Det övergripande målet med den här uppsatsen har varit att skapa en framtidsprognos rörandeämnet organisationsteori. Jag har använt den hypotetisk-deduktiva metoden för att kunnaskapa trovärdiga prognoser. Den teori jag väljer att använda som utgångspunkt är enorganisationsstruktur skapad av Henry Mintzberg, som jag sedan kopplar samman medföljande fyra olika organisationsteorier: Human Resource Management, StrategisktManagement, Produktionsmanagement och Knowledge Management.Själva strukturen är uppbyggd så att jag i den teoretiska referensramen beskriver dåtidensteorier (Den byråkratiska skolan, Scientific management, Den administrativa skolan ochHuman relations management) med fokus på de klassiska organisationsteorierna. Sedan är detmin uppfattning om hur organisationsteorier utnyttjas i nutiden som finns i kapitlet ommoderna organisationsteorier. In this study, the aim is to show how the social services fails to implement a specific rights law (LSS) wich is supposed to have the function of protecting the wellfare and provide specific rights to people with severe mental disabilities. By applying chritical theory on this case the aim is to provide an alternative answer on why it is possible for the social services to ignore these peoples rights.By revealing the power structures in the encounter between the system and a person with mental dissablilities, I conclude that people with mental disabilities does not fit in when it comes the social sevices way of implementing the law and further more that a private person is extreamly exposed to the systems arbitrariness..

In 2007 a project began in the Uppsala region, which aimed to help municipalities implement BBIC (Barns behov i centrum). BBIC is a system that helps social workers increase children?s participation in investigations relating to social work. This study follows up on BBIC?s implementation process in Enköping, a municipality in the Uppsala region.

Over the last decades, language in the public sector has changed due to influence from New public management. In this thesis, I seek to investigate librarians? attitudes towards a more businesslike way of speaking about libraries, referred to here as management-speak. For this purpose, I?ve used a modified version of the matched guise technique.

Today there are many system development projects that break both budget and time plan. Often this depends on defects in the information systems that could have been prevented. The cost of test can in some cases be as high as 50 % of the projects total cost and it's at the same time an important part of development. Test as such has moved its focus from the software it self and its faults to a wider perspective on whole infrastructures of information systems where assure a good quality is important. Sogeti in the Netherlands have developed a test method called TMap (Test Management approach) that can be used for structured testing of information systems.

Sustainability questions that concern the subjects of environmental and social aspects are increasing in today?s society, and therefore the sustainability report is a way for companies to show their work with sustainability development by working with a clear report and follow up. As the first country in the world, Sweden has decided, as from the financial year of 2008, that all governmental owned companies should present a sustainability report according to the guidelines of GRI. The aim of this essay was to identify and analyze actual events from a sustainability aspect for Vattenfall, from a medial perspective during the time period 2005-2009. We made a content analysis of one company?s sustainability reports during a time period of five years and we connected this to the medias reports of the company from the same period, to see if there were any connections between the subjects that media had elucidated.

It´s important when you are about to build a new stable or just increasing your production that you choose the right housing system and that it fits your own farm. In this study I have put together facts about different housing system for fattening bulls in order to get a clearer picture of witch system is the most suitable for my own farm depending on the conditions I have. The background of this work is my own interest for breeding bulls and I will hopefully increase my own production. Due to this I wanted to learn more and increase my knowledge about different housing systems. Through a literature study I have found out the facts about the housing systems I find suitable for housing bulls.

The aim with this thesis is to investigate the risk management at the department Road construction, The National Road Administration Region Mälardalen. The aim is also to study how the risk management could be improved to better support the project leaders. Included in theses aims is to examine potential problems with the current risk management and to suggest changes. It is of utter importance to define the concept of risk, to study how risk can be measured and in which ways risk can be analyzed. In doing so, a literary study has be done and fourteen respondents has been interviewed.Risk is to be seen more as a concept than a quantity.

This degree project is based on my personal relation and engagement to the small-scaled cultural landscape. My viewpoint is the village Torpa in Östergötland. My observations of the changes and development together with the stories of the village people has lead me to the questioning about the future prospects of the small-scaled cultural landscape. The rationalization of the society and our urban culture has lead to big changes in the cultural landscape and the people have reduced to a small crowd. Fewer and fewer hands are managing the small-scaled cultural landscape and fewer and fewer young people have connection to this kind of landscape and its management.

 This paper covers how a company must act to become ?greener? and yet still increase profitability with the main emphasis on the inner structure of the company. The research is focused on the Swedish security systems company Niscayah AB, part of the multinational corporation Niscayah Group with approximately 6000 employees. A company can be assumed to consist of seven parts (strategy, systems, structure, super-ordinate goals, staff, skills and style) that have to cooperate for the firm to be able to become more environmentally friendly. Also, the economic performance is of importance and therefore that too is examined.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att, utifrån en analys om läkarprofessionens eventuellt förändrade syn på patientbemötandet - gällande både sin egen och patientens roll - kritisera och kontrastera New Public Management och Service Management angående marknadsanpassning av läkar- och patientrollen. Vi utgår från ett tolkande paradigm och använder oss av en kvalitativ metod. Vi kritiserar New Public Management och Service Management inom svensk sjukvård huvudsakligen utifrån Etienne Wengers teori om sociala grupper i samhället, men även utifrån Michel Foucaults och Jean Baudrillards teorier. Empirisk data presenteras tillsammans med teorin och tolkas utifrån teorin. Empirin härstammar från åtta intervjuer och en observation, men består även av sekundärdata i form av artiklar från läkarfackpress.

There are several man-made environmental problems in today?s society. Tourism gives a lot of people serenity, creates jobs and better social circumstances but also has a dark side, a dark side that is harming our environment. Mass tourism creates large amounts of harmful gasses through transportation of tourists, littering ends up in pollution and acidification and the list goes on. Ecotourism has during the latter part of the last decade been marketed as a counter pool to the harmful kind of tourism and offers connectedness to nature.
