Denna studie har syftat till att undersöka om och hur yngre elever i skolans undervisning kan utveckla en komplex förståelse för en fråga med relevans för hållbar utveckling, nämligen världens vattenförsörjning. Bakgrunden till denna studie är intentionen att perspektivet hållbar utveckling ska genomsyra all undervisning i skolan. Perspektivets komplexitet har visat sig innebära svårigheter för lärarnas utformning av undervisningen. Frågan som uppkommit är om det alls är möjligt för yngre elever att nå en komplex förståelse för denna problematik. För att undersöka detta har vi utgått från en variationsteoretisk forskningsmetod, en så kallad learning study.

This research is about the experience educationalists have of children encountering mathematics in a preschool. What is the impact of introducing mathematics in preschool? How do educationalists work with mathematics and how do they experience the children?s interest in mathematics?  The aim of this degree project is to examine how educationalists experience children´s interest in mathematics when they encounter mathematics at an early age. The degree project is limited to educationalists and children within a preschool located north of Stockholm.This research seeks answers to the following questions at issue. Does an early encounter with mathematics in preschool lead to increased interest in mathematics among children?  How can educationalists in preschool work in a appropriate way with mathematics to stimulate children to develop within mathematics and to increase their interest? How does educationalists in preschool experience children´s interest in mathematics?Theories by Piaget, Vygotskij and Dewey were used as well as former research in this subject.To answer the aim and the questions at issue in this research, three interviews was conducted with educationalists at the preschool and recorded with a Dictaphone.

AbstractSwedish tuition for immigrants (SFI) is a public adult education program in Sweden that was created in order to provide the immigrants with basic skills in Swedish. People with different backgrounds speaking different languages learn together how they should communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. For those who teach SFI it is important to know which factors have positive effects on the Swedish language acquisition. One of the questions to be asked is if the learning materials´ genre has any effect on the SFI students´ proficiency, in particular, oral proficiency. Scientists as von Franz, Vygotskiy and Bettelheim argued that fairy tales, as a genre consciously or subconsciously recognizable by all the people, present texts that are easy to acqiure.

Because of the currently large recruitment needs within the Swedish nuclear powerindustry, it is necessary to recruit trainers from other recruitment groups than that ofexperienced operators at nuclear power plants. The foundation for a trainingprogram regarding these recruitment groups, here called ?aspirants?, has in this thesisbeen prepared. It contains a suggestion for main topics in the program. It also includesdiscussion on the balance between forms of education and a concrete example ofhow a lesson could be performed.These suggestions has been developed through analysis of interviews and surveyresponses from student groups most suited for the propositioned trainee program,and individuals with service as a trainer or closely linked to training activities withinthe industry.The analysis suggests that the candidates gets, besides the opportunity to practice asoperating staff before the theoretical training begins, a training program, tightly boundto the power plant with multiple instances of practice and the chance of going intothe power plant and see how things that are being raised in theory, look in real life.The practice, in addition to helping to create an understanding of the plant, it will facilitate networking with the operations staff to build a relationship and trust.Candidates should have plenty of opportunity to educate and see both other aspirantsand experienced trainers train.

De krav som finns på systemet har, successivt under arbetets gång, tagits fram tillsammans med ägarna till Gefle Gourmetservice. Ungefär varannan vecka har en avstämning tillsammans med dessa ägare genomförts. På dessa avstämningar har funktionerna, allteftersom de har implementerats, demonstrerats. Bokningssystem har skapats med hjälp av Java Enterprise Edition, d.v.s.

Det finns i dagsläget mängder av formaliserade systemutvecklingsmetoder, men det finns även företag som väljer att arbeta mer fritt efter erfarenhet. Vi undersöker hur Know IT ECM i Malmö arbetar vid utveckling av system, för att sedan jämföra detta med hur deras image, identitet och strategi ser ut för att urskönja vad som är bra respektive dåligt. För att göra denna analys har CMM- och SAMM-ramverken använts som stöd. Datainsamlingen har mestadels bestått av intervjuer.

The aim of this study was to investigate a health intervention at a Swedish telecom company, with regards to behavioral, cognitive and somatic stress, experienced health, and absence due to illness. A further aim was to investigate the employees' perceptions regarding the health intervention. Questionnaires were collected from 139 employees at the customer service departments.Results indicated that the health activity bowling to some extent could predict lower behavioral stress. However, the most important predictors of stress and perceived health were lack of meaningfulness and quantitative demands. Lack of meaningfulness was also a predictor of absence due to illness.

Syftet med denna studie är att belysa mönster i barns utelek på två olika förskolor utifrån ett genusteoretiskt perspektiv. Ett ytterligare syfte är att försöka se om det framträder några skillnader i lekmönster mellan de två förskolorna utifrån det faktum att den ena förskolan sedan åtta år tillbaka bedriver ett aktivt genusarbete och den andra inte gör det. Tidigare forskning visar att pojkar och flickor använder förskolegården på lite olika sätt och att de leker delvis olika lekar. Data samlades in vid ett observationstillfälle på respektive förskola och grupperades under olika teman för analys. Det genusteoretiska perspektivet har gett verktyg för att analysera lekmönstren, vilka bland annat avspeglar samhällets genusordning.

Bakgrund: Bemanningsbranschen har vuxit väldigt mycket sedan 1990-talets början, då en avreglering av arbetsförmedlingsmonopolet skedde.Syfte: Att få en överblick över bemanningsbranschens utveckling samt att se vad den har för ställning idag på den informationella arbetsmarknaden.Utgångspunkter och upplägg: Uppsatsen börjar med en bakgrund och översikt över bemanningsbranschens utveckling sedan tidigt 1990-tal och framåt. Som teoretiska utgångs-punkter används begrepp som nätverkssamhälle, informationell arbetsmarknad, flexibilitet och individualisering. Huvudsaklig metod är fyra semistrukturella intervjuer som gjorts med fyra kvinnliga anställda på fyra olika bemanningsföretag. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna har sedan kopplats till empirin för analys.Slutsatser: Bemanningsbranschen är väl anpassad till den informationella arbetsmarknaden. Den har en stadig och stabil ställning, finns till för att den behövs och är här för att stanna..

The information technique is developing at a fast pace and almost all new technique is being welcomed with opened arms. The newest on the market is the tablet device, it´s a device used for surfing the web, sending email, watching movies and playing games. It is now also being used in some schools for educational purposes. My research goal has been to find out how the teachers feel about using the tablet device for educational purposes. I have conducted interviews to find the answers to my questions.

According to the curriculum for primary schools, pre-school and after-school Lgr11 says that students should experience different feelings and moods using different forms of expression including drama (Lgr11 2011:10). The purpose of this study was to examine how educational drama is used in three elementary schools and for what purpose in teaching. The aim was also to examine the four teachers' perceptions of what educational drama means to them.I have used a qualitative approach with interviews and contacted four teachers from three different schools to get different information for my study. Three of them were educated teachers and one of them was an actor. The information provided in the interviews was analyzed using educational drama theory and previous research. The interviews with the teachers and the actor showed the use of different methods of educational drama in education.

International research has shown that through the involvement of the school library and the school librarian in the daily school work with the pupils, the pupil´s learning can be increased and reading comprehensions significantly improved.One purpose of this master`s thesis is to study the school librarian as a brand, representing the school library as well as the school librarian and whether there is a correlation between different comprehensions of the professional role of the school librarian. This is done by examining whether there is a difference between a specific librarian´s own perception of their professional role, compared to the image of the school librarian among teachers and principals working in the same school district and by comparing the profile the school librarian expresses with the image that is conveyed through communications via webpage, written and oral information given on services and competences provided by the school librarian and work carried out by her.A difference of comprehension of the school librarian´s competence and work, could be part of an explanation as to why the correlation between the involvement of school librarians in the school work and the improved learning achievements of the pupils has not resulted in the expected measures, regardless of the investments in school librarians and school libraries. The school librarians´ school identity could be difficult to establish. Whether or not the profiles and images of the professional role are consistent with each other is a much more manageable purpose which could go a long way of explaining the circumstances of the school libraries.That is the reason why we have examined whether the comprehension the school librarians have of themselves corresponds with the idea/ conception/ image conveyed to their surroundings, and with the idea/conception/image encompassed by people in their immediate surroundings..

I believe that it is of great importance for the school to move with the developments of society in order to, to a greater extent, reach and motivate pupils.
