The purpose with this essay is to study the public support givers view of the concept innovation and to study how the public support givers discuss and act around the division of public support to Entrepreneurs innovations. The purpose is further to describe if the division of public support favour or not favour environmental innovations and to examine if the public support givers consider the industry for environmental innovations is profitable for the society?s economy.We have done several case studies where we have interviewed eight public support. Support givers in this essay are defined as public authorities and other organisations on local, national and/or international level that gives public support to innovations. The public support givers that take part of the essay is VINNOVA, ALMI Stockholm, Innovationsbron, Energimyndigheten, SU Holding AB, KTH Holding, Västra Götalandsregionen and MISTRA.Our theoretical starting point is Silverman and Baums theory ?Picking Winners or Building Them?.

Purpose This thesis tries to create an understanding of how male homosexual Entrepreneurs, both as persons and as a concept, relates to the fact that Entrepreneurship, as well as the society as a whole, is heteronormative. Moreover, it examines by what methods the male homosexual Entrepreneurs cope with the seemingly paradox of a homosexual man who also is an entrepreneur. Method The method has been qualitative from a social construction-point of view. We have made semi-structured interviews with nine male homosexual Entrepreneurs and structured the findings from the interviews with a computer programme and mind mapping techniques. We have compared the structured findings with theories, in an abducting manner, to find out an answer to the purpose of this thesis.

Vi har med hjälp avden kritiska diskusanalysen analyserat tidningar om företagande för att se hur de, via sin egen positionering i företagsdiskursen, framställer idén om företagande för unga. Varför är samhället intresserat av att så många ska starta företag idag? Syftet med min studie var att beskriva vilka hinder invandrarföretagare möter i inom Linköpings kommun.För att få ett resultat har jag ställt 4 olika forskningsfrågor om byråkrati,skattebestämmelser, myndighetsspråk och vardagsspråk som  huvudsyfte.Mitt tillvägagångssätt har baserats på 7 intervjuer med personer som har olika bakgrund och jobbar inom skiftande organisationer och företag. Som aktörer har jag valt Skatteverket, Nulink och Nyföretagarcentrum i Linköping.De personer som jag har gjort intervju med heter Susanne Eriksson(företagare), Elin Walin (företagare), Ali Reza Ghodoosi(företagare) och Maryam Azmand (tidigare företagare).När jag har tittat på resultatet då ser jag ett tydligt och starkt mönster kring informanternas uppfattningar om mina indikatorer.Om man tittar på myndigheters svar då ser man en tendens kring uppfattning av byråkrati, skattebestämmelser samt myndighetsspråk. Jag ser nämligen också att det finns tydliga skillnader mellan företagare som är inrikes födda med företagare med utländsk bakgrund vad gäller förståelse kring mina frågeställningar.I mitt arbete slås jag av att en informant ser byråkrati som något negativt och personer med utländsk bakgrund har svårt att uppfatta myndighetsbyråkrati.Jag tycker också att det är intressant att de officiella personerna tycker att skattereglerna har blivit enklare medan invandrarföretagare tycker att det är svårt med skatteregler. När jag tittar på vardagsspråk som mitt huvudsyfte så tycker förstås jag att företagare med utländsk bakgrund bör se det svenska språket som nyckel till allting precis såsom språkläraren tycker. Slutligen ser jag ett klart och tydligt mönster mellan svenska företagare och invandrarföretagare vilket innebär att svenska företagare har lätt att anpassa sig efter gällande regler mot bakgrunden av att svenska är modersmål för dem medan invandrarföretagare har problem med anpassning till regler och lagar vilket beror på det svenska språket som ett hinder, enligt min tolkning..

This study is an analysis of a survey that harvester operators working for SCA Ångermanland Skogsförvaltning have been participating in. The purpose of this study is to try to show the harvester operators opinion about the forestry planning that SCA provides. Hopefully will this information lead to suggestion about what part of the forestry planning needs to be improved, if any is needed? Unfortunately only 30 / 60 questionnaire has been returned so no conclusion can be made, except about those who have answered the survey. The answers of the survey indicate a number of areas that needs to be improved. The marked routes needs to be more visible and the education about timber landings must be enhanced.

The aim of this report is to give the reader insight into the development of theweb-based accounting application SuperBooky. Accounting is a complex task thatmany beginner Entrepreneurs struggle with. The development of this application wastherefore focused on making accounting as convenient and as easy as possible. Theend product targets small enterprises and its functionality was designed with this inmind.To make sure that the application was designed in a user-friendly way, polls werecarried out among individuals with basic accounting knowledge. A dilemma often met by Entrepreneurs is whether or not to share information about their business ideas in order to increase the probability for success. The reason for sharing information is presumed to be an increased ability to develop the business idea, whereas the reason for maintaining secrecy would be to protect the idea from being stolen. Common as this dilemma is in practice, it is not very well covered in the entrepreneurial theories. The purpose of this thesis is to elaborate the theories in this subject by investigating an entrepreneurial case. The case shows that one possible solution to the dilemma is a situation-based information sharing.

Large volumes of excavated soil and rock are generated in building- and construction projects. These materials need to be transported longer and longer distances due to the densifications of cities. The transportation affects the environment in terms of noise and emissions, but also makes high demands on road infrastructure. To reduce the transport distances an increased responsibility for the excavated rock generated needs to be taken. Responsibility can be increased through an introduction of means of control.

The aim of this paper was to discover the functions and workings of personal networks and their advantages for self-employed sound designers and producers whose focus was upon the moving image (film, advertising, tv, etc). Investigations on how Entrepreneurs develop their networks were made, as well as inquiries on how these networks are used for generating work. Another important aspect perused was whether or not the networks are dependent on specific geographical locations in order to function. A case study and comparative analysis was undertaken, based upon three qualitative interviews with Entrepreneurs whose operations shared several similar characteristics. The results pointed out the importance of constantly making new contacts, and maintaining and managing current ones.

This survey was made to investigate the possibility of using an alternative method of fencing inSwedish forestry. The most common way of fencing in Sweden today is made by a two meter highmetal net that is attached to turned impregnated poles. The fencing methods that have beeninvestigated is a fencing system made completely out of wood so called ?German wood fence?.Browsing of game in forest regeneration areas is often a big problem and some kind of protection ofthe plants is often necessary. There is several ways of building fences and the most common way isto use metal nets and impregnated poles, this leads to a problem when the fence has profiled itspurpose.

This thesis analyzes the consequences of ?Lex Uggla? ? a law concerning the boundaries between firm and individual with respect to wealth taxation ? for small businesses, with more than 3 million SEK in over-liquidity. There are two main findings of this thesis. Firstly, the wealth taxation of non-operational assets seems to be an inefficient tax which costs the Swedish welfare system much more than it generates. Secondly, the change in actions among Entrepreneurs following the extensive news coverage following the tax authority?s charges against the company of the well-known artist, Magnus Uggla (hence ?Lex Uggla?) illustrates that neither changes of rules nor new applications of rules is necessarily sufficient for an agent to change course of action.
