50 procent av alla polisanmälda våldsbrott alkoholpåverkan. Orsaker till detta samband kan vara att när ungdomar är påverkade av alkohol förändras deras förstående och missförstånd uppkommer ofta. Detta kan leda till våldsituationer. Forskning visar på att ungefär hälften av alla våldsbrott sker av ungdomar mellan 15 och 20 år och att flertalet av brotten är under alkoholpåverkan. I vår studie undersöks samband mellan alkoholpåverkan och våld eller våldsbrott hos ungdomar mellan 15 och 20 år.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how municipal archivists/records managers seek and use information in their daily worklife. Two mayor questions were addressed:1. What information resources and information channels do the respondents use in their daily worklife and which functions do these fulfil?2. How do the respondents experience their information seeking in relation to the work role and the tasks in the municipal organisation?A qualitative method with interviews was used.

Democracy has been a part of the Swedish society for a long period of time and it is also a part of the Swedish elementary school curriculum, in which you can find a number of statements that expresses that the Swedish elementary school should socialize the children into becoming role model citizens. This also conjures with the available research that describes schools in general as socializing. This led me to a question that hasn?t been answered: How much of the curriculums reasons for socialization the pupils are based on democratic values and how much of it can be dated back to events prior to the curriculum?The methodological approach is an analysis of ideologies as described by Sven-Eric Liedman and Ingemar Nilsson in Ideologi och ideologianalys. The text is focusing on the fact that a text has two layers; one is the manifest which is roughly the same as explicit or present in the text.

Studien undersökte faktorer som kan förklara bristen på kvinnliga chefer och frågeställningarna berörde vilka egenskaper kvinnor och män tillskrev sig, om en önskvärd chef tillskrevs feminina eller maskulina egenskaper samt även könsskillnader angående balansen mellan familjeliv/arbetsliv. Ett bekvämlighetsurval gjordes på ett privat företag (n=82) och instrument som användes i undersökningen var BSRI-SE (Bem, 1974; Persson, 1999) (?=0.85) samt en omarbetad version av Work/family pressure scale (Marongiu & Ekehammar, 1999) (?=0.71). Resultatet av en One-Way ANOVA analys visade signifikanta skillnader mellan respondenterna angående femininitet (p=0,001) men inte gällande maskulinitet (p=0,103). Maskulina och feminina egenskaper var önskvärda hos en chef dock skattades maskulina egenskaper något högre än feminina egenskaper.

Introduktion: Att handleda studenter ingår i sjuksköterskans yrkesroll. Handledning utförs med en handledningsmodell som grund där samarbetet mellan lärosätet och den kliniska verksamheten tydliggörs. Olika pedagogiska modeller finns utarbetade med syfte att stödja studenten i lärandet. Kärnan i handledning är reflektion som möjliggör sammankoppling mellan teori och praktik. Att tydliggöra vilken betydelse reflektion har för studentens lärande är väsentligt.  Syfte: Syftet med studien var att tydliggöra reflektionens betydelse för studentens lärande i klinisk praktik samt att beskriva faktorer som främjar respektive hindrar reflektion.  Metod: Systematisk litteraturstudie valdes enligt Polit & Beck.

The purpose of this Master thesis is to examine and describe dog breeders? information activities. Questions posed in this study are:? What are the information needs of dog breeders?? How does the dog breeder seek and use information?? How can the relationship between serious leisure and information activities be described?The theoretical framework consists of the sociologist Robert A Stebbins? theory about serious leisure. The study is based on a qualitative methodology.

Elever arbetar ofta med textuppgifter när de arbetar med matematisk problemlösning och förståelsen av textuppgifter kan vara problematisk för många elever. Som lärare är det viktigt att veta vad som är svårt och vad som kan underlätta förståelsen för elever. I denna litteraturstudie undersöks vilka språkliga aspekter som kan försvåra för elever i årskurs 1-3 när de läser matematiska textuppgifter samt vilka undervisningsstrategier som kan underlätta förståelsen. Studier på svenska och engelska från år 2000-2014 togs fram genom en systematisk sökning i databaserna LIBRIS och ERIC. Resultatet visar att begrepp, symboler och siffersymboler kan försvåra förståelsen.

Uppsatsens syfte har varit att undersöka om det i ett urval av storsäljande självhjälpslitteratur med fokus på självutveckling förmedlas narcissistiska budskap. Studien grundar sig i tidigare forskning som behandlat narcissism utifrån både ett psykologiskt-, och ett samhällsperspektiv. Därutöver har forskning om självhjälpslitteratur utgjort en del av referensramen för studien. Kvalitativ innehållsanalys har applicerats på materialet. Det empiriska urvalet har bestått av tre svenska självhjälpsböcker som figurerat på topplistor för större återförsäljare av litteratur på internet.

The concept of function represents a major part of mathematics and becomes more significant in school during high school. Throughout history, it has been a difficult concept to define and may create challenges for contemporary students. This literature study aims to identify students' difficulties with the concept of function, as well as to account for how the definition of a function has evolved historically. The literature study has been conducted through database searches in ERIC, Education Research Complete and MathSciNet via EBSCOhost, as well as through chain searching. The study results in identifying that students' difficulties with the concept of function primarily include the graphical and algebraic forms of representation.

This thesis deals with past and present political attitudes towards the Öresund bridge. It describes the decision making process which preceded the construction of the bridge, and has a short historical introduction to it. It then presents the attitudes towards the bridge of five different political parties, all represented by regional politicians. This empirical information was obtained through interviews with politicians and literature studies. The author then analyzes the empirical information with the help of the human ecological triangle developed by Steiner, and the center-periphery theories of Wallerstein and Persson.To conclude, the author describes what the central problem is in the case of the Öresund bridge from a human ecological perspective and analyzes the empirical data collected..

Background: Traditional oral health education is seldom enough in order for dental care personnel to motivate their patients to good, long-lasting oral health care habits and there is a need for evaluation of other more efficient methods. One of these methods is motivational interviewing. An overview of its origin, definition, theoretical background and practical methods is given by way of introduction. Aim: The aim of the investigation was to review studies that had used motivational interviewing in order to obtain oral health, focusing on prevention and treatment of gingivitis, periodontitis and dental caries. Method: Systematic review. A search question was run through the databases ASSIA, ERIC, PsycINFO, Social Services Abstracts, Sociological Abstracts and PubMed. The articles were reviewed based on defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Five publications (based on three studies) met the inclusion criteria.

Till detta anväds temperaturdata frå bojarsom den amerikanska väertjästen National Oceanic and AtmosphericAdministration placerat ut i Stilla havet och insamlad information kring detropiska cyklonerna. Studien baseras pådata frå en 15ås period under åen1995 till 2009.Studien visar bland annat att antalet tropiska cykloner påerkas relativt mycketav de olika faserna i El niñ? Southern oscillation.

Denna studie behandlar arbetet av laborativ matematik för grundskolans senare år. Enligt läroplanen och kursplanen är undervisningens syfte att utveckla elevers kunskaper om matematikens användning både i vardagliga situationer och inom andra ämnesområden. Undervisningen ska även bidra till att elever kan reflektera över matematikens användning i vardagslivet. Många elever är idag omotiverade, uttråkade och har tappat lusten för att lära, vilket kan bero på att lärobokstyrd undervisning domineras i grundskolans senare år. Studien är ett konsumtionsinriktat arbete med litteraturstudie som metod.

Resultatet visar att de flesta barn har en positiv inställning till massage.
