This master thesis is about one of the first female in the Swedish Parliament, Elisabeth Tamm (1880?1958), and her political articles in the magazine Tidevarvet. The aim of this study is to find similarities with Tamm?s political thoughts with the Ecofeministic theory. Due to women?s right to vote 1919 women citizenship was in a political debate.

Detta examensarbete har genomförts i samarbete med Värmex AB där vi har haft Anders Ericsson som handledare, och Peter Hansson (Sweco) som handledare från skolan, Kungliga tekniska högskolan i Haninge.Idag är energianvändningen i flerbostadshus en stor fråga att ta itu med, och för varje byggnadsprojekt skall en energideklaration som visar mängd köpt energi göras. Vi strävar idag efter att minska energianvändningen i flerbostadshus med 50 % till 2050. I denna analys beskriver vi vilka åtgärder man kan ta an för att minska just energianvändningen i ett specifikt flerbostadshus belägen i kommunen Nacka i Stockholm.Då denna byggnad stått från år 1949 utan större underhållning har det visat sig att byggnaden står över BBRs krav gällande energianvändning (90 kWh/m2), och stor anledning är klimatskalet. Källor visar även att delar av klimatskalet så som fasad etc. bör ändras inom 30 år efter det att det byggts, vilket inte har gjorts.Vi har genom en programvara, VIP-Energy valt att utföra denna analys.

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine how managers apprehend today's leadership and how they believe that future leadership will be influenced and developed when the people bourn during the nineteen forties pass on their management positions to a younger generation.Method: I share the hermeneutic view on science. I believe that knowledge is born with in the person who seeks to obtain it. I have chosen to conduct my study using a qualitative and inductive approach. I use an inductive approach as I answer my questions by using interviews in order to respond to my question at issues, and assumes from the empiric in my study.Result & Conclusions: The leadership role has changed from being? the one who decides?,? the director?, to becoming less peculiar and prestige.

I samarbete med SIEMENS AB Building Technologies har jag tittat på hur man kan garantera en viss nivå på besparingarna som genomförs. Denna garanterade besparing beräknas mot en uppställd baslinje, som är en beräkning av hur energianvändningsmönstret skulle ha sett ut med dagens förutsättningar om inga förändringar gjorts. Modellen med regression är noggrann och hjälper till att identifiera avvikande användningsmönster..

Futurum.kom is a collaborative marketing project with the aim of strengthening the internal organization of Länsbibliotek Sydost, Regionbibliotek Kalmar and the 25 public libraries within the southeast region. The project intends to externally build the brands of the public libraries in Blekinge, Kalmar and Kronobergs län. This thesis is a study and evaluation of the implementation and results of Futurum.kom?s first campaign "Låna dig rik" at a public library. The analysis is based on the following issues:? What goals does the library have with the "Låna dig rik"-campaign.? What is the feedback from the staff's experience of the users in terms of needs and demands?? In which way does the library choose to implement the marketing campaign and what role do the users have in this process?? What is the internal performance of the library's marketing campaign, what was the experience of the staff of the campaign?? What is the external result of the library's marketing campaign?The method is based on a case study of a single library, with a series of interviews and document analysis of written and electronic documents.

Their main product, the DM 201, is outdated and has bigissues gaining new market shares. For example, no medical treatment center in Sweden usesDM 201 frequently. The project of developing a new instrument to replace it was assignedtwo students at the development engineering program at Halmstad University. The projectalso included integration of the new platform for DM 202 to HemoCue AB:s remainingproducts.The project began by defining the different technical areas concerned.

SummaryAt the summer festivals and it?s campsites there are each year thousands of tents left behind. Last year, at the Peace and Love festival in Borlänge, 220 tons of garbage was left behind at the festival area, much of which is tents. 69% of festival goers have at some point left behind a tent on a festival campsite. Many of these tents is purchased very cheaply, for a single festival.

This document?s content is the final report of the master´s dissertation Magnus Hällström did during springtime of year 2013. The dissertation?s subject is 802.11s wireless mesh networks with streaming video as a focus point.  During the dissertation a wireless mesh network was set up with different attached cameras for streaming video. A sun panel solution was also tested with the goal of creating a package with a self-configuring network node streaming video, powered by nothing but solar energy. .

The purpose of this essay is to describe how Boverkets Byggregler has affected the cost ofnewly built houses from 2003 to 2012, to Boverkets Vision 2025. The purpose is also to findagent-principal relations in the construction sector.When investing in an energy efficient house the operating costs are reduced compared to aconventional house. But due to the lower operating costs, the investment cost rises. In thisstudy, we find out if it is economically viable to invest in an energy efficient house comparedto a conventional house from the customer's perspective.The study's approach has been qualitatively where we in collaboration with Derome Hus hadaccess to three conventional reference houses and a passive house and data that was necessaryto conduct viability assessments on houses. We conducted five interviews with people fromDeromekoncernen and Varbergs kommun.The calculation methods we have used in this study are present value method, annuity methodand a sensitivity analysis.

The topic of this essay is core value issues, how they are mediated in school and how they are practiced. I am investigating a problem concerning the existential worth of the core values-content for children, or in other words, the difficulty of reconciling the theory of the core values and their practice. This problem is portrayed by two stories. The aim of this work is to investigate how to combine the core values theory with its practice, in other words, make it meaningful. In my essay, I turn to recent research in the field to provide a background to my issue, and hereby further point to my problem.

Genom att använda en scintillationskamera kan strålningen som erhålls när det administrerade läkemedlet sönderfaller i kroppen detekteras och en funktionell bild över aktivitetsfördelningen erhålls. En tredimensionell bildvolym kan erhållas om gammakameran får rotera runt patienten vilket kallas SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography). Bildernas kvalitet är av stor betydelse för att kunna göra en noggrann bedömning av olika patologiska tillstånd. Kvaliteten begränsas av en mängd faktorer och en av dem är Comptonspridda fotoner.I denna studie optimerades bildkvaliteten för SPECT-undersökningar med 111In-Octreoscan för ett Infinia Hawkeye 4 (GE Healthcare, Wisconsin, USA) SPECT-system vid Norrlands universitetssjukhus (NUS).

The bicycle is an individual means of transport. Many people prefer to cycle over short distances and in congested areas rather than take travel by car or public transport. This is a study of the use of bicycle as an option for commuting to work. It is a comparison between three cities: Stockholm, Copenhagen and London. The comparison is focused on solutions that benefit commuter cyclist and performed by studying cycle policies and other related documents.

The purpose of this study is using McDonald?s in China and Sweden as a case to find out how fast food restaurant retailers combine adaptation and standardization with symbolic attributes of store atmospherics under different cultural background, and find out possible reasons. The study used McDonald?s in a case format to study in-store atmospheres. Further, the research has an investigating and explanatory qualitative approach, collecting the empirical data through observation with photos.
