehension of the Discourse Analysis is it being strongly attached to semiotics and how texts can be analyzed by the method in question to reveal institutions in our society alongside with mapping out the agency of words. Syftet med vår studie är att studera förhållandet mellan analytikernas prognosvarians och variansen i aktieavkastning i nära anslutning till rapportsdagen. Vi ämnar också studera effekten av analytikernas uttalanden på företagens aktiekurser. Därmed undersöker vi indirekt hur marknaden som helhet utvecklas med koppling till analytikernas vinstprognoser. Vi använder en kvantitativ studie, där vi genom regressionsanalys undersöker sambandet mellan analytikernas prognosvarians och variansen i aktieavkastning i nära anslutning till rapportsdagen. Vidare användes ?Event study? metoden och finansiell marknadsdata för att möjliggöra undersökningen.

In today's society we are used to regularly visit the sport arena to cheer for our favorite team, we go to the cinema to enjoy a good movie or maybe to the theatre to experience a grand performance. It has become far more common in the last years to buy tickets to these kinds of events online. To make sure that the customer will keep on buying their tickets from the online booking companies the booking experience itself has to be hassle-free and easy to understand. The customer will most likely, if possible, avoid the website if the booking itself is experienced as having problems and insecurities.  The purpose of this study is to determine some of the most fundamental designs and functions of online booking websites today as perceived by the general public.

In this essay a pilot study on the memory of Swedish Public Service radio news is presented. 30 subjects participated in the study, which was performed during three days, 18 to 20 of November 2013. The material which formed the basis for the study consisted three newscasts of Sweden's most popular radio newscast ?Dagens eko?, which is broadcasted live at 16.45 every day in the Public Service channels SR P1 and SR P4. The subjects listened to the broadcasts each day, and their memory of them was tested the day after each broadcast.The aim of the thesis is to find out which properties of the audience that affect how much ? and what parts ? of a newscast that the audience remember.

Due to lack of time, they chose to assign thetask to students, which resulted in this thesis.The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodology in mechanical design, wherethe designer uses the FE analysis early in the design process to develop thestructures' mechanical properties.

This paper examines if trading suspensions on Nasdaq OMX Nordic - Stockholm work as a contributing factor in creating a secure trading. This has been made through an event study and examination of abnormal returns. Our results for plus tick suspensions indicate that suspensions fulfill their purpose in creating a more secure trading since the trend of abnormal return we observe prior to a suspension is disrupted. Thus, the suspension is warranted. The conclusion is that the market cannot be completely safe; as the law and practice is structured today an abnormal return is inevitable.

Detta ställer höga krav på kreditvärderingsföretagens förmåga att leverera korrekta analyser. Såväl långivare som investerare reagerar på ett ändrat kreditbetyg, vilket ger direkta effekter på det företag som betygssätts. Kreditvärderingsföretagen har kritiserats bland annat för att inte svara tillräckligt snabbt på ny information.

Syfte: I dagens samhälle överöses människan av budskap av diverse företag vilket har lett till att konsumenterna inte längre reagerar på budskapet lika effektivt som förr. Event marknadsföring är en marknadsföringskanal där företaget kan möta kunden på ett mer rättvist sätt samtidigt som differensen urskiljer sig från andra företag. Men syftet studien innehar är att se efter hur företag som arrangerar går till väga d.v.s. processen, samt att undersöka hur företag utnyttjar eventen. De frågor uppsatsen har behandlat är: Hur går processen i Eventmarknadsföring till för eventbyråer?Hur arbetar eventanvändande företag via event för att knyta till sig kunder och förstärka relationen med befintliga kunder?Hur går de eventanvändande företagen på event tillväga för att få ut så mycket som möjligt av eventet och vad är eventmarknadsföring för dem? Metod: Arbetssättet har varit att lokalisera användbar teori samt att närvara vi event för att observera samt att intervjua eventanvändande företag.

The water tower in Uppsala city forest was built in the late 1950's in what is now a nature reserve. The unique place was supposed to be visited by people, which is currently not the situation. This bachelor thesis aimed to perform an analysis and make a design proposal for the environment surrounding the water tower. The analysis was performed using the methodology previously described by architect Arne Branzell. The methodology focuses on how a space is perceived by a person moving through it.
